I also understand how important comfort is during your stay, and I am sorry the pillows did not meet your expectations. Regarding the stove, I was unaware that one of the burners was not working, and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are committed to making improvements based on your feedback. Rest assured, we will address the stove issue promptly. Casita J is our smallest two-bedroom casita, and I do send out a detailed message with a diagram and video upon booking so guests can preview the space prior to arrival. I understand that it might feel a bit crowded with three people, and I appreciate you sharing your honest perspective. If you prefer more space in the future, we have several larger two-bedroom casitas available and would love for you to give them a try on your next visit.
