Thank you for coming to stay at one of my properties in Indian Shores, Florida. This property went through a full remodel three years ago and just received brand new living room, furniture, and balcony furniture.

Response to the review, the sliding glass doors were knocked off the track so the door had to be put back on the track. Living room comes with a brand new full-size couch and loveseat. mattresses and bedding have been inspected for quality and upgrading. Furniture on balcony is brand new just been upgraded less than six months ago.

Thank you for review. Inspected and replaced all pots and pans utensils, housewares as needed.

I am writing this response to concerning review left by a guest. Sometimes there is repairs that need to be made last minute that are reported by cleaning the morning of the previous guests departure. This particular repair happened to be a broken leg on a bed frame. The repair parts needed to be picked up buy maintenance in the morning of that day. The guest coming in was notified about the situation when it was reported and had said that there was no problem with maintenance completing the repair. The pictures the guest sent referring to cleaning were blurry so I had asked the guest to please resend them. I also kindly asked the guest at that time if they wanted to have cleaning come back in to address all concerns. The guest would not resend pictures or allow cleaning come back in. As for pest control, they are only allowed to enter with the request sent by the owner. I never requested for pest control to come in because there was no bug issues reported. Also, when I do request pest control to come in, i only allow them to come in on Saturdays when no guest are in the unit. I do this specifically so a guest is never inconvenienced. I had spoken to the guest on the Friday before she left and never mentioned this to me. My wife and I have owned this property for over twenty years and have never received a review such as this one. We try to make every guests vacation experience the best possible and will continue to do so.
