Very comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood. Nice lower level living area perect for 2 couples or a bigger family. We certainly will come back if available in the future
We came to Rochester for my sons yearly appointments at Mayo. We were able to have our privacy but yet be together. Quiet cute neighborhood. It was perfect! We will use again!! Shower pressure upstairs was amazing!
The house was in a good location for Mayo Clinic and a good price. However, the living room couch and beds need some updating. We were unaware that there was a second unit/living space above us. We didnât know this since it was listed as a single family home. We were caught off guard by hearing footsteps and voices upstairs.
Overall the property was fine, but had a very strange smell and lots of ladybugs in the kitchen. We arrived at night and, from the front, does not appear there is an upstairs unit. It was nowhere in the description. We were a quiet group of 40-year-old married women who arrived at dark and heard cracking footsteps at Al times of the evening, overnight and early morning. We finally discovered the EXTERIOR entry stairs & figured out there was an additional unit. It would have been nice to know bc none of us slept the first night!
This was a great home to hang out with my girlfriends. Has three nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms. All the amenities we needed.
This property was so cute! Our group really enjoyed the space. It was perfect for our getaway weekend. So clean, easy to find. Thank you for a great time!
We truly enjoyed our stay in Rochester at the Slatterly Park home. Such interested decor and layout. If I return to Rochester I would definitely want to stay again. Alex was easy to communicate with--quick and efficient. Entry was flawless. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Roku too. We watched the Elvis movie which certainly dates us. My only disappointment was we had hoped for three bikes and that was not the case. Other than that, this was a great stay. I highly recommend it.
Neighborhood was quite and house was in a location that was easy to find. House is older and had a slight musty damp smell we opened some windows and use some air freshener that took care of the odor. Otherwise the beds were comfy and the house was clean. It was nicely decorated and felt welcoming. Would stay again.
The only thin g we did not enjoy was the living room couch , it was not comfortable, it really needs to br replaced. other than that we really enjoyed out stay for my sons surgery.
Quiet neighborhood. Nice, close, easy drive to Civic Center.
This was my first experience renting. Great communication with owner. The accommodations were clean and sufficient. I read In reviews that the older house smelled musty so I came prepared with a diffuser, which was very helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and seemed quite.
Old high school buddies had a very relaxing time getting together in Rochester. This house was perfect for us. Very comfortable and owner maintained good communication. Thanks.
Alex works as a graphic designer and Misha as the managing director at the Rochester Civic Theatre. We work upstairs in a separate space with a private entrance above the house. Generally from 9a-5p. We are here if you need us but stay out of your way!
