En outre, il y a une terrasse commune sur le toit avec une table et des lits avec une vue imprenable sur les Ramblas et le marché de la Boqueria !!!

amazing location

The apartment was perfect for us. Such an amazing location, short walk to beach, short walk to city. Loads of restaurants and shops on their step, very cool neighbourhood. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks a lot.

exellent location

The apartment is exactly like looks on the photos, very spacious and brand new. The access to the apartment passes through narrow stairs. The apartment had 4 rooms, very clean, had a nice balcony and was in a perfect location for us. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much and Karen gave us a lot of info. The staff was very helpful, we highly recommend this place!

spacious and clean

The host met us in front of the unit and made us feel very welcomed. Went over everything. The apartment was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was safe and in an excellent location. Many groceries, tapas bars and restaurants to choose from.

This property is nothing like the pictures or write up except there is some new furniture.

The property is nothing like the photos except for some new furniture. The pictures taken make the apartment look like a completely new and renovated apartment and - IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. Your experience will start off at the “Friendly” check-in agency. We should have know out of the gate how our few days in Barcelona were going to start. They were VERY young could not find the reservation because they were looking up the owners name vs ours and then because we got there at 2 and check In is not until 3 would not give us the keys even though it’s about a 30 min walk ( when you don’t really know where your going along with all the people and cars). We finally got the keys at 2:45 which made us miss a tour we have previously booked and paid for. We even explained our situation and nothing. Upon entering the apt is was prob 85 degrees. Then the adventure began. The place has not been painted in probably 3-5 years. The trim paint especially was very tattered. The bathrooms at 1st looked ok until you notice the laminate is almost completely off all the sinks and the doors are all crooked. The doors to each bathroom are original and have wooden blocks cut in the doors to hold newer hardware. The doors themselves are about to fall apart they are so old - so the charm is gone. There is black mold all over the floors and walls of the showers. The sink stopper was broken in the half bath so it would not drain. Then the beds. Although I think they were “new”/“newer”. They were the cheapest mattress one could buy - it was like sleeping in a wooden box. Now the kitchen. Large holes in the under trim around the cabinets - the countertops so stained they won’t come clean. The dishwasher finally came in during the night after we tried To make it work for several tries. This is all the first night. The temp we finally get down about midnight. The apartment is also in more of an immigrant type neighborhood. Not the cleanest and definitely not the safest. Coming back to the apt the first evening we were swarmed by 4 locals wanting money for drugs. It was quite scary - and we travel all over he world. We made a very very bad choice and obviously did not do our homework!!

You get what you are asking for. Complete liberty with enough space for up to 12 people. On the ramblas, excellent location. We even got free coffee caps. The appartment has everything, hairdryer, iron, coffeemachine. We had a good stay!

Amazing apartments

Had a great stay. The place is lovely. We felt like home. Having many bathrooms was SO good. Decor was modern and famtastic. Pictures completey accurate. Lighting details truly a great touch. Tons of space. Great closets. Safe, so safe and convenient for stores and public transportation. The elevator was large and very convenient. Breakfast on the balcony was special. Thank you very much!

Amazing! Great location and access to anywhere we needed to go just a few steps away. Plenty of room and very clean! Great for Families and anyone just wanting to relax. Great view of the area and Shopping literally next door. Communication with Karen was spot on, Will highly recommend.

Good apartments in a prime location. Lot's of beds for big families or groups. The location was perfectly suitable for older children and adults. Next to La Boqueria which is a plus. The apartment has everything, hairdryer, iron, coffee machine. We had a good stay!

This place is amazing. You cannot beat the location. In Las Ramblas. The apartments were very clean and accommodated 10 people easily. The communication with the host was super easy and they were always available for questions. I would highly recommend this place. Views from the rooftop terrace are amazing.

amazing flat

We had the perfect weekend at Karens home. The flat is amazing, super cute, super spacious and had all we needed. It's in the right center of Barcelona just in the corner from boqueria and las ramblas. We could have not had a better experience. The check in and check out was smooth. The apartment is a beautiful space ideal for a family or for several couples/ friends sharing. Close to all public transport and the port for yummy restaurants and exploring. This place was superb!

This place was superb! There are 4 rooms, each with comfortable beds. The space was great and the amenities were also a nice touch with the espresso style coffee make. The wireless internet was also exceptional as I had to conduct business while we were on our trip. We had a group of 8 with 4 couples and the space was plentiful for us all. Also, the location is just off Las Ramblas and just a few minutes walking to Liceu metro stop. We loved our stay and wished we could have extended it a bit longer to enjoy the area and the wonderful accommodations at 4 Rooms.

incredible

The apartment is incredible, right in the middle of the action and made exploring the old city so easy. Very quiet to rest at night. Alex was there right when we got there and gave us a quick tour, gave us tips on his favorite restaurants and had even gone out and put a few things in the fridge for us. perfect location to explore the city

The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the city and is walking distance to the majority of major tourist spots, the port, beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Travelled as a group of eight girls and had a lovely holiday. Karen suggested some great places to try, would definitely pass on the recommendation for Le Quinze Nits on Placa Reial and for tapas we had a delicious meal at Tabarlot a few minutes from the apartment. Would really recommend this apartment as a base for exploring Barcelona.

More beat up than the pictures, spacious and clean, floors are old & beautiful (Need to be sealed).

Check in was thorough but we were overcharged $500+ dollars which was refunded after an email with the owner. Apartment is spacious with 4 true bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths which were all updated. The water heater was small but great water pressure. Could use a fresh coat of paint and minor repairs. Centrally located and easy to get to the metro and bus routes.

Many thanks for your review! We apologise for the mistake charging an extra. This was refunded immediately, as soon as the check-in staff arrived to the office (it was her first day). Painting and maintenance works are scheduled on January 2018. We blocked the calendars and do maintenance in the entire building once a year. We hope to see you again soon! Thanks!

Large and spacious.

We loved staying in this well-appointed, charming apartment. It is large and spacious. Beautifully decorated, it made us feel tight at home. Loved the location! An easy walk to La Rambla, all over the Gothic Quarter, the marina, the metro. The four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it a perfect place for a family or group of friends. Can't wait to go back some day soon!

perfect for our group

The accommodation was perfect for a group of people. Very central and right near many of the cubs and bars we had already planned to go. The place is clean and the bedrooms are big. The living is spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the apartment anyway.

Terrific experience

Staying at this place was a terrific experience. The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were extremely clean. The wifi worked perfectly. We stayed as a group of 8 and loved the apartment. It is much bigger than what is shown on the photographs and there was more than enough room for us all. The kitchen and bathrooms are all modern and look newly renovated but the flooring is tradition tiles which made the apartment look lovely. The location is ideal, a few steps off the Ramblas and within easy reach of many attractions. The communication from the host was great and they were very helpful throughout!

wonderful place

Wonderful place to stay with a big group of friends or family. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from Plaza Reial, La Rambla, La Boqueria, and more. There was enough room for our group of nine, and the 2 bathrooms definitely came in handy. Check in was very easy and communication was fast and consistent. The space and location make it well worth the value!
