Superbe maison en bord de mer situĂ©e au coeur de Beachtown Galveston. Cette grande maison offre des porches enveloppants avec des murs de fenĂȘtres et des portes françaises pour profiter de la vue. Les murs et le parquet en bois rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© donnent vraiment Ă  la maison une sensation de plage. La maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles et offre de nombreux espaces pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue Ă  la fois Ă  l’intĂ©rieur et sur les nombreux porches.

Cette maison est adjacente à la promenade de la plage; sortez par la porte d'entrée et sur la plage. La piscine de la communauté et le café Porch se trouvent à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la maison. Beachtown Realty offre un service de parasol et de chaise de plage sur demande. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est votre maillot de bain et votre crÚme solaire!

Dream kitchen!

This is my dream kitchen, thoughtfully designed and top of the line appliances. I had no problem cooking for our group of 11. The elevator was very helpful for our older family members and the locations and views can't be beat!

Best house in Galveston

This 6 bedroom home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. It provided plenty of space and privacy for each family which is rare. The location was more than perfect, especially during this time when we didn't want to be around large crowds. We plan to stay here again.

Our stay at this fabulous home was truly memory- making!! We enjoyed our large group of family; cooking and visiting in the beautiful kitchen and living area. Fabulous home full of charm, amenities and luxury accommodations.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and amazing views from every angle. All of the bedding and mattress's were definitely 5 star hotel grade. everyone slept very well. Dream house getaway

The house was absolutely stunning! Tons of room for 4 couples. The views of the beach were great. We spent every night on the porch watching the waves. My business partners and I spend a weekend in Galveston every August for the Sandcastle event at East Beach. I think we found the perfect rental. It's very convenient to the event. Would absolutely book this house again.

Very clean and very well equipped. Confusion on what bedrooms were on what floor. Worked out ok but with an infant (and or children ) it would be better for that to have been made clear. Also, bring mosquito repellent!

Perfection for first timers but...

We have stayed in this amazing house a few times. It's a perfect Galveston Beach House. The kitchen is well-appointed, comfortable living area, nice beds, luxurious towels, and great all the way around. We were a bit disappointed and surprised at check-in to find out that a bedroom, bathroom, and living area were now unavailable. Since we stayed here before and the price was the same we assumed all bedrooms and bathrooms were available like before. Suggest reading the house description closely to make sure you are getting what you expect. Otherwise...enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

beautiful house, poor communication

family trip, house was amazing. not entirely clean but still very good. communication with host was poor. I left several messages while on property but never heard back, then expressed concerns at check out and was told I would hear back from someone and never did. So, I sent an email and still didn't hear back after a month. You will love the house, it's fabulous! but don't expect any response from the managers if you have an issue.

Great home for large groups

We enjoyed all parts of this home for our ten-day stay. We had family in and out throughout the whole rental and it was easy to accommodate the whole group. Every one commented on how lovely the house is, and the openness allowed us all to be in the same space without feeling overwhelmed. Window coverings was a concern of ours based on previous reviews. There are now motorized blackout shades in the master, and blinds in most bedrooms. We did still use paper shades in some rooms where none of the doors have coverings. Bedding is not luxurious. There are microfiber sheets on the beds, and is hot and flimsy. Mattresses are firm and showing their age. We bought several foam toppers to help them out. The level with the master has a queen (not a king like on the main level!!), with 4 twin beds in the bunk room, but two FULL beds in the front of the house, not queen beds as advertised. The top level has a queen bed that has been heavily used and sags. Seating areas in the sectionals are super comfortable, but the main area has all feather filled sofas which compact quickly and are not comfortable. The older members of our party were not able to find relaxing spaces. Some left early as a result. The kitchen is very well equipped with adequate dish, glass, and silverware. Cookware was ok, but there were not enough large baking dishes, so we augmented with disposable foil pains often. But don't cook!! There are several great places to eat right by the house. Most do carry out orders, so we took advantage of this instead of trying to locate restaurants that could seat 16 people together. There are a lot of sinks (13!) but not as many hand soaps provided. The bathrooms only include shampoo/conditioner, and tiny single use bottles of body wash. Plan ahead. There are 4 chairs and a bench on the main level deck so not enough for the whole gang. Parking was not a problem. The tandem garage easily holds two cars, or full size pick up plus SUV simultaneously. There are 3 spaces in front of the home. Accessibility access was great! Wheelchairs and scooters could go everywhere, including to the beach using the home's beach wheel chair. The 4th floor has two rooms that are accessed by three steps. If you need a roomy place for a large group, I recommend Be Here Now.

Second time and more to come

We love this property. This is our second time to stay here. We have a large range of ages, from littles to older adults. This property fits all our needs. First, it is gorgeous - really feels like we are pampering ourselves. Plenty of space for everyone to be together and have separate space when needed. Elevator for someone who needs this assistance in our group. We love being right on the beach. So close to amenities in Galveston. We will be back!

Beach Getaway

The house was beautiful and the location was great. A few things that need to be fixed for the next guest: steamer in kitchen leaks/broken, downstairs fireplace does not work (it stormed a few days in a row & we wanted to enjoy it), the upstairs bathroom has a shower that has a major leak through the lower hallway light fixture, a panel was broken on the bunk bed. None of these items ruined our trip; the stay was exceptional but we couldn’t use the shower & other items & for what we were paying I thought they should have been addressed before we arrived. Other than that we highly recommend the home.

Wonderful House to Vacation and Relax

This home is amazing! Fully equipped, and has a wonderful kitchen for gathering. I was there with a few of my executive staff and families, and enjoyed the area immensely. Rooms were large and beds were comfy. TV's everywhere, and I like there is not a tv in the Family area so you enjoy each other and the view! The beach was great, close and not crowded at all. Close to everything, and the mgmt company was very helpful. The house stayed cool, and everyone enjoyed the trip. It was nice to be able to put cars in garage and in driveway out of the way. The best are the wonderful comfy chairs on the porch. We spent hours there, just talking and laughing. Great place!

Amazing beach front house

Beautifully decorated, roomy house with top of the line appliances. That being said, it was a little over the top for a beach rental. I would loved to have an outdoor grill instead of the elaborate gas stove with a grill top. (We set off smoke alarm grilling steaks with the fan at full force.) also, as beautiful as the elegant chandeliers we’re, ceiling fans would have been welcome. It would have been helpful to have a pack n play and a high chair provided. Lastly, I would encourage owners to install programmable locks on a couple doors. Having to keep up with a real estate lock box with key proved problematic. Still, we all loved the house and location and would rent it again.

Positives: Large beach front home in secure private beach neighborhood with other estate type homes. Location good with panoramic ocean views. Beach Town is great. Negatives: Daily maintenance issues too numerous to elaborate and very annoying. Possible mold issue. House needs work. We will not return to that house again.

Amazing Beach Getaway

The home was all it looks like online and more... a relaxing beach getaway. The home itself looks like a castle and is beautifully lit at night. We were traveling with two 80+ seniors and, though there are a lot of stairs, there is also an elevator which worked wonderfully for getting them around in the home. The home was spotless and clean... has a state-of-the-art kitchen with all plates, cups, cookware, coffee pot and more. We never cooked meals but it would be well-equipped to do so. Bedrooms each have ensuite bathroom and are spaciously appointed so our party of six (which occupied four bedrooms) were very spread out and comfortable. Each shower had shampoo and conditioner which was a nice touch. Plenty of fluffy bath towels and also lots of extra bed linens or throws to use on beds or couches if you're chilly. You can also adjust the air/heat on each floor as desired. The beach boardwalk is steps from the house and the beach is beautiful. Easy to walk or simply enjoy the waves from one of the many balconies in the home. The area does allow for the public to access the beach but it was never an issue or crowded while we were there. Mainly people out either taking photos or walking the beach. Security is top-notch, even throughout the night so you do not have to worry about a thing. There is also a community pool though we did not take advantage of this but it looked wonderful. The home is within a five to ten minute drive to countless restaurants on Seawall and the surrounding neighborhood. We enjoyed the free ferry to the Bolivar Peninsula (so many dolphins!) as well as Moody Gardens during our stay. We were completely satisfied with the rental experience both from the administration side (easy booking, communication, etc) down to the actual rental of the home. It was a five-star experience and highly recommended!

Beachtown

The home is beautiful and directly by the boardwalk cross over to the ocean. We wanted to grill hamburgers, but there was no outdoor grill; this may be a fire requirement of the subdivision Beachtown. Please verify if that’s important to you. The East end of Galveston is clean, neat & close to all of the Galveston activities. We’ve rented houses on the West End for years, but like the convenience of the East End.
