The condo and the property were clean and well maintained. The master bed is very tall, which could be an issue for some. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The kitchen was a lot smaller and it did not have all the utensils we needed to cook. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work. I didn’t know that we had a good day.

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and spacious, with an even better view! The balcony wraps around so you can not only see out towards the ocean, but you can also see the pool area. We mostly ate out so we did not end up using much in the kitchen area, but it was pretty well stocked. We did go buy our own tide pods as there wasn't any laundry detergent, but that wasn't a major inconvenience, we were just glad there was a washer and dryer! The elevators were slow, as there were so many people waiting on them, but I had read reviews about them before booking so I fully expected that. I must have missed the email with all the codes, so when we first arrived, we couldn't get in. I called and sent an email to the one provided and while we waited for a response we just went and ate at Pineapple Willy's right next door, and it was pretty good! We also made about a 20-25 drive to McGuire's Irish Pub for dinner, TWICE within the few days we were there! It was that amazing! Best food and service we've ever experienced! We would definitely love to come back for a longer stay!

The actual condo was nice and clean. Decor was awesome. The balcony view was great. The lighting inside bathrooms was dim. The washer/dryer is 2nd bedroom bathroom was loud and not even on. (It had a loud humming sound) The main bedroom's bed was super high and short ppl like me had to literally climb onto it and I am 5'6", so I feel sorry for anyone shorter trying to get on that bed, LOL..maybe loose the box springs.The parking garage was not my favorite even though we had a designated parking place. The wristbands was also a non-favorite, not a fan of wearing a bright green wristband 24/7. And...Having to pay additional 95 for garage parking and wristbands that's NOT included in the rental cost was ridiculous.And only going for the weekend the rental company sent many emails and texts, I am sure all automated but one before we go and one after is good...LOL

Panama Shores is my favorite. This condo has an amazing view and the property Manger was very responsive. The only thing I would suggest is to lower the king size bed

The beds are super comfortable!! Great bathroom space, especially with 8 females. Love that it is a corner room, made the balcony space nicer. Kitchen well stocked and the decor is very nice. Highly recommend

The location and facilities were as expected...convenient, and very pleasant. Views of the Gulf awesome!!! We enjoyed the deck especially at sundown. Construction noise was minimal and as expected. Appreciated the heads-up.

Check in process was easy! Everything was great. The parking garage is a little congested but you do get designated parking on the floor where you are staying, so that is a plus.

Great Vacation! Great Place! Great Resort!

We have a wonderful experience at the condo. We love the wrap around balcony and beach front view is just breath taking. We enjoyed the car park on the same floor with easy access. All the appliance are pretty new and all works well. No issue with the AC unit which always a plus when you on vacation. We enjoyed our stay at the Shore of Panama.

We loved the condo due to the layout and view from the balcony. However, although the condo was clean, the pictures don't portray how old and worn some of the furniture and decor is. There were a few decorative pieces that were torn or broken - just some minor repairs would do. Also, the thin skillet needs to go. The stove seems to run really hot, especially with that particular skillet. The smoke alarm went off while we were just cooking something on low. The master bed was very comfortable. Again, the balcony view was amazing.

Great experience!!!

My family has typically gone for a week every year in Gulf Shores area but decided to do something different this summer. The condo was fantastic and enjoyed seeing some Razorback decorations too in the rooms. Yes the parking stinks and so to the elevators during peak times but not really that big of a deal. The condo was great and so was the views from the wrap around balcony.

The overhead light was out the entire stay and they didn't fix it so the bedroom was pitch black. Gum stuck to the bunk beds. The two tvs in the bunk beds don't work. The dishes were dirty. Had old food stuck to them. Sent pictures and gave them the opportunity to come make things right but they didn't. The management of the property do a very poor job at addressing concerns. The view is great. Would be a good stay if the managers had been helpful.

The room was just okay. Could tell it had been run down a bit probably from past renters. Very disappointed with the property management. They treated us like prisoners. From the time we drove up to leaving, we felt like we were not wanted! We will not go back!

Such a beautiful condo!

We can’t recommend this property rental enough! We just checked out and we loved our stay here so much! The condo was super clean and beautifully furnished. We really loved the resort feel of the Shores. We really loved parking on the 10th floor and walking to our condo without needing the elevators. The parking lot isn’t the best but it’s manageable. We only had to take the stairs a couple of times when the elevators were really backed up but really didn’t have much trouble for the majority of the trip. The master bed is very high but the owners provided little boosts to help short people (like myself) hop up. In short, we loved our stay and hope to return soon!

WONDERFUL!

The ONLY recommendations I can make on this particular condo is to lower the bed a little I am 5’ 7” tall and I even had to hop to get up on the bed lol Also the ceiling fan in the bedroom makes all kinds of noise, to the point where we could not use it at night due to it keeping us awake. (We love a fan at night!) But there is absolutely no other disappointment in this condo. Absolutely beautiful and very very clean . We would highly recommend it and definitely will be renting it again in the future . The resort was awesome as well. No disappointments whatsoever!

My family and I had a wonderful time . Condo was super clean and well maintained. I hadn't been to Panama City Beach in probably 10 yrs. & was so glad I picked this condo to stay in !! this condo was right on the beach side, 10th floor but never bothered us a bit, elevators were quick , no waiting ..had all the extras we needed...only thing I would ask for at the beginning of the stay would be more towels, we had to wash towels every day just to have wash wrags & towels..and there was 5 of us...security is tight, if you go to the pool area be sure to wear your wrist bands, if not they will stop you !! good thing & a bad thing !! Staff was very helpful..easy access to the parking garage to room..Pineapple Willys next door has awesome food & just steps to it ...I would definitely recommend this Condo to anyone, and I will be coming back !!! Can't forget the white sandy Beach and that Clear Water !! absolutely a fabulous vacation !!!

Mostly a great experience

Everything was amazing with the exception of a few minor details. Some of the remotes had missing batteries and we could never get all of the TVs to work. The only other issue which was significant for us was that the locks on the doors to the balconies do not work. We had children with us so that was a bit concerning during our stay. Luckily they take a bit of muscle to open so our youngest couldn’t pull them open. Other than that the property and the location were beyond amazing and we would stay there again with out a doubt

Check in isn’t great and reserved parking was not inforced.

The check in crew knew nothing about the resort really. She could not take my reservation number or the info I had pulled up through the app. Spoke broken English and kept requesting to see the email that had the actual name of Shores of Panama on it. Slowed us down tremendously. I booked this particular unit bc of the location of the reserved parking spot. We only got to park in it twice. The second day we left someone grabbed the spot and didn’t move the rest of the time. This car didn’t even have a parking pass or the assigned number sheet on their dash the entire time so they obviously didn’t pay for parking. There are very limited yellow open spots and we often had to park on different levels altogether. I called about this every day multiple times a day and sent messages and no one ever made them move or had them towed. Very disappointing considering I paid for the spot.
