This was the perfect house for our family vacation of 4 generations. The pool on the living level was a game changer with allowing great grand parents ability to be involved with grands and great grands swimming.The view is incredible! Everything we needed was at the house. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with all the things we needed! The beach view was perfect and the pool and hot tub were icing on the cake! We will definitely be back! The host was also very easy to contact and communicate with!

Great location and nice house. It’s so nice to have the pool and hot tub on the deck where you can still view the beach. The host is very quick to reply to any concerns and willing to do whatever it takes to fix them. I’ve stayed at this home four times now and will again in the future.

We normally travel to Florida every year, but this year we had a 3 month old and didn’t want to make the long drive for vacation. We decided to stay semi-local and when we saw this property had a pool and hot tub ON the beach we booked pretty instantly! It did NOT disappoint. We had the best time lounging in the pool with a view, enjoying the hot tub in the evening was fabulous, and the house was spectacular. Our 4 year old already wants to go back and so do we! Thanks for a great stay!

Super clean & tastefully decorated. Perfect setup for our multigenerational family get away! The hot tub with beach views was fabulous & the pool was definitely a hit for the littles. We’ve stayed at multiple bnb’s in Galveston area & my family already requested us to book this one again next year!

The view was great. We loved the pool and hot tub. There were a lot of amenities. Not having to bring beach towels was a huge plus! The furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved watching the pelicans fly overhead. It was a great stay.

This house is great! Location is fantastic with a great view and direct access to the beach. House was super clean and well supplied. The pool & hot tub were great as well. Communication with host was also great. Caleb answered every question we had and was very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is AWESOME!! Everything from the ease of check in, the heated pool, the front row view, the elevator and the spacious rooms was absolutely perfect !! We are considering renting this place next year. Thanks to Caleb for being so responsive in answering my silly questions!

Amazing spring break! House is well outfitted and organized. Pool was exactly warm enough for Texas March weather, and second floor view of the beach. Owners communication was prompt.

If you're searching for a quiet getaway overlooking the Gulf of America, this is the place with hot tub and heated pool on the upper deck--very unique! Perfect for families too. Caleb was an awesome host making our stay the BEST we've had there. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this beach house. It was just as advertised, location was right in the beach with a minute walk right out the front door. Hot tub and pool on main living deck was so nice, it was the main hit with the kids. We would definitely book here again!

We had an incredible stay at this property over spring break. The house was clean, welcoming, and perfectly situated right next to the beach, which made our daily outings so easy.The kids had a blast, and having the pool and hot tub right there was a massive plus for the whole family. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the sand.A huge thank you to Caleb, who was a fantastic host. He was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions immediately, making the entire experience stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, we had never stayed on Bolivar and were very happy with the clean property, beautiful views, walkable beach access, and prompt replies of the owner. Our kids loved being able to play on the beach and swim in the private pool. We even saw fireflies at night! All in all, a great experience!

LOVED THIS CABIN. I HAVE RENTED SEVERAL OTHER CABINS OFF BOLIVER BUT THIS WAS THE BEST. The view is incredible! You can easily walk to the beach so if you don't want to rent a golf cart you don't need to. Kitchen had everything I needed and was organized. Bedroom configuration is perfent for multiple families. This is also the best part of the beach. Not much traffic, wider, quiet, and while we were here the beach was cleaned. I will be renting here again!

Caleb was a wonderful host. He provided fresh towels for the beach and pool, wagon and toys for beach, chairs, umbrellas, even complimentary coffee. He had everything we could have wanted or needed for the perfect relaxing getaway. Checking in and out was super easy. Our trip was a last minute decision and we couldn’t have made a better choice in our stay. We will definitely be back.
