The home was beautiful look exactly like the pictures. Was more than enough space for my family of 15. Enough towels and wash cloths were provided. Only problem we had was a toilet issue that couldnât get accommodated during our stay and made the house smell bad. The host responded quickly to the plumbing issue but a tech wasnât able to check the house during our stay. We also couldnât get the movie room to play anything maybe we just didnât know what we were doing but that didnât stop the kids from enjoying the home.Overall we enjoyed our stay, beautiful and fun community and we wouldnât mind booking again.

Review for Vrbo, explain all these issues such as tv not working knobs on lamps broken. Theater room, not working broken lawn chairs. The house melts like a dirty mop was used to clean the upstairs smell like there were sewer back up the communication with the host and I was great, but the accommodations was not there. We asked for the use of the hot tub to accommodate. They said it was too late. They tried to give us free barbecue, which we didnât want to use we asked for late checkout. They said we had to pay an extra five dollars. We bought our own batteries for remotes. They didnât provide any conversations for that.
This property was NOTHING as advertised. The place was filthy and looked like it had not ever been cleaned. It smelt wet in there, most likely due to the carpet and it also does not appear to have ever been cleaned professionally. For the price you pay to stay at this location, you would expect it to be well maintained and it was everything but that. We left the place cleaner than they gave it to us. They also do not provide anything you need for the house (garbage bags or toilet paper- which to me are givens when you rent these types of places) and charge all these ridiculous fees⊠to use the grill, warm the pool, if you forgot something⊠like really? If I left My charger you would charge me 25 and then to warm the pool and use the grill⊠then why have a grill? I just Find that obsurd. These people are scamming individuals out of their money and have false advertisement and property is not as portrayed.
Annual Golf trip for 7 adults. Great neighborhood , communications and check-in process was flawless, house was ok but we were not terribly picky, does need some cleaning/updates for higher rating but bedrooms were all clean and above average.
When we arrived- the house was not clean. Floor was sticky and there was a dirty towel in the kitchen. Coffee pot was broken- they did send a new one. Beds were so uncomfortable and springy- pillows were super thin. We also requested for the pool to be heated 2 months prior and when we arrived it was not. Communication with the property manager wasn't the best... she was not super friendly and blamed me. We had a group of people show up in the house next door that had the same issues with the pool. Definitely would not stay in another one of their houses. Location was great.
Property in great location and handy for all Champions Gate has to offer. Needed a little "TLC" to be honest and showed typical signs of it being a rental property. However, very clean and gave our group of guys a great base for our vacation.
This villa had 3 broken sun beds no plastic ware for the pool area carpets upstairs were old worn and smelly hardly any saucepans or frying pans ones they had were very worn not enough seating for the pool area the photos on Vrbo are when the villa was new nothing like it is now it needs a good makeover coffee stain under coffee maker runner for patio doors was filthy we asked for a plug for the sink and tea towels never got them air con broke they did come to fix it all the mattress upstairs need replacing
Villa is in a great location just needs to be updates and new kitchenware new outside furniture and the photos taken down as it doesnât look like the photos so itâs false advertising

Get away weekend
Booked this place for some friends and I to play golf locally. Price ended up being more than advertised. No one willing to talk about it. Vrbo nor the property owner. The place was decent; not dirty but some wear and tear. Game room was disappointing. No air nor balls for foosball. Air hockey table didnât work either. Not a fan of Vrbo not managing the entire booking from start to finish. Iâll be staying elsewhere next year.
Upon arrival we had problems getting through the gate as they said no one was even staying at the house. So we had to call the emergency contact number they gave and they fixed it relatively quickly. When we got into the house it instantly smelt like dog and was very dirty. The sheets werenât clean, the baseboards were filthy, and we had to wipe the counters down. We decided to look past all of this at the time and still enjoy our vacation so we did until it was just one thing after another that kept annoying us. One thing being that the big tub in the master bedroom did not have hot water so only showers. Another being the hot tub did not warm up, the jets worked but the hot tub didnât get hot, tried to contact someone and they offered me pool heat for $32 a day and i had to pay for the whole time even though it was already a day into the trip. This annoyed us and kind of ruined our trip. On top of that we tried to have a family movie night and we couldnât figure out where the movie equipment was and i didnât find it until the next day, it was in a closet in outside of the movie theater room. Overall we still made it a good time but will not be staying here again as of right now.
Nice home but the furniture needs to be updated. The pool was beautiful. Couldnât get the screen in the theater room to work. Overall this is a good rental and we would stay again.
There was a group of 8 of us there for our daughters Senior trip to Disney. The size of the house was amazing. One big suggestion would be to have a binder with notes about things in the house. We wanted to watch movies in the theatre room but couldnât figure out how to do so. Eventually found the equipment in a closet outside the room. There were a few other items that it would have been helpful to have info about but overall we had a great stay. Plenty of space to wind down after a day in the parks.
The property doesn't look like the pictures that you see on the website. Patio furniture had only 3 chairs around the table and table was rusted. Garbage can in the kitchen didn't have a lid. Dining room table had had horrible chair which 2 of them were broken. Counter top chairs were the worst w/out cushion. Lastly the master bedroom had roaches in the closet. Very bad for them money.
The pictures make the property look good but the property has not been maintained well. Additionally, there were not sufficient towels and washcloths for everyone in our party. We contacted the property manager and they did not offer to rectify the situation. Instead told us to check the closets and count the towels. The cleaning crew does a mediocre job of cleaning. The return vents and ceiling fans were dusty, the cabinet above the stove was greasy and the home did not smell fresh when we checked in. For a home that accommodates a large number of people, the water did not stay warm for everyone to bathe. We paid for the pool to be heated but it was still cold. The freezer and refrigerator did not stay cold. The games in the game room did not have all of the parts so we couldn't use those either. We will never rent from Orlando Short Term Rentals again and we suggest you donât either.
Many issues with the house. Cabinets, chairs, recliners broken. Fire ants by the pool. Poor sound quality in the âtheater.â Very poor communication with management and no one to actually speak to on the phone to resolve issues. Not enough towels for the amount of people who can stay there. I was very disappointed with our stay and the issues we had to deal with. I will be sure to stay away from these properties when visiting Orlando in the future
The management company was responsive and the house was large enough for our needs. There was trash in the trash cans when we arrived and outside could use some work (no grass and pool deck). With that, this was a fine place for 8 golfers who were away most of the day.
Upon checking in and everyone getting settled in their rooms we found dirty towels in one of the closets and the sheets on several beds were dirty as well; causing us to stay up well into the night after a 9 hour drive to wash. While waiting on clothes to wash we decided to sit down to eat & one of the chairs broke (screws were not in tightly) and several other chairs squeaked. I emailed the person I had been communicating with prior to my arrival to make complaints; I asked for the jacuzzi to be heated for our inconvenience. They offered to send a maid out but we had already cleaned the sheets so there was no need. There were stains on the walls and on the ceiling there was evidence of a leak that had been poorly repaired. It was very evident that the owners put very little to no effort in the upkeep or appearance of the home. Usually there are white towels and sheets for cleanliness purposes but sheets were yellow and the towels looked as if they had been pulled from the back of someoneâs linen closet. The mattresses were terrible, and the furniture was very cheap. We chose Champions Gate because we had stayed there the previous year and had a great experience. It is still a great community but the owner of the home that we stayed in recently was horrible I will never book through with them again!
