Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior renovations and repairs. While we do not expect major disruption to your stay, there may be construction noise during working hours, hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work-related sounds. There will be limited amenity access as outlined.
Please review the details below:
• Work Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM (Sundays only if needed)
• Parking: No front row parking
• Seasonal Perk: This unit includes free beach chair service (March 1 – Oct 31)
Pool Status
• East Pool: OPEN (Pool & Hot tub between Tower 1 and 2)
• Center Pool: OPEN
• West Pool: CLOSED – Expected reopening around April 10, 2026.
Beach Access
• Open Beach access's Tower 1, Tower 2 and Lagoon Pool. All guests, regardless of tower, must use these Beach access's.

This unit features one of the most desirable floor plans on the beach, with all rooms facing the Gulf of America and direct balcony access from every room, offering breathtaking ocean views throughout.
