Ce magnifique condo de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains a été récemment rénové et prêt à partir pour la saison avec 2 chaises de plage et un parasol inclus sur la plage!

La Dolce Vita est l'endroit idéal pour votre prochaine escapade à la plage! La cuisine a tous les appareils nécessaires dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes pour que tout l'équipage ait un délicieux repas ensemble, et des sièges supplémentaires au bar! Le salon dispose de nouveaux canapés et il y a un immense balcon pour que tous puissent admirer les vues du golfe sur des kilomètres! Il y a 2 Gulf Master Master Suites, une avec un lit King et l'autre avec 2 lits Queen la troisième chambre. Plus un lit superposé double avec lit gigogne dans la 4ème chambre!

Il y a un parking à Ocean Ritz et il y a aussi un parking supplémentaire en face pour votre commodité. Vous serez situé en plein milieu de Panama City Beach avec un accès facile aux restaurants et à Walmart. Donc, que vous souhaitiez marcher jusqu'à la plage ou profiter de la piscine face au golfe, La Dolce Vita a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin!

Yoopers love PCB

We loved our stay, the condo was beautiful! Very spacious, outdoor balcony was fantastic. We seen lots of stingrays, big fish and dolphins. We would for sure love to come again!

Nice stay - some things to note

We enjoyed our stay and even the privacy that the 4 bedrooms and large balcony provided.Some things to note:Top bunk bed has a sign indicating no-one over 50lbs, which was a surprise.We didn't realize we needed to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags after the firsts ran out BUT there was a Wal-mart close so we were able to get them with little issue. (go to Wal-mart in the early morning as it gets busy)The location is nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and spotting dolphins.Trash compactor was right outside our door and was very convenient. (no smell)The 2 beach chairs were so very handy as well as the box of beach toys/supplies that is at the unit.Parking spot was TIGHT. We actually made an effort not to come and go in our vehicle very often b/c of it so be mindful of the size vehicle you bring.

Spacious condo

Property it self is very nice and clean. Management company ECDI leaves alot to be desired. They gave us the wrong code at check-in. They couldn't supply us with the codes for the pool and Beach, Said they would contact us with the codes but never did..

Best beach stay in PCB

We always enjoy ourselves at this condo! You can't beat the balcony and view. Beds were comfortable in every room we used. Any issues we had were addressed in a very timely manner. The updated elevators were amazingly fast! Everything you need is within walking distance of the condo. Dont waste your time looking any further and book this condo! You won't regret it!

A little bit of heaven

Beautiful property in desirable area of PCB. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Balcony was the star of the property. It was huge with many seating areas and types of furniture for sunbathing, eating, playing games and just watching the stunning sunsets.

What a Blast!

This unit was just as described! It suited our party of ten just fine with plenty of space, we never felt overcrowded. When we find ourselves back in PCB we will be sure to check the availability of this unit.

Family Vacation Fall 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process went smoothly. We love the complex, except for our parking space. The kitchen needs to be restocked with pots, pans, etc. However, we love the space!

Overall great trip this year! Condo was very nice, although the floors could have been a bit cleaner. It would have been nice to have some cleaning tools to sweep/clean sand off of floor. Kitchen is stocked ok. Would have been nice to have a better frying pan to scramble our eggs though. All rooms were very spacious and the balcony area has the best view I have had in a while. I would stay here again. Beware of check in though it was a bit rough and parking not the greatest.

Spring Break in PCB

We had a great week in this condo in PCB. It was myself and two kids along with some of their friends on Spring Break from college. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we had was at the beginning of the week, the beach chair rental didn't have the unit down for two sets of beach chairs but that should not be corrected for anyone renting the rest of the Summer. The location was close enough to Pineapple Willy's to walk down and get a drink but far enough away from the craziness. The parking spot for this unit is very tight and and at the end of a row. Backing in the car which was the only option to be able to get it the car back out was a challenge so we tried to move the car as little a possible.

Great unit

This unit comes with some nice perks. There is a Keurig coffeemaker and we got 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas which was great! The bathtub in the front Bedroom is a little slick and the toilet in the master bathroom runs unless you jiggle the handle. Also, the large skillet needs to be replaced. It is very worn and not good to cook in. The rest of the kitchen is well-equipped with a spice rack and lots of dishes, bowls, etc. We loved our time in this unit and hope to book it again sometime.

Would Stay Again with a Few Conditions

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious condo is located right on the beach with wonderful views from the balcony. The 4 large bedrooms each accommodate guest with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have balcony access which allows for beautiful morning views. However, the cleaning services are in need of improvement. When we arrived we noticed the unit was slightly dated which was not an issue. I’m sure tears of guests have caused the minor damages throughout. The place was not as clean as we had hoped. My daughter’s feet were black day 1 from walking through the unit. We went and bought a swifter. There was black dirt of some sort on the bathroom sinks that we had to wipe off. And lastly, the bedding was stained with a large yellow mark so we had to remove that. I’m not sure if we would stay again unless we had a large party. I would implore the owners/ rental company to check out the cleanliness of the unit after it’s been cleaned.

I wouldn’t stay here again...

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was great! The view was great! However when we arrived there was a single working elevator and a line to get on that moved maybe a few people over the course of an hour. We ended up walking up 19 flights to get to our room with two small kids and a newborn. We had a few elderly people who had to wait. My mom was able to get up after a couple of hours. Once she made it up she was too scared to even go back down because getting into the condo was impossible the first few days. When I attempted to reach out to see what the management team knew I was brushed off initially then flat out ignored. Super rude and unprofessional, if you have a second parking pass just forget it during peak season you’ll be paying for parking in the city lot which is $12 a day not the advertised $5. There were roaches underneath the sink in the kitchen, the floors had absolutely not been mopped between guests, the couches stink and the shower walls were FILTHY! I’d recommend a new cleaning crew. Overall the great view and ideal location definitely don’t make up for all of the shortcomings of this condo. I would not be recommending this place to anyone.

Love the condo! But will never rent again.

CONS: since they were working on the building, we got no warning that the hot tub would be out of use, as well as one of the elevators. On our first few days of staying here we waiting 45 minutes for an elevator at a time (we were on the 19th floor). In addition, there were stains on couch, which we didn’t mind because we weren’t planning on sitting on it much. On another note, I wish we would’ve took photos of how clean we left this residence because a few days after check out, we got charged for leaving it a “mess.” My family and I followed the clean up suggestions that would best help the cleaning crew, which consisted of taking all bedding and towels, and putting them in the bathtub. We left the residence just how we arrive to it, perhaps even cleaner other than the sand that was left from the beach. The only reason we left sand was because the email says not to clean just tidy up. In addition, there was no acquit equipment to clean up the sand available to us. We ended up getting charge an additional cleaning fee when I pre-paid an cleaning fee on my original bill. We checked out on the 13th at 9am, but we didn’t have an additional fee taken out until the following Tuesday without a warning. Our family takes trips like this every year and has never experienced this issue before. . PROS: nice condo plenty of space for my family! Each room had a bathroom, which was very convenient. The view was wonderful (when they weren’t working on the outside of building, which was actually most of the time without a warning). Thank you.

Not clean, no communication

I am not one to leave reviews. However, this is probably the worst experience we have had to date with terrible customer service. We arrived in the beginning of August to a “newly renovated” condo. It was filthy. There was black dust on the air returns, dirt in the floor, and thick dirt around the toilets. I began to clean and called the customer service number. They stated they would send someone and they would contact us when they arrived. No one ever called so we went to the beach. When we returned the door to our condo was open with two people inside cleaning with all of our personal belongings in the condo. On the second day of vacation they put nets up over the balcony for “renovations” of cleaning the side of the building which in turn made the balcony unusable as well as the pool was shut down for the remaining of our visit which was another 5 days. I made sure to find somewhere with a pool because we have two small children who aren’t able to swim in the ocean and for the safety it was important to have a pool for them to enjoy. I called the customer service number for this and was told “the pool will open up this is just a one day thing” which it clearly was not. The customer service agent basically told us their hands were tied and we would have to contact the company the owned the condo, but basically good luck reaching them. I tried each day after for resolution of maybe a different property so we could enjoy our very pricey stay. No one ever contacted us. I eventually spoke to one man who wouldn’t disclose his name and was very rude. I sent emails that went without response. Then I decided to dispute the charge. The condo was none of the description and amenities where not granted. This got their attention.. which really is all I was wanting in the first place. I received threatening text and emails which I have saved and printed. Threatening jail time and I had by a certain day and time to reverse the charge or else. I nicely explained the situation to them again and asked if we could come to an agreement of a partial discount. They responded with they would take 10% off the charge and refund it. So I let the dispute go. I never truly intended to stay anywhere for free nor do I think that’s good business. Fast forward to nearly 9 months later. No refund. I have sent texts to be asked who I am and then ignored. I write this review in hopes it serves you well to beware of Emerald Coast Properties.

Great Condo

We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, near restaurants, of course the beach, Walmart! We had a spectacular beachfront view and the location beachfront. Everything for the kitchen was all we needed. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom, so we all had our own. The beds were also very comfortable. Only one small complaint and it was that the floors needed a good mopping, nothing that would stop us from coming back. The balcony was huge we just loved it!!

Heavenly family getaway!

This condo is beautiful-the HUGE balcony is absolutely wonderful for gathering and spending family time! The location is great-short walk down to the water and the most beautiful beach! The kids could walk out a very long ways and still touch! The chairs and umbrella at the beach side were great! The property manager was very responsive! The only trouble that we had was with regards to the parking spot for 1901 but that is because we drove our 12 passenger van and it couldn’t fit in the spot due to a pillar being in part of the spot and the lot across the street was usually full. We will definitely visit this beautiful condo again!

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which we loved . The balcony was spacious and nice furniture.. There was a large bin outside the front door which had children’s sand toys and some beach equipment. We purchased a lovely high chair and left it in the unit for others to use . We enjoyed the pool and hot tool , both very clean !! This is a great unit and we would stay there again !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the condo was perfect! It was clean, and exactly as pictured. Best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced! The parking spot was extremely tight, do not drive up the ramp into the garage!! Go down the ramp when you first pull in and it is the first spot to the left all the way against the wall. Eventually you’ll get the hang of it but it is very tight getting in and out! That will not deter us from going back!!
