Une maison sur mesure spacieuse de 3400 pieds carrés, une maison de 2 étages, un garage de voiture surdimensionné et une allée assez grande pour garer 2 autres voitures ou camions, une cour avant et une cour arriÚre, la cour arriÚre a une cuisine extérieure complÚte, un foyer, et un coin salon ombragé suffisant pour accueillir plus de 20 personnes.
Il y a une suite parentale en bas, comprend un lit king size, TV 55 ", 2 placards, baignoire jacuzzi, une douche à jets et une double vasque. Une autre chambre principale avec un lit king size, TV 50", salle de bain, douche, dressing, 2 autres chambres avec balcon, lits queen et chaque chambre a sa propre télévision et elles partagent une salle de bain. Le loft à l'étage a un bureau, La 5Úme chambre a un wet-bar et un petit réfrigérateur. un balcon et une grande télé branchés sur un lecteur DVD. Machine à laver et sÚche-linge.

Outstanding House

This house was wonderful. It was perfect for the people we had staying. All the beds were comfortable. The house was super clean. The kitchen was stacked. I would stay here again and recommend this house to anyone staying in Tucson .

Great larger property!

The property and owners were wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were also complete! Garage had room for two vehicles. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay again!!

Perfect!

This is the best area in Tucson - the Catalina Foothills - great options for shopping and dining and about 20 minutes from campus. The hosts of this property are wonderful!

Great house for Getaway

The house is very well appointed with all things needed for a relaxing stay. Kitchens indoors and outdoors for home cooking and well stocked kitchen housewares. Kal was great to communicate instructions. We enjoyed the house and the area.

Immaculate and spacious home

Beautiful home with lots of space for a family of four. Office in loft was a plus for me while I worked remotely during our stay. 20 minutes from U of A. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kal and Renee!

Beyond expectations!

The property was absolutely beautiful. I have rented 5 other VRBO properties in Tucson area over 4 years , and this was by far the most wonderful. Great location and beautiful home. Owners were above and beyond in 'customer service". Can't recommend more highly

Great property and owners.

The property is beautiful and in a nice quite neighborhood. The home is decorated very nice and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and there is a nice grill in the backyard. My husband and his friends enjoyed their stay. Much better than getting a hotel room. Thanks again!

Pilot Graduation weekend

Clean, comfortable, well-stocked home with a lovely back patio! Though we all didn't have time to go on hikes, the home is very close to Sabino Canyon trails, though the parking lot is about 1.5 miles from the trail heads. The home is also close to some good restaurants and the Pima Aeronautical Museum.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely 4B 3-1/2 B home on a nice quiet street in a small neighborhood area. Enjoyed hearing coyotes howling In the distance at the full moon while sitting in the upper covered patio in the evenings. Has a nice backyard with outdoor kitchen. All the beds and linens were top quality; ample bathroom toiletries and kitchen supplies were available and much appreciated.

Look No Further

If Kal & Renee's property is available for your trip to Tucson, book it! They are both outstanding to deal with and the house is just beautiful. Very comfortable beds, soft towels, ultra-stocked kitchen, room to spread out for any sized party, spacious indoor and outdoor dining, etc. etc. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Without question, this was the best VRBO house we have ever stayed at.

Gorgeous home

WOW!!!What a beautiful home!! We can’t say enough about our stay. All the small details were not left out. Kal went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.. Plenty of room to spread out. The back patio was awesome, we used the grill. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We hiked nearby in the Sabino Canyon. Beds were super comfortable too!!!

We have a daughter and grandchildren in Tucson and wanted a VRBO with an outdoor space where we could "safely" visit with them and enjoy BBQ meals together. This home not only filled our needs but was the nicest place we've stayed in Tucson (and we have visited dozens of times)!. The decor is beautiful and creative, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, the couch was awesome and there were many fun touches throughout the house (there was a little game that was so popular with my grandson that I'm going to buy it for him). We truly hope to stay here again!

Amazing property with amazing hosts!

My friends and I came to go hiking for a few days in Tucson and decided to stay at Kal and Renee’s property. I’m so glad we did. The house was fantastic to chill in and relax and very close to some amazing hiking trails! Kal and Renee were super response hosts and incredibly nice. We had one slight blip that wasn’t too big of a deal for us but we decided to let them know and they were so helpful about it. We really appreciated it. Next time I’m Tucson we’ll be staying here again!

Memorial

Our family stayed here for our brother’s memorial celebration. The property was awesome. Our party consisted of our parents, niece and her husband (my brother’s daughter) and our daughter. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. We all wished we could spend more time here but we had other commitments. Our parents felt very pampered in the downstairs master bedroom. Every room was very comfortable. The huge couch fit everyone. The owners even left us a sympathy card which was a very nice and personal touch. All of the amenities were perfect. They thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our monthlong stay at Kal and Renee's Tucson home. From the moment we found this home our hosts answered all of our questions and made sure that we had everything we needed. The home has everything you could want and more. The kitchen is well equipped with gadgets, spices, and everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are comfortable-they have very nice sheets and towels and comfortable mattresses. The home's layout made it perfect for two couples to share. We loved the outdoor kitchen, fire pit, & outdoor furniture. The homes location is ideal for golf, hiking, and exploring Tucson. Kal and Renee were prompt in their responses to us-as others have said they are amazing hosts and they couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect!

Flagstaff family thoroughly enjoyed this stunning home.

Kal and Renee: Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending Thanksgiving in Tucson in your lovely home. Everything was perfect. We were amazed as this experience was the most comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked home of the around 20 VRBOs we have visited in the western U.S.A. When we gathered outside the fountains were so nice. Inside the quality of linens, comfortable beds and furniture was perfect for relaxing. We appreciated the fresh flowers, pie and extra bottled water and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Everything inside and out was spotless as well. Thank you very much for hosting us. Home away from home

Kal and Renee are the most welcoming hosts we've ever encountered. They've thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and like home. They knew we were in town to celebrate my husband's birthday. They went the extra mile to have a chocolate birthday cake waiting for us on arrival and a most gorgeous bouquet of red roses on top of that! Pictures of their beautiful home do not do it justice. The home is quite spacious and perfectly furnished so that it still feels cozy. Our bed was very comfortable and the master suite bath with a jet tub was generously supplied with bath bombs and wonderful soaps. We appreciated the little notes left indicating where light switches were located and how to operate the water features. Kal and Renee were very responsive to emails and questions. They are most gracious and it made our stay so wonderful. My husbands birthday party will always be fondly remembered and the house was one of the highlights. Thank you so very much Kal and Renee.

BEAUTIFUL HOME & BEAUTIFUL OWNERS

The pictures do not do this gorgeous home justice.! The high ceilings, large, well-appointed rooms, and exquisite décor took my breath away. The home is lovingly kept, with numerous little surprises, amenities, and thoughtful, finishing touches everywhere. It makes it feel so welcoming and warm. The area itself is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. What stood out equally for me were the owners themselves. We never did meet, however, they were so amazingly kind and attentive during our stay (answering any questions I had and responding so quickly and warmly to any messages) that my family and I all departed remarking how touching it was to encounter such hospitality and kindness; like Kal and Renee were our family too. When I need a house in Tucson again in the future, I will rent this one every time... If you have found this house searching, just rent it. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Kal and Renee; we will never forget you or our magical stay last weekend. We could not have had a more beautiful time together anywhere else; it was nothing short of perfect.

Excellent property

We felt very much at home. Hosts were quick to respond to our questions. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, gorgeous house. Kitchen was full of everything we needed. Very close to shops. Beautiful views. We would love to stay there again!
