Easy check-in & check-out process. Great views from balcony, although door to balcony was often difficult to open. Minimal towels and no drain stoppers in unit. Some wear and tear but overall nice place to stay.

I don't recommend this place. Some of the outlets didn't work. A light bulb was out. The outside of refrigerator was dirty. They apparently didn't some interior painting recently and it was sloppy. I requested extra face clothes. They were never brought to us. We could also hear the people in the next room.

It had everything we needed and the hotel is great. Overall great value, high floor, nice balcony, and we had a great time. A few issues with the apartment though - both toilets kept running continuously unless you opened the tank and pushed the flapper down, the master tub drained very slowly, bed mattresses were meh, and the terrace door latch got hung up when coming back inside.

excellent location

I came here for a bachelorette party in mid July and was so impressed! the beach access, the pools, the staff were all amazing. our room was clean, ready when we arrived and exactly as described. the beds were comfortable and the sitting area was nice as well. I would stay here again!

Great location with easy beach access, nice pools, and good food options within walking distance. Great little coffee shop in the lobby. Easy access to South Beach. Mid Beach is the way to go!!

Great Location!

The location is prime if you would like to be near the beach. Was on a layover between destinations with the fam and stayed here for 2 nights. The unit could use some updating however we had everything we needed and was an easy stroll the beach.
