Great location right at the water front. Better view than most restaurants in the village. Super close to all shops and restaurants. The staff is super helpful/ responsive and actively provides the instructions at every step of the way.

Great view!We spent early mornings on lanai planning our adventures and watching waves crash. Several dining options within walking distance.The lock on door is a little tricky..but had it figured out within a day.Would stay again.Fun to watch cruise ships arrive on Wednesday and Saturday.

The location and proximity to the ocean was amazing! Even with the window closed we can still hear the waves crashing and we loved it!

A beautiful condo with a perfect view of the sunset every night. Located in the heart of Kona. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. They were super accommodating with us and made our experience a great one! Would definitely recommend.

The view was amazing, but it is next to a very busy and LOUD road. Difficult to get in and out of the locked front door.

Our Kona visit

Location of the condo had a lot of traffic noise, but the ocean waves wee a good balance, Close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as historical sites.

The location couldn’t have been better. The deck is perfect for private happy hour and sunset. Steps away from restaurants, beach, coffee and more.

Best view of the ocean

First time in Hawaii and this was the perfect place to stay. So close to the ocean and in the center of many shops and restaurants and beaches. Will get this place again in the future when we will come back. The sound of the waves while falling asleep is just perfect.

Everything was nice. Beautiful view. Nice condo. We have stayed at several at Kona Alii. We do have 2 complaints. The door entering for the first time was very difficult till you get the hang of it. The unit also had quite a bit of cockaroaches. Could have used those black roach houses that most units have in them.

The condo is very nice, kitchen has everythimg you could need. Unfortunately, the floors were not clean, and the fromt door lock was just difficult to use.

Great visit with an exceptional location

This residence was directly across from the street from the waterfront with views with great sunsets, dolphins and fish jumping and lots of activity. It was nice to sit out on the lanai for morning coffee or winding down in the evening with the breaking surf and views. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. In apartment stacked washer dryer and Air conditioning was something very appreciated! They had all the appliances and most items needed for tourist outings. It was an incredible stay. We will look for this place again for future trips!!!

Beautiful setting and easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

The property was very nice. The door locks getting in out of the room were challenging. We had to call the information number to determine how to work the locks. It seemed as though the door did not shut properly as we also had an issue locking the door from the inside. They were very helpful.

10 day relaxing get away to my favorite place in the world!

I have stayed in this building twice now and it is always so comfortable and convenient to everything in town. You don't have to drive anywhere as it is all in walking distance. I personally love to just sit on the balcony and watch the boats and dolphins in the water every morning and evening as well as people watching on the street below (at times that can be even more amusing!). This was my 10th time to Kona and I have yet to turn the TV on - why would you? Also, try the massage therapist on the bottom floor. She was excellent! Highly recommend!

Location can’t be beat!

Greta location for walking to beach or restaurants. View is fantastic. Located on busy street so be mindful if you’re sensitive to noise. The pound of the surf was music to my ears. My husband and I brought two teenagers who used the couch and an air mattress. Having two bathrooms made all the difference. Not much privacy (bedroom door doesn’t seal off room). Worked great for one week. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had to buy a few things (cookie sheets) but not a big deal. Overall, loved this place for the price and location!
