Avec la magnifique piscine privée et la zone de divertissement extérieure confortable, les amis et la famille peuvent passer du temps ensemble à récapituler leurs aventures flottantes tout en préparant le dîner sur le barbecue, en regardant la télévision à l'extérieur et en terminant la nuit avec des amoureux autour du foyer. Situé à proximité du parcours de golf de renommée mondiale de Concan et du restaurant House Pasture et de la salle de concerts en direct, l'emplacement offre vraiment quelque chose pour tout le monde. Great vacation home!

Our family absolutely enjoyed the home. Great location, great amenities, enough room for the family, and the property management people were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back again!

Family Vacation

The property was amazing, Everything was just as advertised. Location was perfect for River access. Lots of memories made and would love to return some day. Highly recommend this property.

El Ranchito

This was our first trip to the Frio. Even though the river was a disappointment the house made the vacation. The property kept the kids entertained with the pool, volleyball court and basketball court. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

Good common space, two of the rooms small, but usable. Nice location, and good rec spaces. Pillows are flat, but bed are comfortable. Air conditioning works great. Plenty of refrigerators for your stuff, and lots of parking space. Kids loved the pool and the playground. Close to the river and shops.

For a large family or group, the layout of the house is perfect with large common areas surrounded by individual bedrooms. Having garage storage made storing coolers and totes much easier. 3 refrigerators were a huge plus - our only complaint was no ice machine. All of the appliances, technology, and TVs were great - especially the TV at the bar outside by the pool. Playground and volleyball court were great for the kids and there was plenty of driveway parking for our vehicles - all covered by cameras. This house worked out perfect for our large family to stay for a week.

The perfect place for a large group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful house and location! Perfect for a family reunion - All the bedrooms have private entrances onto the pool area. There was a private: pool, basketball court, beach volleyball, and playground. (So the littles even have a place to dig around in the sand). This setup is so perfect for a large gathering. The house layout is so fantastic that everyone decided when we left that we'd all like to try to create that type of space at our houses. It was perfect. The nature views (and night sky watching) was amazing. & it's so peaceful - if you listen, all you hear is nature. No cars, no planes, no people, just nature. It's heavenly. When we arrived we had a maintenance issue & they were very quick about resolving it. We golfed twice on the course that surrounds the houses - It was a beautiful course (fast greens), but most importantly, it was a most pleasant golfing experience. The staff at the clubhouse were SO nice, got us drinks, accommodated our specific needs & the course was not crowded which made it extra enjoyable to play. It is a truly beautiful course! Overall, I also liked that it was a private gated neighborhood. Tips for those who book: Bring a 12 pack of bar soaps (so you can have one at every shower and every sink). Also: Although the sink & fridge water is treated and technically drinkable, you will prefer bottled water so bring gallon jugs of bottled water. This was a fantastic trip - the PERFECT place for a family reunion & we will definitely be booking again! The layout and amenities made it such an easy way for everyone to have a great time. Great group family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were multiple families staying at el Ranchito for a long weekend and this house was incredible. The placement of everything is perfect. While the dads cooked and watched football on the grill and outdoor kitchen, the moms and kids played in the pool. The playground next to the house was another place for the kids to run around and expel energy. The inside has everything you need to prepare a great breakfast. There’s a basketball court and a sand volleyball court that the adults enjoyed. We look forward to staying here again. Everyone loved it.

Fun stay with friends and family

We were 19 of us and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and was very comfortable for 20 people. Few cons were…they did not have any bath wash/shampoo and there aren’t many stores close by. Also one of the bedroom’s heating system wasn’t working well and the temperatures were in 40’s. Cleanliness wise, the comforters were little dusty in master bedroom. All in all it was a great experience, kids had a lot of games/space/playsets to play so kept them busy. We would love to visit this place again.

Ride the sisters!

Over all we had a great time, only problem we had was checking in. We were suppose to be there around 3-4 pm. While riding thru SA we got stuck in major traffic and two of the bike were air cooled and we over heating. So we had no choice but to let traffic clear up. Once we got to the office it was almost 10pm. We were really lost trying to find the road we needed to get to the house. We called numerous time to the after hours number with no answer. Finally after getting very lucky and finding the golf club and getting in we were told it’s just thru the gate and house is on the left. We stopped at the firs one and tried the code. Yep you guessed it wrong house. After going up and down the street trying to find it, we went up and asked the neighbors on the right side. Thank god she was very nice and told us where it was. Overall the only problem with this place was directions getting to it.

Loved the outdoor area, a lot of deer in the field behind the house, kids enjoyed watching them. Not very far from second crossing which has a pretty nice swimming hole. Kitchen has everything you need.
