Welcome to your new favorite vacation home on Fripp Island! This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom gem offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the spacious rear deck off the main living room, or relax on the screened porch accessible from the first-floor bedrooms. Professionally decorated in 2024, the house has a beach theme with memorabilia from many of the great movies that were filmed on and around Fripp Island; these include Forest Gump, The Prince of Tides, The Big Chill, and The Legend of Bagger Vance.



Inside, you'll find a brand new kitchen equipped with modern appliances, new flooring throughout, and a convenient washer and dryer. The first floor 3 bedrooms are generous in size and are beautifully decorated. The rear bedrooms share access to a screened porch with wonderful views of the marsh. The front Queen bedroom has access to a front deck seating area with views of the golf course. The 2nd level offers a large family area with comfortable furnishings and a big screen TV for your enjoyment and a Queen Bedroom with ensuite. This house has beautiful sunset views and is located on a quiet street. It has an open floor plan and is very comfortable for big families. The only draw back was that the bikes were in poor condition.

Nice location to go to Marina, center of island and cabana club. Well stocked kitchen. Great communication. Nice that it comes with 2 cards and a golf cart. Lots of steps (fyi) and could use some updates but clean. Very friendly owner. We have stayed here twice and would again.

Nice pet friendly house.

Great stay and enjoyed bringing our dogs. The golf cart was wonderful having as was having some bicycles to take down to the beach access. We grilled almost every night. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Living area is on the 3rd floor so makes a lot of trips up and down if anyone has mobility issues but makes for a nice view out the back of the house to see the marsh area.

Perfect vacation with our adult children.

This place feels like it’s brand new. We really enjoyed taking the bikes out every day, and the golf cart was a favorite! We used the grill a lot and ate all our meals at the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. My daughter and her fiancé spent a lot of alone time on the screened in porch. My husband loves watching the sun set and the main balcony was perfect for that. We had a beautiful view of the marsh. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

The property needs a lot of upkeep - paint and repairs would help a lot. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment, if you enjoy cooking, the beds are comfortable, and the linens are in good shape. It is a good place to touchdown after very busy days. The owner is very nice. My grandson left some expensive equipment in the unit and the owner sent it to us right away, at his expense. It was very generous.

Great-But . . .

Great location Great house -But it just needed vegetation cut back so you could get around the house on the outside. Inside needed a handyman to tighten up things and the screened porch off the bedroom couldn’t be used . Too dirty . Overall nice with a little fine tuning needed .

Teresa, I'm very sorry the house wasn't clean. We promise to rectify this situation immediately. I have also called a repaiman for the microwave which I didn't know was having issues. It will be fixed or replaced immediately. We do our best to provide guests with a high quality Fripp home at an affordable price. If you decide to return to Fripp, please contact me and I'll make sure you are more than satisfied with the stay. Thank you very much for your feedback and I'm sorry the house wasn't up to our usual standards.

Fripp Island Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house. Nicely decorated. The golfcart was a hit, but the battery is worn out, so we had to charge the golfcart more than we could ride it. The bikes at the house were very dissappointing. Only 1 bike worked for a while. But there are rental bikes on the island. Kitchen supplies are ok (...), good seating for only 6 people. Small bathrooms though.... Wonderful Island with a lot of wildlife!!! It wasn't the perfect house, but it was still a great house for a week of rested vacation!!!

Old golf cart has been repaired, and a new golf cart has been purchased. 2nd golf cart available for rental if needed.

Just okay

The house looks as pictured but the beds, linens, bathrooms and kitchen weren’t very nice. The house had very minimal bedding so no extra blankets or bedding and we had a rainy cool couple of days and could have used a few extras. Also the kitchen was very difficult to prepare food in because there was only a couple of pots and pans and they were older and very used looking. Only 2 baking dishes and just seemed to be stocked from leftovers from an old kitchen. The bathrooms were functional but very dated. Overall it was fine for a quick weekend but I wouldn’t book again.

We work hard to deliver a five star experience to all of our guests and would have worked promptly and efficiently to fix these items if we were told while you were staying with us. Updated Home

The house was clean and had recent updates, just as depicted in the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, especially if you enjoy visiting Fripp during the July 4th week. The proximity to the golf course offers excellent fireworks visibility. The kitchen was well-stocked, perfect for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation. However, be aware that there are many steps, which might be challenging if you have knee or hip problems. On the downside, all of the beds were quite uncomfortable, which affected our overall enjoyment of the home. Another point of disappointment was discovering a "We See 'Um" golf cart in the garage after being informed there wouldn't be one and a subsequent rental on our part. When I inquired, I was told it was the owner's personal golf cart, which seemed confusing unless the owner also owns We See 'Um.

Great for Families

What an amazing place to vacation! The island is truly an extraordinary place with so much to do for every age. The beach is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and the wildlife is like nothing we've ever experienced. Deer that walk right up to you! Camp Fripp for the kids is so cool and the camp counselors are very knowledgeable and great with the kids. The only downside we found to the island is that the restaurants are all run by the same people and they're lousy to say the least and incredibly expensive. Go off the island if you want to eat a good meal out. The house is great too. Very pretty and well laid out. We were two families of 4 staying there and each had enough privacy and space. We loved sitting on the deck at night watching all the little tree frogs eat bugs! (bring your bug spray!) The house's owner and his staff were awesome and made sure we had everything we needed - such nice people. Our only disappointment here was the bikes and the beach chairs. None of the bikes worked and the beach chairs were rusty and dirty. We would have brought our own if we had known that. For a family, bikes are a must have - you can ride anywhere on the island! We will definately be back to Fripp Island - it really was the perfect vacation spot!

A great find for a family with teenagers!

We loved, loved, loved our little house on Fripp. The location was perfect, far enough from the busiest street, yet close to just about everything. We rented an extra golf cart and a couple of mopeds for the week—can't wait to go back next year. I thought the kitchen was well appointed, the pots and pans were fine and there were plenty of them. The place was clean when we arrived, and towels were plentiful. For anyone staying in the master bedroom, bring an eye mask because the top window lets in both moonlight and morning sun. We loved all the outdoor spaces the house provided as well—deck, screen porch, and front rocking chair porch. The house comes with two amenity cards, and we chose not to purchase extra cards. This means that we were unable to eat at the restaurants or go to the larger, newer pool. Consider purchasing these $50 cards for each person in your group if this type of thing is important to you. We were able to rent without problem on the island with the two cards, and a stop by the Publix in Beaufort on our drive to the island meant that we had plenty of food for the week. Highly recommend! Bill, the owner, was helpful prior to our arrival and answered all questions. Don't miss the sunsets on the Western tip of the island, on the beach at the end of Tarpon Rd. GORGEOUS!

Great House with Marsh View

House was nicely decorated and furnished with pretty views. 4 very comfortable bedrooms. Perfect for my family of 5 including 3 college age sons who each got their own nice rooms.
