Regency Isle 309 est une unité de 2 chambres, 2, 5 salles de bains située au 3ème étage avec vue sur les magnifiques plages de sable blanc et le golfe du Mexique. Vous apprécierez ces vues depuis le grand balcon privé, ainsi que depuis le salon et la chambre principale dotée de baies vitrées. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un grand bar pour le petit-déjeuner, un garde-manger et un minibar avec une machine à glaçons séparée. Il y a aussi une demi-bain et une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accès au balcon. La salle de bain principale dispose de deux lavabos et d'une grande douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits Queen, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bain attenante.

Over all was a great vacation need outside receptacle for electric fans maybe some outside ceiling fans and an air fryer! for quick lunches!!

We usually love the Regency Isle - but this trip left us wanting.

There were a few issues this time which made us sad because we have used liquid life and the Regency Isle many times with very high opinions.1. The patio furniture was too uncomfortable to use. We had to get our own chairs to sit in. With a lot of rain we needed to be in patio a lot. The bed thing on the patio was mildewed and so thin it was unusable.2. The bathrooms were dirty and broken when we arrived. Hair wads stuck to the walls in the shower. In the guest bath the toilet was broken and wobbly with floors very dirty. In the main bath one showerhead never got hot and there was hair all over.3. The beds in both rooms have poor quality mattresses with springs poking through - none of us are over weight so that's not good.4. The outlets were either behind furniture unable to be reached or they were loose and all the plugs fell out.On the upside the place was very cute in decor and we were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked ready to cook!! The location and view is as always wonderful! And the parking deck is a great plus We are choosing to believe this was a one-off and will definitely return soon!

Condo was amazing. Needed new skillet and blanket and it was delivered within an hour! Only complaint is that we should have known which parking level we were on.

Beautiful Condo

Great location, we have stayed in a different condo at Regency Isle and love that property. This condo was clean, had the perfect amenities. The management was helpful when I contacted them about some things upon arrival and were quick to offer some options to get them resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

The location is great! easy beach access with great sand for the family. Close to music for the adults and within walking distance if you want to have a few drinks. Unit was clean and the balcony is big enough for the whole family to enjoy.

Excellent place, better than photos!

This place went above and beyond what was expected for this price range. Beautiful! And the balcony was large and looked out to the beautiful private beach. Only small issues were the shower pressure was average, and beds need more blankets since they just had sheet and very thin cover on them. So bring your blankets! Parking garage was a little tight for my pickup truck, thank goodness no one parked next to us. Otherwise we will return here next year!

Fabulous condo!

We loved this condo! It was decorated with beautiful artwork and with more amenities than in the description. It had a relaxing, layed back feel and the beds were sooo comfortable. The balcony had plenty of space for the 4 of us to enjoy the gulf view and sunset in the evening. We left feeling relaxed and well rested. Will definitely stay here when we return!

Property Cancelled on Us

We did not stay at this property. We were called one week prior to our trip and told that our reservation was being cancelled because the HOA decided to make repairs to the third floor where our unit was. There were no other units available at the property. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and a little shocked that this would happen, especially so close to our arrival date.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at this unit often on our trips to the beach. Love this condo and complex! I will make one suggestion... would love to have mattresses upgraded. Very thin/hard and would Make all the difference in a good nights sleep. Suggest reading what to bring as there are no extra blankets and limited towels. In the past there had always been plenty. Another COVID consequence. Overall though we love this unit and would recommend. It would be perfect with upgraded mattresses!!

Dirty Property

The location was ok, the co do otself had clumps of hair everywhere when we checked in, 1 of the beds was broken the next day a maintenance man came up said its supposed to be that way (guest bedroom queen bed would cave in the middle) ok sure, the property manager completely ignored the fact that clumps of hair was everywhere. It rained a few days we were there the tv had parental codes on them property manager never responded about that. Overall ok property for being so close to the beach, but would not stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really like that the condo is very close to the beach and a short walk. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the balcony and the light did not work. Nighttime is my favorite time on the balcony. The 2nd bedroom bathroom shower did not work so you can only take baths. So that was disappointing bc all of us had to take showers in the master bathroom. Also their are usually extra blankets and pillows in condos I have rented in the past. This condo had the bare minimum of everything. I did like the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Overall the condo was nice just needs a few things fixed.

The carpet in the bedrooms really need to be cleaned. And the 2nd bedroom mattresses need to be replaced. The dryer was over heating w a bad air flow code. But other than those the rest of the condo was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo. We’ve stayed in this same specific condo twice now. And at Regency isle 4-5 times. It’s clean with an amazing balcony and we love the shower! Unfortunately the pool area had construction going on almost every day we were there. There was jackhammering and workers everywhere. My daughter is deaf in one ear and we cannot take any chances with hearing loss in the other so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. I feel like this is something that could have been done at any time of the year. Possibly in slower times. Also, the condo next to us was remodeling and we could not enjoy being outside because of the extremely loud noise. Not your typical “sound of the waves” This was very disappointing having paid 5,000 for our stay that we weren’t at least notified.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! We loved the condo and the sofa and ice maker were the best! Check in was easy and the elevators were quick. Only had two issues...the two queen beds are broken. The entire bed frame (both beds) is not connected at the bottom of both so the mattresses almost cave in. Also the shower in the master bedroom leaks badly under the door. It floods the bathroom every time and the shower head needs to be fixed or replaced. Reservation was easy however there was no way to report any issues we had. We paid for a second park tag but never received it and I could never get in touch with anyone to get another one.

Overall wonderful family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was beautiful and well kept. I was traveling with a group and not all were as lucky as we were with their units, but no major complaints. All of our units had an ice machine in the rooms, which was amazing for packing up the cooler. The location to everything - beach, pool, picnic area was perfect - really nice place to relax with the fam.The only real complaints - there is no clear direction on parking > no signs, no info in the pre-stay communication, and the numbers aren't always in the right order. And while we were there, they were having elevator issues, yet there was no signage or communication the entire time about it. With young kids and elderly guests in our group and the number of floors in the building, stairs weren't always an option. We sometimes waited 30mins for an elevator. While I know this likely isn't the norm, the way it was handled was pretty terrible.Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation.

The unit was very clean with plenty of supplies and beach gear for adults and children. The balcony was a great plus one of the biggest we have ever experienced. The unit could use some minor updates but nothing major. The ice maker was a huge plus for filling coolers for the beach. The overall facilty was very clean. We will definitely be back!!
