Lots of amenities, great location

This property had lots of amenities including parking, washer/drier and the kitchen was stocked and well labeled. The beds were comfortable. The location was great with Clement and California Street having so many nearby restaurants and markets. We enjoyed our stay.

Richmond Visit

The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large dining table for eating and working, and the large TV for movie watching. The neighborhood is charming with a grocery store and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Wonderful accommodations and location

We stayed four nights at this charming flat in San Francisco's Richmond District. It has historical charm, with all of the modern amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A short walk away were excellent cafes and restaurants. We were able to walk to Golden Gate Park and Park Presidio, where we got an incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge. One night we attended a movie at the nearby Star Theater. Edmund was a wonderful host and communication was very good. We hope to return soon!

We loved our stay in the Outer Richmond. Great neighborhood, many great restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds, well stocked. Edmund is a great host and very responsive. The garage is very convenient if you have a car.

Home away from home...

There isn't much I can say that I haven't said already about this location. It's definitely one of those places you hope you can gatekeep. Comfy, clean, relatively quiet by city standards. Great walkability if you choose to leave the house. Great people watching from the window if you want to hole up.

Perfect location

We go to San Francisco regularly and have stayed in many different locations but never in Richmond. It’s a delightful quiet neighborhood close to the Presidio, Lands End, a great golf course, Golden Gate Park, cafes galore and great neighborhood restaurants. We were there for 2 weeks and had a terrific time.

Awesome location to base a San Francisco Stay!

Edmund was a wonderful host. He allowed us an early check-in that was greatly appreciated. The property was exactly as described and provided a wonderful place to base our stay in the city. We enjoyed walks to Baker and China Beaches and the Presidio. The neighborhood was great, a quick walk to our favorite business- Angelina's Cafe (maybe too close!!) and a short walk to Geary Street. The kitchen was equipped to support making meals for us during our stay. We will certainly check here first for booking our next visit to the city.

Perfect respite during conference

We came in town for JPM healthcare conference want to stay in the financial district. This was perfect for us it was very spacious it was clean. While it was just us adults this would be a great option for a family people with 1-2 small kids because there is so much space. Presidio is my favorite area in San Francisco so I was grateful to be in the area. Lots of great places to eat. Will definitely stay again!

Thank you for sharing your property with us. We enjoyed it so much. It was close to everything, had all the most important things like towels, toiletries, coffee, creamer, sugar, common spices and oatmeal (fantastic since we got in so late and didn’t get a layover or an opportunity to get snacks or food)

Just what we needed

Lovely property with easy access to the city. Having the garage was very helpful. Very clean and had lots of little extras that we didn't think we needed. It's quick walk to shops and local restaurants too. Nice to get away from the high tourist area after a long day of exploring. All the beds were very comfortable and a very good shower. We didn't use the kitchen except for some coffee in the morning but it looked well equipped.

Perfect location and all the amenities you might need

Very easy entry and exit. All keyless and worked great. Hottest days of the year, but lots of windows that open easily and have screens. Plus blinds and drapes and fan, made it very comfortable. When it turned cool, they had heating fans. Coffee, paper products, dish washing pods and laundry detergent were plentiful. As was soap, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, and tissues. It was great!

Originally from Hong Kong and educated in the SF Bay Area, I have been calling San Francisco home since 2010. I enjoy travel, play golf, ping pong and badminton. I also like to hike the many trails and beaches around Presidio and Golden Gate Park, and to explore the many wonderful restaurants around my home.

Our apartment was recently remodeled to offer travelers modern comforts with old world charms. We are located in a safe San Francisco neighborhood surrounded by renowned restaurants and cafes. Our guests can explore the many beaches, trails, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park all within walking distance from our apartment. Public transits and private car shares are readily available that can take you anywhere within our city in less than 30 minutes. The world famous Napa Valley wine country and the California coastal highway are all within 1 hour driving from our apartment.

Our guests can live like a local to experience all the San Francisco gourmet food and sights easily from our apartment. You can leave your vehicle in our garage as street parking can be difficult around here, visit the famous sites (such as Golden Gate Bridge and Park, Presidio, Fisherman wharf, Chinatown, etc.) during the day, and enjoy the many cuisine restaurants during the evenings.
