Vous aimez le style Santa Fe? Alors vis-le!

Casas de Guadalupe est une petite enclave de casitas historiques en adobe restaurées avec amour. 12 casitas situées juste à côté de la place - nous avons des locations de vacances d'une ou deux chambres, chacune avec un plan d'étage unique.

Casita I est de 650 pieds carrés et dispose de deux chambres et deux bains, et est un endroit merveilleusement accueillant, parfait pour les familles et les amis proches. La grande cuisine entièrement meublée est un endroit idéal pour cuisiner - ou pour socialiser lorsque vous préparez un repas. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement. Le salon est très chaleureux, chaleureux et confortable, avec une cheminée kiva et un puits de lumière. Une chambre est équipée d'un lit queen size et la seconde d'un lit double. Casita I a un patio fermé, mais ce n'est pas complètement privé. Les clients passent pour se rendre à Casita J. Situé juste à côté de Guadalupe, vous êtes un saut et sautez loin de la place!

It was perfectly located for walking to the plaza and there was a good bagel shop right next door for breakfast. And a good italian restaurant as well.

Great Casita, near everything

Casita was comfortable and well laid out--very walkable to plaza, restaurants, museums and shops. It does also have a cute outdoor space, which was mentioned but not photographed. Great to have off street parking as well. This casita is on a semi-busy road, but since the town is quiet at night, there was no problem with traffic noise at all.

This property is in a perfect location to explore old Santa Fe on foot. Many good restaurants within steps of the front door. Very comfortable and well equipped property. We had a great time.

Great location and cute

This was a perfect spot for me to stay with my mom. It was with in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and had a nicely equipped kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The host was very responsive and wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place

This place is cozy and comfortable. We slept like babies. Close to downtown and farmers market, both walkable. Very responsive property managers. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Thanks Denien, so glad that you enjoyed the casita! We try hard to make the casitas as comfortable as possible! Next time you come, we will shoot for one of the casitas off of Park. It's a little quieter. Guadalupe is one of the main streets that borders the plaza and it's a little busy during the days. It really dies down and night and thankfully the speed limit is only 30 miles per hour! Hope to see you back again some day soon!! Hurry back!

Everything was as advertised and the location was great. Just a few minute walk to the plaza and I highly recommend the breakfast place directly next door! Mary Anne responded immediately when I had a question too. It's small but definitely PLENTY of room for 4 adults.

The property has everything you would need. It is conveniently located to breakfast and to the Plaza, but Guadalupe Road is occasionally noisy and not always easy to back out into. Mary Ann was very attentive and communicative. There were a couple of minor details that could use tending to--mainly knobs on a nightstand and on one of the fan pulls. But all-in-all it was a fine place to stay.

Guadalupe can be noisy during the day but thankfully in the evening it's fairly quiet and a 35 mile per hour speed limits does help a bit! Cozy casita

This casita was accurately described: it is a small, nicely refurbished place not far from the town square and other Santa Fe sights. Please note that, even with two bedrooms, it is small, but big enough for two. It was clean. We enjoyed our stay here. The casita faces a busy street, but traffic noises were not audible inside the house. Good choice for Santa Fe.

Pamela, thank you so much for staying with us! I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay in Casita I. It is one of our smaller two bedroom, two bath casitas and it is located on Guadalupe. We do have a total of 12 casitas, 9 of which are two bedroom and larger. The other casitas are located off of Park and it's a little quieter back there. Guadalupe is a four lane street, but the speed limit is 25 miles per hour so that does help with the noise issue! We would love to have you experience one of the larger casitas next time you visit! Beds were not good. The double off the kitchen made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was terrible. Caved in the middle. The other mattress was just too soft.Other than that we were happy with the casita.

We truly enjoyed the coziness of our accommodations, the great location and the amenities. The place was very clean though the floor required a little more cleaning ( Marianne has attempted many times to find just the right cleaning agents but it has been difficult and we appreciate all her efforts). Marianne couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. She was such a pleasure to work with and definitely would’want us come back again.

Quaint Santa Fe Casita

Stayed at this quaint casita while traveling to the balloon fiesta. The price was reasonable for this busy time in NM. It was a short walk to the plaza and pleasant to find other restaurants and stores in walking distance as well. Mary Ann was great and easy to communicate with. When I left things behind she arranged for me to retrieve them on my way back home. The place was clean and stocked to provide basic needs. If I were to suggest anything, the beds could use a little updating, especially the second room behind kitchen. The additional foam mattresses while intended to add comfort were too soft; and with today’s technology maybe adding a few inexpensive plug additions with ports for charging cords when you don’t have your charging block. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

What a charming property! Perfect for two couples. For about the same price as two hotel rooms, we got a place where we could eat together, watch the World Cup together, and each have our own room with a private bath!This property IS small, which I knew ahead of time, but it has been thoughtfully configured with enough storage space for all our stuff (open shelving, rather than drawers, bathroom cabinets rather than counter space).The parking is off-street, right in front of the casita.The biggest draw is the location! It's so handy to good restaurants! There's a deli/bakery right next door, a rustic lunch place across the street, and a nice Italian place about four doors away. And it's handy to the Plaza too! One of our members doesn't walk well, and we could drive him to whatever attraction we planned to visit, then take the car back to the casita for good parking, and walk to meet him.There's a lovely little courtyard off the kitchen. The listing says it's not exactly private, but we never encountered anyone walking through as we ate our breakfast out there. Mary Ann was very thoughtful in her communications both before and during our stay. Couldn't ask for better hospitality.We did joke about how small it was, but the beds were comfy, the water pressure in the shower was good, the evaporative cooler kept it comfortable even during the hottest days--it was perfect for our needs. If we're in the area again, we'll stay there again, and try out the charming fireplace.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita I is a great property for family and friends. This is our smaller two bedroom, two bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a full size bed. This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
