Il y a une cuisine complète et laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo avec 2 téléviseurs avec DVD et accès Internet sans fil.

The condo was very nice and clean. Looks like there is new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A nice comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. Bathrooms were nice and very clean. Check-in was easy and the company was very helpful in making sure we were all set up. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beachside condo.

This is a beautiful property in our favorite location. The view from the patio and the proximity to the beach are awesome. We didn't go there to watch TV or surf the web, but the internet speed and TV service in the living room are not great. But again, the property and the location are great.

Wonderful trip!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Was exactly what we were looking for. On the bottom floor and easy access! Right at the beach! Will try to come back again!

Wonderful location!

We LOVED the ground level condo. Perfect and so convenient for our family. Could use a few updates but overall was a fantastic property! Also, wish we could have checked in early since they were done with cleaning at like 12. Check in was 4pm. Definitely would stay again.

Not an overly decorated unit, but everything worked perfectly. Only complaint would be the wi-fi, it was spotty and inconsistent on our phones, as well as with the TV.

Reviewer Comments: my wife and i had a great time...the condo was clean except for the rug near the sliding glass door to the outside porch...where the white chair in the photo was damaged and a yellow chair was also damaged...the sitting slats were out due to the screws not holding them in place...dangerous...we would like to rent the same condo the next time...if the chairs are fixed...

Great location!

This was our first time to 30A and it didn’t disappoint! This condo was a perfect location to Seaside and other nearby beaches too! It was also away from the crowds. The beach service was excellent! We walked right out our door to the beach daily. We were able to bike everywhere which was nice. The atmosphere of the entire area was quaint and simply beautiful! The unit is a little dated but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The bathrooms could use a make over. Our girls used the sofa bed instead of the bunk beds. Overall, we would definitely return to Palms A3!
