Great Location in Fountain Hills

My husband, myself and our 2 pups had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. The Allens were very helpful and nearby to help with any concerns or questions. The location was awesome. Although our car was handy and parked in the double garage we able to walk to the Fountain park, Starbucks for coffee, lots of different places to eat and even groceries. We also loved the nearby dog park. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nicely appointed home in Fountain Hills.

Perfect!!!

We returned from three months at the Allen's Fountain Hills, pet friendly absolutely delightful rental. It met all our needs. Beautiful scenery, quiet and walking distance to the Fountain Park and downtown restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful three months. We cannot comment on handling of issues because we didn't have any. But if I needed to reach Cindy she was always there with a quick reply. Our small dog was safe because of the wall around the courtyard. The place was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you Cindy and Dave. We hope to return some day. An Enjoyable, Quiet Retreat

I only spent a week in March-April, but wish it could have been more. Great layout and furnishings. Well set up for comfort and ease, very clean -- and easy to keep clean. Cindy was available by phone for any questions or concerns, but completely unobtrusive. Thanks again for a relaxing residence for my visit to the area to see family and friends. I did a lot of visiting and managed to get over to see Roosevelt Lake and down to Tucson. I am recommending this pleasant place to friends.

Fountain Hills Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is well situated within the city of Fountain Hills. It is close to the fountain and walking paths but is very private and quiet. The view from the patio is spectacular. Without hesitation, I would stay here again.

Great vacation place.

The property is very clean and is as described by the owner who is quite responsive if needs arise. The property is well located within walking distance of the fountain, the library and many other community features. Our favorite aspect is the sheltered patio which looks out on to Gun Sight mountain and two washes in which we see birds, rabbits and occasionally coyotes and javelinas. We spend most of our time outside reading and enjoying the great weather. We have spent four, three week vacations there always in April, the time of year when many of the cacti, the Bougainvillea, the palo verde and other plants are in bloom. Quite beautiful. We are already looking forward to April 2015.

Beautiful,quiet property

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Just what we needed. Cindy and Dave have thought of everything for this vacation rental. It has a beautiful view and very quiet. A real gem!

Rejuvenation relaxation perfect spot

After a February filled with snow it was great to be in Fountain Hills for three weeks in March. This home was all the listing promised and more, it is a spacious patio home which is displayed well in the photographs. The office area is very quiet and leads out to a covered patio, also accessible from the kitchen/ dining area. We spent many hours out on the patio listening to the quails and doves. It is only a short walk to the fountain and local restaurants which was great, there is no real need for a car here. Looking forward to our next visit already! A real home away from home.

COZY CASITA IN FOUNTAIN HILLS

We throughly enjoyed our two month stay in the Allen's duplex. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was very well stocked/equipped. Fountain Hills is away from the hustle and bustle of metro Phoenix, but it is a short drive to movies, shopping, sporting events, restaurants. Our dog, Katie, made herself right at home. We were concerned about javelinas enjoying Katie for supper, so we walked in the Fountain Park and in the neighborhood instead of walking in the arroyos. Also, McDowell County Park is close by and has excellent hiking trails. We enjoyed spending time on the patio where the view of the mountains is spectacular. The orange blossoms filled the air with a lovely aroma. I found a recipe for lemon bars so made use of the plentiful lemons. Cindy was a very gracious hostess and was always available for questions and concerns. We will be sorry to leave the warmth and sunshine of Arizona and the hospitality we exoerienced at the Allen's casita.

Getaway R & R

Relaxing Fountain Hills getaway duplex with great views of the arroyo and mountains. Spotless home, spacious and comfortable. No steps if you come in through the two-car garage, only one small step if you use the front door....this was important to us. Very enjoyable private patio - you can choose sun or shade - where I spent hours reading and looking at the scenery. Blood pressure went down 20 points! Well equipped and convenient kitchen...dine in or take breakfast to the patio. We are very spoiled, but the one bathroom surprisingly turned out to be no problem. We used a car for most things because we had one hadicapped with us, but younger people could walk to shopping, restaurants or Fountain Park. We made many day trips to interesting places in that part of the state. My cell phone reception was below average at the house. Owner are fine people, consciencious, easy to deal with, helpful and alway available. Our stay was all we wanted it to be.

Hidden Jewel

This is our 2nd stay at this lovely home & it won't be our last! We love to relax under the citrus tree on the patio. Property is very peaceful. Dave & Cindy are delightful hosts & very helpful. Exceptionally clean home with all the amenities you could want.Wish we could stay longer!

Tranquil Setting with Mountain Views

Super outdoor living space.Centrally located.Great golf & hiking close by.Everything we needed was provided & then some! Very clean & comfortable home.Owners were very nice.Look forward to staying here again next year!
