Cette maison est super mignonne et parfaite pour une escapade en famille à la plage, avec une grande cour arrière clôturée pour votre membre de la famille canine et beaucoup de stationnement pour votre bateau!

Il est clair et lumineux avec un salon spacieux avec coin repas. Pour plus d'espace - peut-être pour que les adultes se détendent avec un cocktail pendant que les enfants regardent la télévision - il y a une grande salle ensoleillée avec des chaises et des canapés confortables ainsi qu'une autre table à manger.
Cette chambre donne sur une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le lever du soleil tout en dégustant votre café du matin ou vos cocktails de l'après-midi tout en ressentant la brise de l'océan.

Sous le pont se trouve un patio couvert avec beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire pour s'asseoir et stocker tout équipement de plage supplémentaire. De plus, il y a une douche extérieure pour rincer le sable et l'eau salée.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec le salon séparant le roi des deux autres chambres, pour une intimité optimale. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain en suite; la deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, et la troisième chambre a un jumeau plus un matelas simple et ils partagent une salle de bain.

La cuisine est équipée de tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, de comptoirs en granit et de beaucoup d'espace pour cuisiner ce repas de famille.
Il y a une buanderie lumineuse lorsque vous entrez dans la maison.

La maison a le wifi bien sûr, 2 téléviseurs et il y a un gril à gaz sur le pont.
Des chaises de plage sont également fournies.

A Great Beach Residence

My wife and I stayed here for two months in early 2025 and we enjoyed it thoroughly! We were just a couple of minutes from the beach, and made the walk at least twice a day. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable and we would stay here again anytime!

Fernandina Beach stay

Overall nice place and well stocked. We did report a couple of items that needed to be fixed. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard and lounging on the deck. There are some rotting boards on the deck that should be replaced. Beds were comfortable.

Great location, roomy house

House was just as described, with great deck to enjoy dinner with ocean breezes. Wonderful having a fenced in yard for our fur babies. Would stay here again!

Beautiful seaside stay

Beautiful property, close to the beach! My husband and I stayed here along with our son and two friends. We did the beach, a few area restaurants, and played games. The owner was easy to work with and contact. We hated to leave!

Great location on Amelia Island

This property was as pictured and described. Lee was very helpful and communicated well with me, check in/out went seamlessly. Location can't be beat, 1 block to beach. Bedding and furniture were comfortable, house was stocked with all the basics, great house for pet rental with fenced back yard. Bathrooms were clean, highly recommend!

Home away from home

We were so comfortable . My daughter and her husband enjoyed loved the cottage too . Plenty of seating areas to have privacy from each other to work when needed and living room area was large enough for the 4 of us to relax and watch TV together . We spent a lot of time walking the dog on the beach, which was basically in our backyard .

PLEDGE THE PINK VACATION

This property was so convenient to everything we were doing. This house is nice and well equipped. The cleanliness was lacking. Lots of dirt under the beds and flying roaches in the cabinets. One drawer was broken in the Kitchen when we arrived. I called the Property Management Team to report, but never heard back from anyone.

Where's the ........?

Missing a few things that we consider essential. Confusing at first just trying to get in. Two keypads and two digits on each button of the main keypad. Keurig coffee maker only (bought an adapter). No salt or pepper. Had to buy some which we left. No bathroom vent fans. King size master bed was nice and the bedroom furniture was nice but the mattress and pillows were very low quality. No support.But the rooms are spacious and accommodating, clean and nicely appointed. We would stay again and our complaints are minimal except for the mattress Ray and Deb Fields

Roomy, clean, just steps to beach, and perfect location with fenced in backyard for fur babies!

Fabulous, roomy house with fenced in backyard just steps away from the beach! Close to Fort Clinch State Park, mini-golf, 1 restaurant (with many other delicious restaurants just a short drive from house), and plenty of walking options for dogs. Great, residential dog-friendly neighborhood. Very clean home with all essentials provided and more (games, 2 dog bowls, TV in all bedrooms). All 3 bedrooms have large closets with hangers & plenty of space to store suitcases, etc. The house has a large master bedroom & master bath on one end of the house with other 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bath on opposite end of house. The sunroom was enjoyable with windows open to let in the ocean breeze. Our 60 lb lab mix loved the elevated back deck and the yard (we did, too). The yard is mostly sand & rocks, which we were a lilttle concerned our dog may not like, but he didn't seem to mind. There are shrubs & bits of grass around most of the fence border, which provided enough sniffing fun for our fur baby; the covered area under the deck was a cool option for him & us when the deck got too hot. It was only my husband & I plus our dog in this house. Would be plenty of room for a larger family to spread out. Would definitely stay here again & hope we can!

Very spacious, and wonderful location to the beach!

Our family enjoyed our time together, and the house was perfect. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings with the sounds of the surf and stars above smiling down. We cooked grouper my son brought that he caught from his home at Madeira Beach. My daughter came from Savannah, they are both great cooks so we ate well.

Wonderful place and location

House so clean. Master king bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept. So much so that I took a pic of mattress to get at home. Wonderful location in nice neighborhood at north end of island, away from resorty area. Right near to Fort clinch state park entrance. You can walk or bike to entrance. This is a nice relaxed island.nice kitchen, laundry room and nice floors. Back deck nice with nice grill and lots of seating. Sofas comfortable. Loved the area under the deck with two hoses to rinse off feet, gear and an outdoor private shower. We were able to store our bikes there and leave our beach gear for the next day. Yard totally fenced in. You are less than 60 yards to beach. We and our dog enjoyed our stay and if we come to this island again, will stay at same house.

This was the perfect location—close to the beach and town. The weather wasn’t great, but we thoroughly enjoyed the house, and the backyard was perfect for our dog.

Location

The location is amazing and Lee was very responsive and easy to work with. It is an older home, but lots of great renovations. The decorations are really cute too!! We had some linen issues when we first arrived, but Lee was very helpful. Just an FYI the laundry room and sunroom don't have AC. There is a window unit in the sunroom, but got rather toasty by lunch (early Sep). We were Tele-working and E-learning, so space was important. You really can't beat the location for the price though and we would love to come back!! Love Amelia!!
