Beach views are excellent. Living room seats limited for such a high capacity room. Parking is extremely limited, and the overflow parking filled up with surrounding establishments customers but we were warned of that in the beginning. The convenience of walking out to the beach and pool was fantastic. Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas available every day.

The unit was large and spacious. The kitchen utensils and cookware are in need of replacement. The refrigerator ice maker did not work and the freezer side was impossible to get to. The wall prevented it from opening more than a few inches. The pool and hot tub are very small and very crowed at times.

Overall it was a good stay. Condo could use some updates but it was clean. We had some issues with the WiFi but figured out that the WiFi name was 1101 and not 1103.

Great Beach Access

The space is quite large and was great for my group of 10 people. Very nice kitchen with cooking cookware, cutlery, and dishes. The ease of access to the beach and close vicinity to grocery stores makes it a great location.

Overall it was a great place to stay. The balcony had stunning views. The beach was right there and loved it came with chairs for the beach. The only thing that wasn’t said and we were a little disappointed was that the ceiling was peeling in multiple places, the front door wouldn’t shut all the way by itself so we had to make sure it was shut but overall it was a great place to stay. The location was great to walk to dinners or ice cream right across the street. It had plenty of room and the balcony was huge.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location for this property. It’s close to restaurants and activities and the Gulf view is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture only sits five people and wasn’t very comfortable. The internet was very poor. Crashing occasionally and lagging while watching shows.

Absolutely loved this Condo! The 2 sets of Beach chairs daily was such a relief then trying to get down to the beach and reserve as well as a huge money saver. Wished there was more living room seating. But I would stay here in a heart beat again and again!

We have no complaints with anything! The room was very nice and we had a great time! This is the second time we have stayed at ocean ritz and we loved it both times.

Beds were uncomfortable. The couch is dated and dirty. Ceiling has a number of spots that need patched and missing paint. You could use the freezer for large items because it wouldn’t open all the way. Overall disappointing stay relative to other condos we’ve stayed at over the years at the Ocean Ritz. A lot of fixtures, molding, furniture, etc. was very cheaply done. It was ina nice area and pool hot tub were nice and not overcrowded. I would not stay at this unit again.

Great place to stay . Plenty of room for everyone. Parking was fine but I could see it would be a problem in the summer. Overall an awesome condo .
