Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans ce condo Penthouse End-Unit Ocean Front avec vue panoramique sur l'océan Pacifique surplombant la promenade de Mission Beach! Situé au cœur de Mission Beach à pied de tout, y compris des restaurants, des bars, de la vie nocturne, des cafés et bien plus encore! Savourez des repas sur votre balcon privé, observez les gens avec une délicieuse boisson à la main et l'océan Pacifique comme cour avant - pas de meilleure façon de passer vos vacances!

La cuisine comprend de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer de délicieux repas avec vos amis et votre famille! La cuisine comprend un bar petit-déjeuner avec des sièges pour 2 et une table à manger pour 4.

Le salon confortable dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un canapé qui se déplie en un lit queen-size pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. La porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur le pont orienté à l'ouest avec table et sièges pour une expérience culinaire en plein air incroyable.

Endormez-vous au son des vagues déferlantes de votre chambre principale! Le Master se connecte au balcon et propose un lit Queen avec une Smart TV. La 2e chambre offre une vue sur la ville et dispose d'un lit queen size + vanité privée et lavabo (séparé de la salle de bain).

Inclus sont des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, un parasol, des jeux familiaux, etc.

Mission Beach est un quartier très accessible à pied et offre tout à distance de marche, y compris les bars, restaurants, vie nocturne, cafés, magasins généraux et même le célèbre parc Belmont! Dans votre cour avant, la promenade de Mission Beach relie les communautés de plage Pacific Beach et Mission Beach. Au-delà de la côte, San Diego a tout ce dont un vacancier peut rêver, notamment SeaWorld, Legoland, le zoo de San Diego, le parc safari de San Diego, le parc Balboa et bien plus encore.

1 place de parking couverte et sécurisée est incluse (dégagement de 6'6 "). Le stationnement à Mission Beach est très limité. Il y a un ascenseur jusqu'au 3ème étage (clé nécessaire pour accéder à l'ascenseur). La buanderie communautaire est à pièces et située dans le parking. Douche extérieure disponible pour les clients (clé requise).

Le bruit après 22 heures est strictement interdit. La propriété a des radiateurs pour la chaleur si nécessaire et pas de climatisation (Cool Pacific Breeze seulement;).

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!

My family and I recently stayed here for two days and it was a really beautiful experience. The condo is exactly how its listed, but much more stunning in person. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful views

Stayed here for a little relaxation and beach time before wedding events began. The condo was just as beautiful in person as in pictures and Emmy was the best host. My family all had a great time and the views of the ocean were amazing.

An Amazing Stay

My sister and I only get together twice a year as we live on two different coasts, this property made the perfect place for our bi-yearly reunion. The condo’s view and location were exceptional. The unit was clean, well appointed and overall perfect. The host was a great communicator and check in was a breeze.

Beautiful Beachfront Rental

My sister and I took our mom to San Diego to celebrate her 70th birthday. I looked high and low for the perfect rental and I'm happy I chose this one. The standouts: amazing location (only a walking/bike riding path between the unit and the sand), access to an elevator for our mom, designated parking, the to-die-for sunset view, easy communication with Emmy, and cleanliness of the unit. I would 10/10 rent this unit again.

Great location and easy communication with owners!

My family had a wonderful time at this property. The condo has beautiful views throughout and is literally steps away from the beach. The beds are comfortable and we felt the place was clean. Some of the flooring and window treatments are a bit tired, but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. For families with littles, be aware the condo is not child proof. For example, the stove tips if pressure is applied and the glass kitchen table moves around fairly easily. These are not issues for adults or older kids but something to keep in mind for young kids. Overall, I highly recommend!!

Perfect location

The condo was perfect! The beds were really comfortable with super soft bedding! Plenty of towels, bathroom & kitchen supplies. The location of the condo is so amazing! The view off the patio is something that you’ve got to see for yourself! There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. The condo comes with a garage spot which was really nice. We have a larger SUV and it was a little tight but definitely doable. We had to use the washer/dryer a few times and we were thankful that was available. You pay for the washer dryer usage by an app on your phone, super convenient! Emmy was very responsive to each of my messages and requests. We were even able to extend our stay right on the spot since there was availability. We were really happy here! It was a little cold and cloudy during our stay but I guess that is somewhat normal for June in San Diego. Thank you, we will be back!

Just what then”doctor” ordered.

Don’t let the outside facade fool you; once you step into the place, you are stunned by the views, the attention to details, and the flow of Ocean air from the beautiful covered deck , the master bedroom, all the way back to the guest room.no room disappoints. Our host was spot-on with communication and always ready to help us with any questions we had within minutes of texting her. The location can’t be beat: close enough to EVERYTHING (shops, restaurants, etc.) , but removed enough from bars, etc., that might keep you up at night. Went there with my husband and two adult boys (20 and 22). They lived it, and talked about a return trip on our way back to Seattle:))

This place is incredible! My family screamed when they saw the view! You have the feeling you are sleeping on the beach! I came here with my family who was visiting from Germany....unforgettable memories! Highly recommend! Emmy (Landlady) was supper attentive and. Sweet!

Perfect family beach getaway.

Just perfect. My family and I had the best time!! Location was perfect. Walk to restaurants, rent surf boards or other beach gear. Property has chairs, umbrella and boogie boards too! Beds, bedding, couch and towels great quality and super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. And of course the views!! Emmy and Gregg were responsive, friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have been any better. We will be back!!!

Beach living

You get it all with this rental. Location, comfort, accommodations, super clean, and hospitality!!! Emmy and Greg are just amazing. They make this home feel comfortable, yet still vacation ready! All of the details didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend booking an extra day- you won’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return!

Spring break getaway

Wonderful and easy check in process. Beautiful and very clean with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Location was perfect between Mission Beach Boardwalk and PB pier. Coffee and restaurants across the street and a quick hop to get to the sand. We will be back!

Everything about this property was 'as advertised'...clean, updated, at a great location on the boardwalk. Emmy was very responsive and went above and beyond to help make the visit a special one. Would not hesitate to stay here next time we make it to San Diego!

Our condo is situated in the best location in all of San Diego! Located equidistant between Crystal Pier & Belmont Park and directly on the beach and boardwalk as well as walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and so much more. Not to mention direct beach access and people watching to your heart's desire! Home away from home!
