Excellent space for two families with older kids/teens. Target and Publix very close. Weather was not favorable for use of the pools/slides. The gates were not working at either side of the neighborhood, making entry confusing and difficult (particularly when returning at midnight from parks). That is not the fault of the property owner/manager. Would recommend towel racks/hooks in bathrooms, also more cooking equipment (baking sheet, mixing bowls, more than one skillet). Overall a great stay, would book again.

House was exactly as described. We didn’t use any amenities because we were there for dance nationals, but the house was amazing and better than described. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and I hope to come back sometime where I get to use all the amenities! Thank you

Pool was not heated on arrival as requested. Floors were dirty no rug by the sliding glass door for entry from the pool. Not many kitchen utensils. House not as nice as pictures.

10 out of 10. Amazing vacation home with a lovely modern design. My family loved the heater pool & we went swimming for hours in December. Great host who responded back to everyone of our questions. Book it now!!! Thank us later.

The house itself was great. Before the trip the host was great at communicating. During checkin the gates outside the complex didn't work and we had to call security each time - minor inconvenience.The main issue came during the stay. The first night we noticed the house was at 74 and couldn't seem to get it cooler. We got there late and had a big day in the parks the next day so just tried to get sleep. After getting home from the parks it was close to 80 in the house. I tried to communicate with the host but was offered a simple "thanks for letting us know". I tried contacting VRBO but nothing could be done at that point. I feel that a retroactive partial refund should have been appropriate given situation. I understand this wasn't anyone's fault, however it caused a bad start to the trip and some uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

Our group stayed here for a business trip and it was awesome. Very nice house. Kitchen could use some hand towels and more items for cooking but overall it was a great place to stay. Loved it.

The house was okay overall — very spacious, which was great for giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and have their own space. Kids loved the themed rooms and game room. However, it definitely felt like it only had the bare minimum when it came to supplies. There were no oven pans or baking sheets, coffee maker liners, and there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels in any of the bathrooms. We also noticed a blood stain on one of the comforters, which was disappointing. The driveway is also quite small — something to keep in mind if you’re driving a larger truck or van. With a few small improvements, this place could be much more comfortable for guests.

Great House

House was great, neat, and clean. The only issue I had was not their fault, but the houses are very close and several of them had lots of kids who would be in the pool close to midnight and were very loud. Unfortunately, we were not there for vacation, but work, and had to get up early each morning.

OUTSTANDING

This was our second time staying at this home. The neighborhood atmosphere is nice, and we all are in the community to vacation and have a good time. The amenities are beyond awesome. The lazy river, the food, drinks, volleyball area. it was all affordable prices and lifeguards to help with aiding for safety. We will be back again.

This property is a lovely find and nestled in a great area accessible to a lot of shopping, activities, etc. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space. We did not have a chance to use the pool at the house or the Storey Lake amenities, but it was definitely an attractive plus. The house was a little dirty, but not so much to detract from the positives. Beds were comfy and Wifi was perfect. One thing outside of the owner's control was the neighbours being party animals and so loud into all hours of the night! This, however, was only on the weekend, and not during the week. Owner was very communicative and answered all my questions ahead of our trip.Last point to note, the security gate is a little tricky to manage. The scanner is finicky but do a little work on google maps and if you are have issues with the gate by Target Blvd, there are other gates at Storey Lake to access the house.I would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Beautiful

Everything was superb. the nice clean smell when you first walk into the house, the amazing rooms that were spacious, plus with a bathroom for each room, the appliances, were clean. The homes are so close to one another, you cannot help but talk to your neighbor, and the hospitality of other rentals were welcoming. The property manager communication was excellent. I am already looking to see if the dates at this location are available for our trip back to Orlando this month. The location was close to Walmart, my favorite TARGET, Panda Express, Waffle House, Dollar Treen Wawas- just lovely.

Maintenance is needed, cleaning was not up to standards, Marijuana roaches were on the back patio found by my 3 year old granddaughter. Baseboards were awful. Parking is not adequate for more than 2 vehicles.

Great stay for our family of 11

The house was great and clean. The rooms were all as pictured except for the activity room and there was only a foozeball table and not the other air hockey that was in the picture. We had young kids so they were a bit disappointed. There was no broom and dustpan which we found to be a surprise but after asking for one it was delivered which we appreciated as didn't want to get one but wanted to keep the house clean. A little disappointed in the sharp knives and thought there should have been a sharpener to use to help this problem. For those renting thought they should have been some plastic plates and bowls for when you want to sit and snack or eat around the pool. Had the pool heated and glad we did as the weather was a bit cool and the kids swam every day either early or late depending on our plans. Found the place very convenient to get to Disney and other attractions. The garbage was picked up regularly but we did not know that ahead so that was great but we didn't put it out for to long as there were birds in it if it didn't fit the box out front. The host got back to me very quickly and helped us with anything we needed. Would stay here again or refer it to our friends and families. Thanks to the host for being so helpful!

Good for a competition weekend

Good house for a family stay in Orlando for a cheer competition. It was nice to be able to cook instead of eating out due to being in a hotel. Host very responsive/available when issues arose. Had some problems with the cable and had to log into our own YouTube/hulu accounts a couple times. Light in one bathroom wasn’t working but it was fixed later that day. Home was lacking supplies overall. So definitely need to be prepared for that/ready to go to the store - not many kitchen appliances for cooking for a group of 12- only one cooking sheet, one colander, minimal pots/pans. Only one dishwasher tablet was provided, one trash bag, no laundry detergent. It would have been nice to be able to wash the pool towels but there was no laundry detergent to do so. Had to make a run to target to buy dish soap and dishwasher tabs. And toilet paper- there was only one roll per bathroom. A jam packed neighborhood that is full of rentals but still a good stay for our family to give us a break from hotels with more space to relax. Could have been a little cleaner- baseboards and bottom of dining table dusty. Oh and the air hockey table in the pictures was not in the game room so that was disappointing for our kids. Overall- very responsive host that made the stay easy, check in/out very easy. Just lacking some supplies that you wouldn’t have to bring if you chose to stay in a hotel.
