Beach Life - Townhouse 1.5 miles from Beach

Beach Life is a beautiful, new 2-story townhouse located in the Ocean View Beach Club. It is about 1.5 miles to the beaches at Bethany Beach.

Beach Life has 3 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, and access to a community center that has amenities galore - outdoor pool, gym, sauna, tennis, basketball court, beach shuttle service on the weekends, etc. Note - the amenities have a $38/week/person fee. There is no charge in the offseason (After Labor Day until Memorial Day).

BEDROOMS

Beach Life has 3 generously sized, comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom is inspired by a name that has to do with Beach Life.

Bedroom 1 (Salt Life) is located on the first floor. It has a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, USB charging stations on side tables, side chair, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and separate lavatory, walk-in closet with hangers, dresser with mirror, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 2 (Shore Life) is located on the 2nd floor. It has a Queen-size bed, side table with lamp, USB charging station on side table, closet with hangers, dresser with mirror, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3 (Sea Life) is located on the 2nd floor. It has a comfortable Full- size bunkbed with a twin trundle bed, dresser with lamp and mirror, USB charging station on dresser, closet with hangers, and a smart TV.

1st Floor

The home's well designed eat-in kitchen has plenty of modern gray cabinets, granite countertops, a pantry closet, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is an open concept into the Living Room. There is an island with 2 stools. The well stocked kitchen is equipped with a steamer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, beer glasses, kitchen utensils, and kitchen appliances, and more! There is a kitchen table that seats 6 and a dedicated coffee bar with coffee filters provided.

The Living Room has a smart TV, sectional sleeper sofa, and an oversized, incredibly comfy 2 person chair. The living room also has a ceiling fan and plenty of board games and puzzles.

The welcoming foyer features a coat closet, shoe organizer, and access to the conveniently located powder room. In the two-car garage there are 5 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, sand toys, a beach cart, and a gas grill.

2nd Floor

In addition to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, there is a full bathroom and laundry.

Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day, you can (under age 6 free) purchase the amenities package, which includes access to the shuttle service to the beach on the weekends, outdoor pool, gym, sauna, etc. for $38 per person per week at the community center. There is no charge in the offseason (After Labor Day until Memorial Day).
The keycard to access the Community Center is hanging by the shoe storage in the foyer.

Outside Area
A 18' x 18' patio with four lounge chairs, four table chairs, table and a bench.
You can enjoy your morning coffee, dinner, have an evening glass of wine, or just relax in the backyard.
