Beautiful, newly renovated (Jan 2022) studio just 30' from the ocean. The shower was just renovated Dec 2023.
Aloha and welcome to The Maui House 207! When you enter our tropical Hawaiian home you will be immediately drawn to the lanai overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. From the second-floor location your senses will be dazzled by the sights and sounds of Maui and all of the beauty you have dreamed about for your Maui vacation.
Resting just 30-feet from the ocean you will experience vibrant rainbows, spectacular sunsets, unmatched views of the islands of Molokaâi and Lanaâi and the Humpback Whales playfully coming to greet you during their annual visitation (December - March).
As spectacular as the beauty is outdoors ⊠we encourage you to come back inside, make yourself at home, and experience the comfort of our condo; designed with clean modern furnishings with Hawaiian accents and decor. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities (pots, pans, cutlery, air fryer, etc) so you can cook at home if you so choose. We also try to keep basics in the cupboards such as oils, spices, coffee, creamer, etc..
Once the warm Maui sun has set ⊠enjoy preparing your meals in our fully-equipped kitchen, or sit back and relax with the television. Or if you prefer, mix up your favorite beverage and just relax on the lanai.
Even with all the beauty and excitement that surrounds you, at some point it will be time for sleep. Curl up in the queen size bed and let the sound of the ocean set the stage for a peaceful nightâs rest. For additional space the sofa also pulls out to reveal a new & comfortable queen sleeper.
While on Maui, however you choose to spend your vacation, you will find the amenities available at our complex a good starting point.
There are a wide variety of beaches in the area to choose from. Beginning with "Secret Beach" just about 2 blocks from the condo to the beaches of Kaâanapali, Kapalua and Napili; you are a 3-minute walk to a 5-minute drive from the beaches of your choice. We are in the middle of it all. No matter what kind of beach you are looking for ⊠from rocky tides pools to explore, to wide sandy stretches, they are all here waiting for you to explore.
We are nicely situated in Kahana between Kaâanapali and Kapalua; for dining and shopping you are a short walk to the restaurants and shops at the Kahana Gateway Center or a short drive to the world-class shopping found in Kapalua, Napili, Lahaina, and Kaâanapali.

Weâre your hosts at The Maui House 207. Our family has a deep love for all things Hawaii, and Maui holds a special place in our hearts. From its breathtaking sunsets to its lush tropical forests and vibrant local culture. Maui is a place of joy, relaxation, and where so many unforgettable memories are made.
Our life is full and vibrant, much like this beautiful island. Weâre parents to three amazing kids. Our oldest son is proudly serving in the U.S. Navy, our teenage son is chasing his dream of becoming a pilot, and our youngest daughter is our social butterfly and has a love for art. We also share our home with two Siberian Huskies, Maddie and Luna, who each have their own quirky personalities, and a sweet, affectionate cat named Pepper.
When weâre not busy with workâ we love exploring the great outdoors, whether itâs hiking mountain trails, relaxing on sandy beaches, or traveling the world. Weâre also self-proclaimed foodies, always on the hunt for the best local flavors wherever we go!
The Maui House 207 is our little slice of paradise. We poured our hearts into creating a space where guests can experience the beauty of Maui and make lasting memories of their own. We hope you enjoy everything this incredible island has to offer, from its crystal-clear waters and diverse landscapes to its traditional Hawaiian cuisine and, of course, the colorful sunsets.
