Relax and unwind at this cozy Canyon Lake house that sleeps 4. Only 1.4 miles to boat ramp #5. Take your morning coffee on the porch and feed the deer. Unwind after a fun day on the lake and watch the sunset. The living room has a big screen Smart TV, DVD player, queen sofa sleeper (Brand new Sofa Sleeper, June 2021) and table with seating. The kitchen boasts all the comforts of home and is fully equipped. The island has 4 bar stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The spacious full bathroom has a deep soaking jetted tub. This home has a washer and dryer. There is a propane BBQ grill outside, firepit (firewood not provided), and enough parking for 2 vehicles and a boat.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO parties, this is a residential area, quiet hours are enforced. No smoking. One small dog considered, please inquire. There will be a $25 per day pet fee if we accept your dog request. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed here. Very nice and comfortable. However, it would be most helpful for there to be knobs on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Also, a screen on the bedroom window. It was nice and cool but we couldn't open the window without bugs flying into the house. Other than that, we would love to come again when in the area.

Light switch in bathroom does not function properly.. Some dishes have chips, one of the three coasters and the tile floors in kitchen area have some cracks. All this was noted upon arrival.of course common wear and tear was noticed. Otherwise, this property was very comfortable and homey. Wi-Fi was good and climate in house was excellent. The place has some nice features: remodeled kitchen, granite countertops, wood floors. It suited us well enough (low price) that we stayed 3 weeks. But there were lots of issues. The shower tub didn’t drain well, so you’re soon standing in a few inches of water. The grill was very rusty - hasn’t seen much use. The shower mat was moldy, so we didn’t use it. And the tub jets were also moldy. The new cabinet doors and drawers have no handles, so you have to catch an edge with your fingers to get them open. Why put in new cabinets with no easy way to open them? We sent a longer list to the property manager, so hopefully improvements will be made.

Wonderful Property

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect to the local attractions including Whitewater Amphitheater and Schlitterbahn.

Excellent place to stay

This was an excellent place to stay in while staying in canyon lake!! The house was clean and well taken care of. The office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! I will absolutely stay at this place again when I come back.

Great little place.

Great little place to stay. Shower was great - had great water pressure. Exactly what we needed for a short weekend. Deer were plentiful and friendly.

20th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Very relaxing week with all the comforts of home. Quiet, very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for a day on the lake and wonderful day trips for hiking and shopping.

Nice place close to the lake

Great little house for the family. Really close to the lake and easy access to Comal park. Almost perfect, seems to be in the middle of some remodeling and had to call to get the internet fixed, and lot of the outlets didn’t work.

Deer hideaway

Place was very nice, cozy, and clean. Only thing tha annoyed me were all the domesticated deer that hung around the property

Nice lil peaceful lake getaway!

Absolutely had great time with my wife and 2 dachshunds! Deer are everywhere to where u can have them walk right up to you to feed them. Neighbors are nice! Would love to stay again one day in near future!

Good location…clean home with all the basics. Enjoyed the deer each morning and evening.

Good little lake cabin…grills needed cleaning as did the front porch! The actual house was neat and clean. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning and evening. The neighbors were all friendly as well.

Much needed getaway

Very cozy little house on a mostly quiet street. Location was perfect for visiting Comal Park on Canyon Lake. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some time out of town. My wife loved sitting on the porch to watch the deer that would stroll through the backyard in the evening. Do note that there is not a dishwasher if you intend to do a bunch of cooking, but hate doing dishes. All in all, a great place to rest our heads.
