Loved the cabin we stayed in!! Itâs stunningly beautiful along the lake. Only misconception is that it said it was a 3 minute walk to downtown. Iâd say 10 minutes at a brisk walk and you have to navigate across a round a bout.
This little cabin was sweet and adorable. Right by the stream, as shown in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little farther than walking distance to the downtown area so we drove and parked. The smell of apple cinnamon greeted us as we entered and then kinda overwhelmed us. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would stay here again.
Lovely, clean cabin. Close to the river with nice seating/eating area. Very comfortable and quiet. Two downsides: large storage units surround the little cabin area, and directly across the river from the cabin is a large retail business and a food truck.
The cabin was great for us. Nice deck overlooking the river. Close to town. You can hear the music from the Trading Post across the river during the day, but itâs not loud. Weâd stay here again. Easy check in/out process in the off hours.
The property was nice. But if youâre looking for peaceful river setting itâs a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin! We were able to walk into town even with the bridge construction. We appreciated having the washer/dryer, too. One of the best parts was the river and occasional surprise visits by the elk and deer. One visit we had three mama elks with their three babies!
Turning leaf cabin was perfect for our stay in Estes Park. Nice being on the creek. Easy check in. Attentive Property management when we called needing a grill brush to clean grill. Brought it right away! We loved it would stay again!
This lovely cabin was well-stocked, well-maintained, and just close enough to town for an easy walk. The deck overlooking the river was a wonderful place to sit and eat, drink, or just watch the water. So much appreciated! (And thanks so much for letting me check in a whole 25 hours early.)
The property was very clean and wel stocked. You could tell it was older, because soon as you walk in the smell was very musty and closed up. Just need more air fresheners. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Cabin nice, just not as private as I had hoped for.
Such a cute cabin that was perfectly set up for my husband and I. 10 minutes away from RMNP where we spent all our time. Well stocked kitchen let us prepare food for our day in the park and a hearty dinner when we got home from hiking. Loved the fireplace and comfortable furniture. Spotless inside!!
The only downside was you literally drive through a mini storage facility and pull up to the cabin. Directly across the small river is a 2 story business with a messy yard. Because we were gone most of the day we eventually overlooked it because the cabin was so charming and comfortable.
The property was on the river, but you had to drive through an area with storage buildings to find it. My heart sank when we drove in, but once inside we were pleased overall with the cabin, until we went outside on the patio which faced the river. A food truck directly across from us had picnic tables and chairs lined up along the river and was blaring loud music. They did lower the music the next day, but so much for privacy and tranquility. Only other complaint was the lack of electric plug ins abd the water pressure in the bathroom. For the price, we'll seek other accommodations next time.
Storm windows did not allow enough screen Ventilation. Some windows unable to even open .yes we ran 2 fans
One night unable to even sleep. No cabin did not have a/c. Grill ignitor broken unable to light grill. No butane lighter available. Smelled in cabin offensive due to a plug in scent ac machine. Covering up offensive smell?? Knives so dull unable to even cut butter let alone meat. Cabin renters booket out of date and erroneous. Problem is yes rent went up from last year. New storm windows only allowed for glass to open 1/2 way. So screen Ventilation was only opening 6," x 20". Other half of window closed with Glass..could not even use kitchen open due to inadequate Ventilation. We will not be returning again nect year or EVER. Bed was small claimed was a queen but i question validity of this.
Shower was nice but floor was river rocks extremely hard on my Feet. But it really looked nice. Ha. Last year had dvd,s and player gone this year? However river front view excellent. Nice after one foot lawn grass was cut day 4 of our stay. Its obvious owners Never stay or visit property.
