Appartement doté de deux chambres, raffiné et romantique de 60 m2, entièrement rénové avec style et doté de beaucoup de confort, situé entre la Piazza Santo Spirito et Piazza Pitti, avec ses magnifiques jardins de Boboli. Il se trouve dans une rue étroite, très typique de Florence, à seulement 200 mètres du Ponte Vecchio et du Musée des Offices. Idéal pour les clients qui veulent vivre au rythme du centre historique de la ville. This is a True 5 Star Experience

From the initial booking with the host Dominique, to meeting us at the flat, to taking us on the most amazing vineyard tour (not a commercial one - a REAL family run, history filled family and amazing wine and food, to just being a wonderful human being, I cannot say it any clearer than “ You cannot go wrong with this listing, and the owner”. First Class! He was there with any questions we had, and the place is beautiful, it has history, but with modern conveniences in a perfect spot. We did not want to be over the bridge in the “retail” section, but we did do ALL of the tours on both sides. The location is amazing. I do not normally even fill these out, but this was as close to perfect as you could dream about. Please, if you are interested, reach out to Dominique, he is the best! You will NOT be disappointed!! And once again - do not dismiss his restaurant recommendations or the Vineyard experience. This was NOT a tourist trap. He is friends with the owners and your private tour cannot be re-created! Enjoy!!!

Cozy and Quiet Apartment with Great Host

Apartment is on a narrow cobblestone street with very little car traffic or street noise. A few interesting shops nearby. It is well located near shops, restaurants, and museums.Our host, Dominique, was very responsive and engaging. He clearly cared and tried everything possible to make our stay comfortable. That included getting us a cab to the train station during a transit strike!The apartment is one level up via stairs. Windows overlook an interior courtyard. Well decorated and roomy enough for 4 adults. We didn’t cook, but kitchen was well appointed with everything one might need. Modern bathroom with large shower. Beds were fine, loft bedroom is up a wide stairway.I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if again in Florence.

Pitti Perfect!

Our two night stay started out with some stress as my wife left her backpack in the taxi after arriving at Dominique’s home. Passport, wallet, credit cards, driver license…you get the picture. Dominique went above and beyond to track down the taxi company and communicate our issue. As we met to checkout, he accompanied us to the taxi stop where he called for a taxi. But while on the phone, he once more asked the dispatcher if a driver reported a wayward backpack. To our surprise, they located it! Dominique once more went above and beyond and coordinated a meet up at the main train station to assist us. Nothing was missing and my wife was quite emotional for having gone through the trauma and coming out the other side intact! A true gentleman and human being is Dominique!As to the property, you can’t ask for a better central location. The perfect sized home for 2-4 guests and do yourself a favor and take Dominique’s advice on restaurants!

Do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS APARTMENT! Staying here was such a great experience; the place is well equipped and beautifully renovated! It’s quiet and comfortable and just feels like home! Everything in Florence is a simple stroll away while enabling a retreat to the other side, “Oltrarno” to retire and refresh for your next adventure! The apartment on this side of Florence has many interests to explore: including restaurants, bars, cafes and a very near market square. We had a wonderful stay! Dominique is a great host with a beautiful soul! He was helpful and present while NEVER being a “helicopter owner” as places tend to be. He offers local references and AN AMAZING Tuscan winery excursion! If you have a day free, the wine excursion won’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back. Bravo Dominique, Ci Vediamo!!!

Spectacular Florence Host & Apt.!

Dominique's place is absolutely the best! Not only was it adorable but it was so well equipped with everything we could possible need (including coffee and snacks), the location was perfect and the beds were VERY comfortable. But the BEST part was Dominique himself. He is an absolute gem!! He was there to show us everything when we arrived, he checked on us multiple times during our stay, he arranged a wonderful dinner for us where we were treated like royalty and scheduled a cab for us for our departure which was a huge relief! One of our best days in Florence was a private tour given by Dominique to several famous landmarks, then to a very private tour of the Nunzi Conti Family winery & olive oil estate. Dominique acted as chauffeur, extremely knowledgeable tour guide, and delightful lunch companion at the winery. To top off the afternoon, he took us to the Florence American Cemetery and WWII Memorial. It is a beautiful property as well as an amazing and moving experience. I cannot recommend more strongly, this apartment and Dominique! Thank you Dominique for being a wonderful host! È meraviglioso! C'est merveilleux!

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Location is super excellent, close to all the main tourist sites and all within easy walking distance. Our host was first rate, always available to answer questions, to give us ideas where to eat (and there are lots of great places to eat!) and things to see. Our host’s place became our home while we were in Florence. We felt very comfortable, very safe and very much at home in the neighborhood. A strong recommendation from us for all wanting to enjoy Florence at your pace.

Vintage apartment near Pitti Palace

From the moment Dominique met us at his apartment with his warm smile and true Firenze greeting, to our departure, our time in Firenze was memorable. The apartment is only steps away from the historical district with many bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment was a peaceful haven after a busy day of sightseeing and shopping. The tasteful decor mixed with modern amenities was a pleasure to enjoy. Dominique’s recommendation for dinner at Osteria dell’Olio was well worth it. We will definitely recommend Pitti Loft to our friends and keep it in mind for our next visit to Firenze.

Perfect stay in Florence!

We stayed in Florence for a couple days during our vacation to Italy. But wanted to be somewhere other than a hotel to be able to relax and enjoy our time there. This is one of the most perfectly located places to stay and is great for 4 adults with the 2 rooms. The place is spotless and has everything you need. And the history and care shown to the upgrades made is even better. But the best part was the host. His communication leading up to our stay and during was one of the best I’ve ever had. Made us feel like we were visiting family. 100% recommend and would stay there again.

Fantastic experience

This is the perfect apartment and the best host. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Dominique met me at the door, helped me with my luggage and spent time explaining the ins & out’s of navigating Florence and all the sites to see. The apartment has beautiful light and is the perfect size. The kitchen has everything you need including coffee and a gift basket of food and goodies. This is the neighborhood you want to stay in if you’re looking to avoid the throngs of tourists. There are fantastic shops literally next door with actual Italians selling Italian made goods. 15 steps from the front door is an organic coffee and food shop offering breakfast and lunch & just at the corner is Gusta Pizza (amazing pizza!) A/C works great, total darkness with shutters closed and windows are sound proof. Laundry machine is a nice benefit too. BUT the best thing about the place is undoubtedly Dominique - he helped me get a rental car when EuroCar refused (due to lack of an international drivers license) - he called around and negotiated to get us another rental car !! After a panicky exit due to the car situation - he called to say I left my jewelry !!! Dominique kindly brought it to me at the rental car place. Truly a fantastic experience all around.

Superb apartment

Honestly from start to finish it's been an amazing and stress free experience. The host went out of his way to help and support during the booking process with very prompt replies to my messages. My flight was delayed and he kept in constant contact with advice and support in alternative ways to get to Florence. He is definitely the best host I have EVER dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt he had our best interests at heart from restaurant recommendations (and dishes to try) but the best tour guide on our wine tasting experience. A kind engaging compassionate funny and caring host. My only comment is he would not let me dye my hair in the shower hahaha. On a more serious note the apartment is perfect for up to 4 people comfortably. It's clean, well appointed and very tastefully decorated. Its location is perfect for sightseeing the delights of Florence and a stones throw from the Ponte Vecchio. Being down a small street the apartment is quiet so you will never be disturbed by revellers and noise. If I could give this 10 stars i would.

Unique, wonderful

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming property. In a fantastic location right next to Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, we were welcomed to the apartment by the very warm property owner who gave us a thorough overview of the property. He was always contactable to help with requests and I was very impressed that he also attended when checking out and helping us get a taxi. We also received a small gift to remember our stay - so very sweet and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence for its charm, fantastic location and warm hospitality!

This was our 3rd time to Florence and was by far our favorite because of the perfect location and experience we had at this amazing vacation rental. Perfectly appointed suite with everything we needed, including a beautiful welcome basket. Our host, Dominique, went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and was happy to provide recommendations. When we asked our twin boys what their favorite thing about Florence was, they both agreed it was Dominique! We couldn't imagine a trip back to Florence without staying here again. From start to finish, we had a great experience with Dominique and his beautiful place. Dominique went above and beyond with great recommendations, restaurant reservations, and even went to the Uffizi to help us get our passes and make the most out of our time in Florence. The apartment was immaculate, charming, clean and great amenities. You can’t beat the location, a block from the Pitti palace and in the heart of restaurants and shopping. Simply the best

From the moment Dominique met us at the door, he was warm, reassuring and helpful. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was cozy but well equipped. It was very helpful to have a washer/dryer. We were close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go but enjoyed being tucked away from the crowds. Wonderful stay in Oltrarno!

My family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. Dominique was a wonderful host- met us at the apartment and gave us an orientation. His home is nicely upgraded and decorated beautifully. Everything you could need was provided. The location is outstanding- very easy to walk anywhere. But also a bit out of the “hustle and bustle”. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Firenze (although it was too short!). We do hope we will return soon and would not stay anywhere else!

Fabulous in Florence with a Fabulous Host

Dominique was an exceptional communicator from the moment we booked the apartment. He recommended fantastic restaurants whose staff treated us like old friends. He provided support for obtaining a parking space and made sure we could navigate the Florence roads. His guided trip to a local vineyard was a highlight of our 2 weeks in Italy. J'ai beaucoup voyagé, surtout pour mon travail. Je cultive la passion pour les langues. J'en parle quelques unes couramment pour avoir vécu dans plusieurs pays. J'ai toujours aimé la diversité des cultures et les rapports rapprochés et directs avec les gens. Sondra et moi avons trois enfants, je suis aussi consultant dans d'autres secteurs d'activité, mais cette activité est celle qui me plaît davantage. Avec Sondra, nous faisons tout notre possible, tout en éprouvant aussi beaucoup de plaisir, à ce que nos hôtes profitent pleinement de leur séjour; c'est pourquoi nous y consacrons beaucoup de notre temps, notre energie et surtout de notre enthousiasme.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Nous avons la chance et le privilège de vivre dans une très belle ville. Pour cette raison, notre souhait est de pouvoir donner à nos amis et à nos chers hôtes la possibilité de profiter d'un très agréable séjour dans une résidence finement restaurée, possédant un mobilier sélectionné ayant appartenu à de riches et superbes demeures florentines. FLORENCE PITTI LOFT jouit d'un emplacement central très prisé car il est situé dans la partie la plus exclusive de l'OLTRARNO, quartier authentique et exclusif de Florence à proximité du Palais Pitti, des Jardins de BOBOLI, Piazza SANTO SPIRITO et le PONTE VECCHIO. FLORENCE PITTI LOFT est silencieux car il donne sur une cour intérieure. Il est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble historique. L'appartement est extrêmement élégant et plaisant à vivre. Il a été soigneusement et récemment rénové et est doté de toutes les commodités modernes, très appéciées par nos hôtes car aussi synonyme de grand confort. Nous le conseillons vivement aux hôtes qui souhaitent découvrir Florence et ses magnifiques attraits ainsi qu'à ceux qui cultivent une vraie passion pour la Renaissance mais aussi enfin à ceux qui désirent passer de très agréables vacances mais aussi à ceux qui veulent y séjourner en déplacement professionnel. FlORENCE PITTI LOFT se trouve à proximité de tout ce que Florence peut offrir de beau et d'enrichissant, tout en donnant à nos hôtes, pendant leur séjour, cette très agréable sensation de se sentir "chez eux".
