Annual Guys Trip

This is our 15th year floating the Guad. This property was awesome! Great location, kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of parking.

Beautiful home and property. Home slept our 14 people comfortably and the house stayed cool during the night. Fridge took a while to cool the food and milk when we put the groceries up and half of the outdoor lights were burnt out. Overall great memories were made with friends and family.

Mini Family Reunion

This weekend marked 30 years since I lost my Mom so we all came together in her memory. The house was perfect in every way! Beautiful location! We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for making the weekend go off without a hitch! We will be back!

River Cabin for Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay at the MooCow Cabin. All was as advertised. Communication with management was difficult due to automated responses and answering service. Never spoke to or heard from an actual person overseeing the property. Overall a great stay and would recommend to others.

Hi Mark, unless you contacted us after hours, some responses may be automated. If you had a Maintenance emergency, as instructed on the automated phone service, you would have needed to stay on the line the be connected to our on call staff. We do have text correspondence with you that is a part of our reservation system that we respond to manually, you were given the option to check in at our office location where you would have been in contact with staff or have a contactless check in which you chose to do. Great trip

Phenomenal location and access to water, clean, very cabin-ish and great availability of cooking utensils, towels, etc. Could add a few little amenities (shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, etc.). Also, it recommends you pick up a key from their office off-site, but when I mentioned we were unable to make it before 5pm, they gave me code to get into door and gate. My recommendation might just be giving the access codes to any individual booking (a lot easier). Overall, great trip and I'd stay there again 10/10.

We had 9 guests and had plenty of room for all of us to chill. So close to the tube rental.Convenient, clean, and quiet. The owners were on the property a couple days cleaning up but they were no problem. Very awesome people the both of them went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. I would stay here again 100%.

Guadalupe 2022

Check in process was great. Communication with host company was minimal. Layout of house worked for all of 14 of us including a 1 year old, 2 baths was much appreciated, we never ran out of hot water and there were plenty of bath towels for all. While the beds were comfortable, some of the bed pillows need replacing. Access to river was a plus. Kitchen is adequately stocked with all your cooking and tableware. The AC had a hiccup of some sort, thermostat was set at 74 & inside temp was 79, host was called and maintenance man was dispatched. Everything checked out and house eventually cooled down to 74. It might have been due to the 106 degree temp we had that day. Upon arrival we let the 1 ur old down to get around and when we picked him up his knees were filthy. May need to let the cleaning agency know the floors had not been mopped. Overall this getaway has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable, we all sure enjoyed it.

Great stay on the river!

This property was a very nice stay on the river. Clean and well maintained. Not luxurious, but just what the doctor ordered for a relaxing weekend. A good way up River Road, so not as convenient as we would have liked, but a great weekend no less.
