Kona Reef C13 est votre paradis privé avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan directement depuis une carte postale. Profitez de la cuisine mise à jour pour préparer vos propres repas gastronomiques, détendez-vous dans les brises de l'océan sur la véranda ou dérivez pour dormir sur le matelas Tempurpedic.

WiFi haut débit, écran plat HD avec des centaines de chaßnes, y compris Showtime, lecteur Blu-ray compatible Internet avec accÚs à Netflix et à d'autres services de streaming, et climatisation.

Nous essayons d'inclure tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances. Serviettes de plage, parasol et tapis de plage, glaciĂšre, Ă©quipement de plongĂ©e, mĂȘme planches de bodyboard. La seule chose que vous devez apporter est votre maillot de bain et votre crĂšme solaire.

Juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du condo se trouve la piscine d'eau salĂ©e et le spa en bord de mer, ainsi que l'espace barbecue (alors fermez le WiFi fonctionne trĂšs bien Ă  partir de lĂ !). Si vous vous aventurez, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques pas de tout. Profitez de la plage de sable juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du condo et regardez les tortues se dĂ©tendre quand il fait calme, ou les locaux surfent lorsque les vagues sont levĂ©es. Faites une courte promenade (moins de 5 minutes) pour profiter de pupus au Don the Beachcomber ou de dĂ©licieux repas chez Huggos. Quelques minutes plus loin Ă  pied et vous pouvez visiter les nombreux magasins de Kailua, prendre un cafĂ© local ou un bol d'açai, ou faire des emplettes au marchĂ© local pour des fruits frais, des fleurs, de l'artisanat, ou Ă  peu prĂšs tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer!

Le condo est bien équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, de la cuisine au jeu à la plage (voir les commodités pour plus de détails). La seule partie difficile de vos vacances sera de partir.

The condo from Steve and Amber is outstanding!! We had a perfect stay. The view from the lanai, especially for sunset is gorgeous. Following the conch ceremony

This was a wonderfully maintained property in a perfect location. The owners have done an excellent job in supplying all amenities and information needed to make your stay perfect. 10 Year Anniversary

We stayed for a week and it was so relaxing. Everything we needed they provided. Pool area was never too crowded and we had a nice ocean view. The owners were very helpful and quick with responses. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay in Paradise!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. So well equipped and clean. The owners supplied everything from sunblock to snorkeling gear. Quick walk into town. Free parking. Oh, and the view of the ocean was amazing! We hope to return!

Beyond incredible property and stay

This unit looked great in photos, and was even better in person! The moment my husband walked thru the house and onto the lanai, he said "good job" (in picking the rental).I filtered listings that were oceanfront, ac, king bed, and the highest reviews. I cannot say how impressed I was with the home's cleanliness. After staying in many different vacation rentals, I notice the little things like dust in places that don't get used much. This home made me feel at home, and honestly inspired me to clean the little things at my own home after lol.The heated pool and spa are fantastic. Theres also lounge chairs outside the fenced in pool area you can watch the ocean or sunset.There is privacy inside the unit as well, where you can sit on the couch and watch the ocean. Steve and Amber make the stay easy. They give you the info you need, but make you feel completely comfortable to enjoy your vacation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Steve and Amber. We hope to return.

Wonderful place

The location was perfect, and we watched the sunset over the ocean each night from our lanai. Parking was easy and it was just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen and lovely gift bag of local treats. We would definitely stay again.

Its the little things

Its the little things that matter! This rental was PERFECT for our stay. This owner cares about their property, the quality and the subtle small things to make our 12 night stay worth every penny is evident in their property. This owner understands service, and care, from the moment we walked into to our cute welcome basket to the quality of the towels, linens and utensils which all served our needs exactly as needed. The upgrades to the refrigerator, washer/dryer and electronics gave us the desired comfort to make the stay so enjoyable we didn't want to leave on day 13. The condo is perfectly positioned to enjoy a coffee overlooking the whales in the morning and sunset in the evening on the very comfortable lanai. The organization of the outside "toys" afforded us to be able to use them with ease. There wasn't a si gle thing we didn't know its exact intention on how to use. We have stayed on a lot of VRBOs, including on this complex and this one by far exceeded expectations!

Fabulous Kona Reef

Steve and Amber's condo is just absolutely fabulous. It was a home away from home for us. The welcome gifts of chocolates and coffee were a fantastic touch. We stayed for 6 nights at this condo before moving locations within the island. This was our second time staying at Kona Reef, third time on the island and this was by far the best one. The location, view, condo amenities were outstanding. There was a slight issue with the air conditioning and we had immediate response from the owner to rectify the issue. Highly recommend and will be booking this unit for our next trip

Can't Beat the Ambience

This is my third time staying at Kona Reef, first time in this unit. The condo is well-appointed, organized and has the most amazing view of the pool and ocean. I'd be putting groceries away and have to marvel at the sight of rolling waves. The village-like Kona Town is close by with lots of shopping and restaurants. Beaches and activities are within close proximity. The vibe is always a good one with people easy to talk to around the pool/Jacuzzi.

We love this unit and the fact that is perfectly situated in the complex and C-13 is meticulously maintained and equipped with everything one could want. Top rate all the way

Everything about this unit was 5 star. From the welcome basket, robes, high quality furnishings and appliances, tasteful decor, location to pool, ocean parking garage and garbage, air conditioning in living AND bedroom. The hide a bed was very comfortable. All bath products provided plus blow dryer and straightener. There was an iron and a steamer which came in clutch got bridesmaids and wedding dress. The property maintenance is also 5 star. Just like a high end resort, the lawn chairs are put back into their places, the entire pool area is hosed down each morning, the bbq area including the grills are cleaned, the pool bath room is cleaned throughout the day, the landscaping around the pool is meticulously manicured. The owner, Steve is nice and so responsive. (Of course he’s an Oregonian) I come to Kona annually and this is by far the nicest stay (since 2010). I will definitely return!!

We were married in Hawaii in 2005 and fell in love with the islands. There's something special about Hawaii that you feel the moment you step off the plane. We want to share our love of the islands with others and want every guest to have the perfect vacation experience.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Kona Reef because of the proximity to town. Not having to drive when you want to get a coffee, do some shopping, or go out to eat was a big selling point for us. Having a beach right next door was huge as well. And when we do want to go somewhere, the whole island is easy to explore from Kona!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We choose C13 first because of the location. Watching sunset from your lanai every night is a dream come true. We also love that's it's close to the pool and BBQ area which are great places to gather with friends, or make new ones. C13 is away from the busy road, so it's nice and quiet while still being so close to town. We have continued to improve and update the unit to make it a home away from home we can share with our guests. We want people to have all the conveniences of home while on vacation.
