Nestled against a mountainside and a short walk away from the Big Thompson river, this townhome offers beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. It has a Victorian-style exterior, beautifully decorated interior, and a porch with glider swing to enjoy the refreshing mountain air and wildlife that frequent the area.
The townhome is located in the quaint Blue Spruce Village neighborhood - a quiet, private community just outside the city limits of Estes Park. It is situated in the 2nd row of homes, not directly on the river, but very close. Guests have access to the section of river that runs the length of the neighborhood.
The boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park is a short distance west of the property. It's only 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the national park and 3 miles to downtown Estes Park.
AWESOME place to stay! Close to everything, Estes park, Rocky Mountains, Restaurants, shops, grocery. Quiet, relaxing, plenty of room! This place had everything, coffee, creamer, tide pods to wash your clothes! I highly recommend!!
We had a very comfortable stay during our visit to the Estes Park area. The location is absolutely perfect. It's minutes from the park entrance and downtown Estes Park. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The proximity to the Big Thompson River was a bonus for quick and easy access to fishing. I would highly recommend the property for the location, convenience and quiet.
We stayed in the townhouse last week over 4th of July week. This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Estes Park and RMNP. It is in very close proximity to both. The house is lovely! Very homey and exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay is available in the home. Robert was great at communicating and giving advice on the area prior to our arrival. Thank you for a great week in the mountains!
We spent 2 nights at this home to enjoy some âmountain timeâ. The location is a short distance from central Estes Park and not far from the Rocky Mountain National Park (where we spent our time hiking and exploring). This home is as described in the pictures, was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (we prefer to cook our own meals). The beds were somewhat softer than our liking but after a day of hiking we definitely slept! Robert was prompt in his responses and very helpful making sure we had our timed entry passes in advance. This area is truly a beautiful place to visit!
Robertsâs house is a clean, beautiful and scenic play to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and found everything we needed was close to town and the national park.
This home had everything and more that you need for a wonderful vacation. The owner provided insights and information which made our stay worry free. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was very quaint and cozy. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet but very close to the Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance and to Estes Park. Awesome visit.
We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. Everything was well stocked (towels, pillows, kleenex, toliet paper, soaps, etc) so we didn't need to reach out to the owner. Check in and check out was seamless. Really enjoyed our stay!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in June 2024. We traveled with brother/sister and appreciated the separate bathrooms in the bedrooms. Appreciated ending our evenings on either the back or front porch sharing stories of our day. Trip to RMNP was minutes from Beaver Meadows and we avoided a lot of the traffic. Hope to stay here again sometime!
House was less than 10 minutes to RMNP! We were able to do multiple trips to the park because we were so close! The house was as described and was very charming. If I ever make it back this way, I would stay here again. Small noteâŠ.we had an F150 Ext cab and it barely fit in the driveway.
My family loved this neighborhood and the home was absolutely charming. Clean, full of amenities, and just a great home-base for our Estes and RMNP ventures. There were cards, games, books, and infomation on local things. Overall it was a quiet area, which is exactly what we want. We could hear the river and walked to it several times. Our last night, a bull elk was in a neighbors yard and stayed quite a while. Loved the porch glider as well. Overall, we would have no issue staying here again!
The townhome is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the dining area off the kitchen is perfect for 4 people. The bedrooms are cozy and confortable. The stone fireplace was a big hit and the stockpile of seasoned wood on the porch was more than enough for our weekend stay. The home is located is a small, quiet community adjacent to Big Thompson Creek. It is no more than 10 minutes from the entrance to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Robert is an excellent host and was extremely responsive to our needs. It is obvious that he and his wife have put a lot of TLC into their home.
A perfect blend between a nice property, great location and reasonable pricing. We could not be happier. Property is about 2 minutes by car from downtown Estes Park. very! easy quick drive with lots of Elk , wild Turkeys, foxes and more to see. We saw them all with an abundance of Elk. We even had Elk right at our front window one morning. Sooo cool. The Elk appear to be very at ease with people and cars. While we would not try to touch one (just to be on safe side) they all appear calm and happy (are Elk Happy? lol).
Anyway, everything was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Each bedroom has it's own private full bath (nice!). There is another bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms are upstairs so the only small caution would be to anyone who may have health issues with a small flight of stairs.
There are many places to stay in Estes Park but most are just overpriced in our opinion. This was an excellent property blend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. When we return to estes Park we will rent this property again.
My family of three stayed in Robert's Estes Park home for 4 nights recently for the wedding of our daughter. The groom's family was in a nearby home which made it easy to hang out together, share meals, coordinate outings. Robert's home is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The two bedrooms are comfortable. The home is warm and inviting. We hope to return!!!
We really enjoyed the proximity of the condo to RMNP. We were in the park within 10 minutes. The house was warm, comfortable, and well equipped with all needed amenities. Appreciated the little touches of fans if wanted, coffee filters/coffee, dish soap, extra pillows, etc. Overall a great stay!
