Nestled against a mountainside and a short walk away from the Big Thompson river, this townhome offers beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. It has a Victorian-style exterior, beautifully decorated interior, and a porch with glider swing to enjoy the refreshing mountain air and wildlife that frequent the area.
The townhome is located in the quaint Blue Spruce Village neighborhood - a quiet, private community just outside the city limits of Estes Park. It is situated in the 2nd row of homes, not directly on the river, but very close. Guests have access to the section of river that runs the length of the neighborhood.
The boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park is a short distance west of the property. It's only 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the national park and 3 miles to downtown Estes Park.
Overall, the home was good. It was in a great location for our activities, and the neighborhood was quiet. We even had a little mule deer take a rest right outside the front door one day. So sweet. It was really nice to have the porch for sitting outside in the shade. The home was stocked full of everything you could ever need. So much so, there wasn't really any room for our dry goods, which was fine since we mostly had food items that required refrigeration. While the home could use some updating, it was quite comfortable. I'm not sure if it had air conditioning, but even though it was very hot outside, it was cool inside as long as we kept the windows closed. We also appreciated the 1/2 bath on the first floor as well as the two full baths upstairs.
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts provide very comfortable stay with great communication and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The kitchen was well equipped for making your own meals. I would love to stay again while in Estes Park.
We stayed in the townhouse last week over 4th of July week. This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Estes Park and RMNP. It is in very close proximity to both. The house is lovely! Very homey and exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay is available in the home. Robert was great at communicating and giving advice on the area prior to our arrival. Thank you for a great week in the mountains!
We had a very comfortable stay during our visit to the Estes Park area. The location is absolutely perfect. It's minutes from the park entrance and downtown Estes Park. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The proximity to the Big Thompson River was a bonus for quick and easy access to fishing. I would highly recommend the property for the location, convenience and quiet.
AWESOME place to stay! Close to everything, Estes park, Rocky Mountains, Restaurants, shops, grocery. Quiet, relaxing, plenty of room! This place had everything, coffee, creamer, tide pods to wash your clothes! I highly recommend!!
We spent 2 nights at this home to enjoy some âmountain timeâ. The location is a short distance from central Estes Park and not far from the Rocky Mountain National Park (where we spent our time hiking and exploring). This home is as described in the pictures, was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (we prefer to cook our own meals). The beds were somewhat softer than our liking but after a day of hiking we definitely slept! Robert was prompt in his responses and very helpful making sure we had our timed entry passes in advance. This area is truly a beautiful place to visit!
My family of three stayed in Robert's Estes Park home for 4 nights recently for the wedding of our daughter. The groom's family was in a nearby home which made it easy to hang out together, share meals, coordinate outings. Robert's home is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The two bedrooms are comfortable. The home is warm and inviting. We hope to return!!!
We really enjoyed the proximity of the condo to RMNP. We were in the park within 10 minutes. The house was warm, comfortable, and well equipped with all needed amenities. Appreciated the little touches of fans if wanted, coffee filters/coffee, dish soap, extra pillows, etc. Overall a great stay!
We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. Everything was well stocked (towels, pillows, kleenex, toliet paper, soaps, etc) so we didn't need to reach out to the owner. Check in and check out was seamless. Really enjoyed our stay!!
House was less than 10 minutes to RMNP! We were able to do multiple trips to the park because we were so close! The house was as described and was very charming. If I ever make it back this way, I would stay here again. Small noteâŠ.we had an F150 Ext cab and it barely fit in the driveway.
My family loved this neighborhood and the home was absolutely charming. Clean, full of amenities, and just a great home-base for our Estes and RMNP ventures. There were cards, games, books, and infomation on local things. Overall it was a quiet area, which is exactly what we want. We could hear the river and walked to it several times. Our last night, a bull elk was in a neighbors yard and stayed quite a while. Loved the porch glider as well. Overall, we would have no issue staying here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in June 2024. We traveled with brother/sister and appreciated the separate bathrooms in the bedrooms. Appreciated ending our evenings on either the back or front porch sharing stories of our day. Trip to RMNP was minutes from Beaver Meadows and we avoided a lot of the traffic. Hope to stay here again sometime!
Robertsâs house is a clean, beautiful and scenic play to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and found everything we needed was close to town and the national park.
The house was very quaint and cozy. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet but very close to the Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance and to Estes Park. Awesome visit.
This home had everything and more that you need for a wonderful vacation. The owner provided insights and information which made our stay worry free. We would definitely stay here again.
