Carousel Oceanfront Condo - Superbes vues sur l'océan et la baie!

Cette unité du 9ème étage dans le carrousel a le plan d'étage recherché de la chambre principale de luxe en bord de mer! Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis votre chambre principale, votre salon et votre cuisine / salle à manger, et profitez de votre grand balcon direct de 30 pieds en bord de mer hors de la chambre principale et du salon ainsi que d'un patio de 30 pieds sur le côté de la baie. Profitez de magnifiques levers de soleil sur l'océan et de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la baie!

Depuis l'achat de cet appareil en 2019, nous avons effectué plusieurs mises à jour, notamment; nouveau revêtement de sol en vinyle de luxe ainsi qu'un nouveau canapé-lit! Tous les lits sont également neufs!

Carousel est une copropriété de villégiature avec des équipements inégalés à Ocean City, y compris: piscine chauffée extérieure et intérieure, bain à remous, salle d'exercice, sauna, salle d'arcade, tables de ping-pong, terrains de pickleball, restaurant / salon sur place, café sur place, boutique de cadeaux et même une patinoire intérieure!

Accès gratuit à Internet haut débit sans fil fourni.

Le câble de base avec HBO est inclus.

Les draps ne sont pas fournis. Les locataires devront apporter des draps, des serviettes de bain et de plage.

PEAK SEASON (juin, juillet, août) nécessite une location à la semaine. Les locations à la semaine sont du samedi au samedi.

Le séjour minimum est de 2 nuits en basse saison.

Il y a un parking pour deux voitures disponibles. Il y a un grand parking devant le bâtiment ainsi qu'un garage à quatre niveaux à côté. Il y a 35 $. 00 frais d'inscription au bâtiment en espèces pour le stationnement et les cartes-clés qui seront facturés aux locataires séjournant entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Ces frais sont dus à l'arrivée.

IMPORTANT: à partir de janvier 2020, le taux d'imposition est de 11% (6% de taxe de l'État du Maryland et 5% de taxe de chambre du comté de Worcester). Actuellement, lorsque vous payez en ligne sur le site Web Homeaway / VRBO, vous ne verrez que la taxe de l'État du Maryland de 6% qui est répertoriée comme taxe d'hébergement sur votre montant total. Homeaway / VRBO ne perçoit pas automatiquement la taxe de séjour du comté dans le cadre de leur système automatisé initial. Location and great view

We were in town for the Oceans Calling Music Festival and found this to be a great location with an awesome view. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops plus a nice collection of amenities on site, including a cool little bar/pub on the beach! Our Unit was clean and comfortable…a little dated and in need of a glow up, but very homey. Our host was incredibly accommodating and quickly responded any time I reached out.

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check in-couldn't ask for better service & the best feature of the condo was the views of ocean sunrise on back balcony & bay view sunset on front side of our own private balconies that were huge! Condo was clean/large & comfortable as expected.

Wonderful and too short! Suite was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room even with the sofabed pulled out. Bay side balcony is an extra treat for gorgeous sunsets. Owner was quick to answer all my questions and checked in with me to make sure checkin went smoothly. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!

Property is dated. The pool and hot tub really need work. They weren't at temperature (heated pool was cold, hot tub was lukewarm), and there were brown stains- looked like both pool and hot tub needed a good scrubbing and repair. We were very disappointed and weren't comfortable usuing them. The unit itself needed a deep cleaning. Both the tub and shower were in need of a good scrubbing, black mold at base of shower door, fingerprints on all the mirrors and sliding glass doors. Lots of dust on the mechanical room door. Beach view was as you looked over the hotel units roof below.

Overall it was great. We did have a loud group in the condo above us. This can happen any place you just don't know. The condo was very well stocked! Every thing you could went an more! They did short us on towels, but we made do.

Hi William, I’m very sorry about the towels. We did reach out to you at the beginning of your stay urging you to please contact us if there were any issues. If we had known about the towels, we would have had our housekeeper drop off more. The Carousel building also has onsite security who can address noisy guests who are disturbing other guests. I could have reached out to security for you, if I had known this was an issue. I’m glad that overall you enjoyed your stay and do hope you will consider renting with us again in the future!

The only issue we had was with the dryer in the unit. It did not start well at all. Otherwise it was a amazing unit and a great stay. Thank you Pam for your hospitality! I appreciated how fast you got back to me with each and every question.

Perfect for families w/young children

We have a 2 year old & a 2 month old and this condo worked perfectly for us. Easy to get from condo to downstairs and all the activities w/stroller. VERY family friendly. The condo itself has a huge balcony to keep all the things and a beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking,storage,etc. Although nothing is brand new, it is clean/comfortable so very suitable for toddlers/young children. Washer/dryer situation was a savior.The hotel itself is in a perfect location in OC. Check in/host experience was great, quick & very responsive.

Acceptable dated beachfront condo

Condo was clean. View was nice. Property amenities were well rounded. Indoor pool was extremely loud due to old fans running constantly. Didn't open till 10 am, which was annoying but manageable. Place was overall decent, but quite dated.The curtains in the main bedroom were unacceptable and allowed excessive amounts of light in. It was impossible to sleep past dawn, especially with a small child. I imagine the owner puts the hurricane protection down to block the light for themselves. No chance for us. There were tons of beach items, but the closet was totally disorganized. I'd consider going back, but will likely find another spot in the future.

Thank you for your review. As shown in the pictures, the master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows which allows breathtaking views of the ocean. There are also thick floor-to-ceiling curtains, which, when closed, cover the entirety of the windows. There is a curtain pull wand at the top of the curtains to slide the curtains and to pull the curtains completely shut. This is the first complaint we’ve ever received about the curtains. Also, we do not advertise the condo as having hurricane shutters because the hurricane shutters were installed by the previous owner and they are no longer operational. We regularly stay at the condo and we’ve never had any issue at all with the curtains not adequately blocking out light, however, to be clear, they are not 100% blackout curtains. The room will not be pitch black with the curtains closed, but in my experience, they do an adequate job of blocking out light when they are completely closed. We’ve never had issues sleeping late when the curtains are completely closed.

Completely neglected unit. It’s one thing to be outdated but quite another to be dirty. The bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned. There was thick dust everywhere. There was an unidentified smell coming from one of the beds. See pics- I could go on and on. Unfortunately I can only include 8 photos but I have more. I contacted the property manager Pam immediately and she was responsive, until I requested a partial refund. Pam refunded me the 110 cleaning fee which is great because the unit was not cleaned, however I had to spend the majority of the first full day there texting her and waiting for the cleaners to come back. She did have the cleaners come back and the unit was cleaner, however we were still extremely uncomfortable staying there. We ended up leaving after 2 nights and finding a new and clean place to stay for the remainder of the trip. Pam will no longer communicate with me so I’m working with VRBO. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Nice condo but noisy balcony

The condo itself was fine. However, the oceanfront balcony was VERY noisy. The condo is located several floors above the atrium roof, which is between the condo and the ocean. There are six or more large air conditioner units located on the roof that service the atrium. One in particular was extremely noisy, so much so that it drowned out the sound of the waves! One of the reasons we like to stay oceanfront is to listen to the waves so the obnoxious noise ruined that experience for us. Consequently we didn't spend much time on the balcony like we normally do. Soon after we arrived I reported the noise to the person in the real estate office. Nothing was done about it until our last day. Judging by all the ice the technician pulled out of the A/C unit, I think he serviced it because it iced up and stopped working and not because I had complained about it six days prior. We were very disappointed and would not stay here again.

I wish you had reached out to me about this issue. This review is the first time I’m hearing about it. If I had known you were experiencing this, I would have followed up with the on-site condo office for you regarding what sounds like an unusual maintenance issue. Our condo is located on the 9th floor. The atrium roof is many levels below, at the 4th floor level. While sounds from the air-conditioner units on the atrium roof below are typically audible, especially during the hot summer months, we’ve never in the past had an issue with them drowning out the sound of the ocean waves before. I’m very sorry you experienced this and I wish you had reached out to me about this issue during your stay so I could have helped to try to find out why this was happening. I’m glad to hear that building maintenance serviced the atrium roof air conditioner during your stay, but if I was aware of the situation, I would have followed up on this issue and tried to get it addressed for you as soon as possible.

Beautiful Ocean Views

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the carousel. There were enough amenities at the location that we didn’t have to leave the resort. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The condo had amazing views of the ocean and the bay. I would recommend staying here and will come again.

good property, good location

We were miles from the boardwalk but in a very convenient location. Great place, ice skating, on the beach. outdoor pool is small and we never used it because it was always full but the indoor pool is bigger and nice after the ocean swim. The view from our ocean balcony was not the greatest due to roof below but still nice view of the ocean. The condo was clean and as expected, nothing fancy but all necessities included. I would stay again. Thanks Pam!

Very nice condo

My family and I enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well equipped. The ocean view was pleasant despite having to look out over the hotel roof. Since we were there while the remnants of Ian were passing by, there was a lot of clanging and banging noises from the roof vents of the hotel below. I suspect on a non-windy day the only noise would be the AC units. We ate lunch at the Bamboo lounge and enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was helpful and attentive.
