Gulf Front, très grand quatrième étage, luxueux, condo de trois chambres situé directement sur 15 miles de large plage de sable blanc à Sand Dollar Condominiums exclusif. Le salon et la grande chambre principale donnent sur le golfe et s'ouvrent sur un grand balcon. Les grandes deuxième et troisième chambres ont vue sur la voie navigable Intercoastal. La chambre principale a 2 lits queen, la deuxième chambre 2 lits queen, la troisième chambre a 1 lit queen. Toutes les chambres ont TV LCD et DVD. Cuisine complète, haut de gamme en verre, réfrigérateur 26 CF avec porte d'eau / glace, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle. TV haute définition de 50 pouces dans le salon. Internet haut débit avec WIFI haut débit sont fournis. Magnifique paysage tropical avec 30 palmiers, grande piscine d'eau salée chauffée, bain à remous, 6 cabanes tiki et plusieurs barbecues tous situés directement sur la plage. Dormez au son des vagues, lisez un livre sous l'une des cabanes tiki en bord de plage, observez les poissons ou les dauphins depuis la jetée privée, nagez dans la grande piscine chauffée ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous (éclairé et ouvert jusqu'à 23h00) ), faites des grillades sur la plage ou regardez les couchers de soleil depuis votre balcon privé. Il y a de nombreuses attractions dans la région, y compris Busch Gardens (60 min), Disney World (moins de 2 heures) et plusieurs grands parcs d'État, mais vous ne voudrez pas vous absenter longtemps. Our return trip

This was our second time staying here. Just like last time, it was great. Though the weather didn't totally cooperate. overall a good stay. The owner Ed, touched base with us, during the week. the check in process and communication with the front desk was excellent. On our last night we took a sunset sailboat cruise in to the gulf. . It was magnificent out there. Once again Ed thank you for sharing your condo.

Wonderful Time!

This was our 2nd year staying at Sand Dollar and it was a wonderful time. This year we stayed in 407 and everything was great. It was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Ed was great to work with as was Holly at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!

Great week with great friends at this beautiful beach front property!

Really enjoyed Sand Dollar in Indian Shores! Property is well maintained, staff very helpful and friendly, few maintenance issues handled quickly by onsite person, and the sunsets were amazing from our 4th floor unit! The unit had a well equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee pot, large toaster, tea kettle and numerous other small appliances. Nice bedrooms with dressers and large closets. Furnished well and comfortable for numerous guests. Large balcony with amazing views of the gulf! Beach towels and toys provided. In unit laundry room also a plus! Many good restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. Thank you to the owner for quick responses to our questions and requests! We really hope to be able to enjoy this lovely condo in the future!

Wonderful condo and a great host

Spent five nights at Sand Dollar as a pre-Christmas family getaway. The condo was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Very spacious; five quite comfortable queen beds; fully equipped / stock kitchen. The balcony overlooking the gulf is amazing. We spent ever night on it watching the sunset. Ed was a great host to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. He provided helpful recommendations for area restaurants and attractions. When we arrived, the garbage disposal was operating properly. I reached out to Ed who in turn contacted the property manager who immediately sent someone up to fix the disposal. We will definitely be making a return visit to this condo.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. We appreciated the amenities such as the beach chairs and sand toys. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink on the area. We had a great time here.

The place did not dissapoint. Staff were super friendly. The one small irritation was whoever was above us in 507 sounded like they were moving furniture around from 7 till midnight. Don’t think you can stop that🤔😁

The Condo was spacious and met our needs as a family. Pool and Spa were great. I do wish there were more tables with shade in the pool area. Will consider this property in the future.

Great vacation rental

Very nice property on the ocean offering a pool, hot tub and even a private fishing pier. Unit was spacious, clean and offered all you need for a vacation with family. Booking was easy and owner/manager communicated before and during our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beach vacation at Indian Shores FL

Thank you Ed for sharing your beautiful condo with us. (Aug. 5/12) We loved our stay at Sand Dollar unit 407. Everything was as described and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped (even though we never used the stove). LOL we mostly ate out. The high-end beach chairs were a real bonus. We used them everyday at the beach. We can’t say enough positive things about the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and when asked for information on places to eat they told us their favorite places to try. The area is very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!!

We really enjoyed this condo. Our fist time at Sand Dollar but not new to vacationing in the area. Great location and the property was as described. The only complaint about the property was as others have described ~ only one elevator for all units.

The condo was clean and stocked very well with everything from kitchen stuff to beach chairs fishing pole beach towels very friendly staff there’s only 1 elevator but it wasn’t a problem for us would highly recommend this place more family oriented ❤️

the only negative is a minor one, there is only one elevator for the place and its sa little slow. but i wasnt that big of a problem if you are juat a little patient. other than that, the place is great. everything you could want. the water was calmer than panama city, they have thier own fishing pier....tones of things to do, places to eat. we also rented a pontoon from Salty, which was nice, but the inland waterways dont offer a lot of beaches. Sand Dollar staff and owner were very friendly and responsive. would stay again.

Vacation week

This was our first time visiting Indian Shores. We had a wonderful time staying at the Sand Dollar Resort. With the pool, hot tub and beach steps away, plus restaurants, grocery shopping near by there was no need to travel far. It was just what we wanted a fun and relaxing time!

It couldn’t have been better. We loved the condo and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. We used the beach chairs provided but really enjoyed the pool more. The spacious pool area and patio area was delightful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. Perfect!

Very clean and great location!

My family was very impressed with the condo. The condo itself was spotless with fantastic amenities, including cookware and utensils, beach chairs, beach towels and a huge selection of books. The grounds were well kept as well. We enjoyed the heated pool and large hot tub as we were there during cooler weather.

Great get-away in Indian Shores

Looking for a wonderful place to stay for fun and relaxation with all amenities? Then look no further than this 3 bedroom beachside condo right on the Gulf. From the spectacular views across a double-wide deck (complete with plenty of outdoor furniture) to the beautifully appointed and spotless interior, this condo has it all ! Staff friendly, and communication with property owner excellent. Thank you, Ed, for sharing your beautiful place with us. We hope to be back next year!

The Perfect Beach Vacation

I came with my closest friend for a fun but relaxing vacation. This condo was exactly what I was looking for. In terms of location, amenities. The beach / Gulf of Mexico view , sunsets were breathtaking. The condo is furnished beautifully. We loved how each bedroom had it's own theme. Anna had the Manatee room ( Master bedroom) Which was so appropriate since I was taking her to swim with them up in Homosassa. The puzzles were a great nighttime activity. If there was any issue both the owner Ed, and the condo management were always quick to respond and take care of things. Anna and I both agreed we would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you Ed for allowing us to stay. Christopher & Anna

Great place to stay.

This was a wonderful property to stay at. Having a washer and dryer in the condo made vacation with children easier. This unit also has a beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. The ocean views from the condo were beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ed the owner, was very easy and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay at this condo if we are ever back in the area.

value stay

on beach great sunsets the pier is in serious need of updating and repairs. it seems that their idea of updating is to get owners to buy and donate one of the hundreds of named planks needed. Guess how that's going. Waves shake the Pier. they need a special assessment and use UV resistant materials for the floor and aluminum railings. At minimum pressure washing and staining the existing wood. There is mold around the outside rim of the pool where it meets the tile deck. I brought that to the attention of the maintenance man as he was cleaning the pool. I suggested that they pressure wash and bleach treat. He said that they did that. i recommended that maybe more than once might be a good idea. Got a look.

I have travelled to many areas in Florida. This part of Florida between Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg Beach is the most beautiful and relaxing part of Florida, yet convenient to many facilities and attractions. The 15 miles of wide white sand beaches are fantastic and are suitable for swiming, walking, running, and even bicycles as the sand is firm near the tide line yet fluffy back from the tide.

Great breakfasts and sunsets on the balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf,great tropical garden on the beach with palms, tiki huts, hot tub, and pool all beachside. Great restraunts in the area and a family oriented condo atmosphere. Be sure to visit some of the great Florida State Parks in the area including Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Myakka River and Egmont Key, featuring trails,boat rides, kayaks,bird watching, and even alligators.
