Propre et contemporaine, cette villa à trois niveaux (AKA Beach Therapy) fait partie du complexe privé de Miramar Beach Villas et se trouve à deux minutes à pied de l'accès privé à la plage. Cette communauté intime fait partie des développements les plus récents le long de Scenic Gulf Drive et offre à ses clients la possibilité de profiter d'un hébergement luxueux et d'un prix abordable pour tous. Il s'agit d'un plan d'étage de quatre chambres avec deux maîtres, une reine, un loft avec un roi et une reine et des lits superposés. Chaque chambre dispose d'une terrasse privée pour le café du matin et d'une salle de bains privative. Beach Therapy est nouvellement meublé avec toute la literie, y compris les matelas, les meubles de salle de séjour et le gril. Les familles disposent de beaucoup d’espace pour s’étendre et profiter de cette maison de vacances. Nous fournissons également une porte Pack’n Play, une chaise haute et un porte-bébé pour faciliter votre séjour avec les tout-petits. Le plan d'étage ouvert est idéal pour se divertir, et la cuisine moderne et le barbecue en plein air font de la cuisine un repas digne de se vanter d'être un jeu d'enfant.

En outre, le Miramar Beach Villas possède une piscine et une terrasse surdimensionnée, situées à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée.

Le meilleur de la plage de Miramar n'est qu'à quelques minutes, certaines destinations étant accessibles à pied. Prendre une voiture vous donnera également un accès facile à des boutiques sérieuses et à des restaurants délicieux aux Silver Sands Premium Outlets et au Grand Boulevard Town Center. Et il y a environ 10 terrains de golf situés à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Spring Break Trip

The property was as described. It was very clean and had plenty of room for all seven of us. I liked that each bedroom had a bathroom. The beach is a short walk, about 5 minutes, but very easy to get to. A plus was that an umbrella and two chairs were included in the rental. The area is beautiful and close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

We loved staying here! Everything was great! Very adequately accommodated 12 adults (well, aged 17-83!). Would definitely stay here again!

Hot location and clean property!

The check-in process was easy. This property was perfect for our family. The owners even provided beach/pool towels which was a nice bonus. Believe it or not, there were ENOUGH towels to accomodate our family and days of stay. I will return to this property.

Good news; bad news

The good : The property was very clean and mostly more than adequate for our group. Loved the private beach access and that beach chairs and umbrella came with the rental. The property managers were great! The bad: the rear outdoor area was completely unusable. Due to construction on the upstairs balcony that was supposed to be completed, we were also unable to use the lower porch nor the grill, where we had planned to cook steaks. The area was a total mess, even had trash thrown about by the construction “workers. Still that way on June 29 when we left.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to Miramar Beach, our first with Miramar Beach Villas. Overall we were pleased with unit 114, more than enough room (one drawback was storage for food when you rent for a month) and the location is perfect. Walking distance to anything you might desire, dining, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Would stay again.

Most everything was handled, but they said they were sending someone out to fix dryer and ice maker and no one ever came. Also there were a couple of cleaning issues when we arrived.

Perfect for large group

I wished that the descriptions would be more updated. It would have been nice to know that there was a bedroom and full bath on main floor. It would have been nice to know what type of coffee maker was there for ordering grocery delivery. A wagon and a couple beach chairs would have been great to have in a closet for our use. But overall, the place was comfortable and spacious and we loved the pool and beach nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great and right across the street from the beach. There are several stairs down to the beach, which is good to know if carrying a lot or if you have older people in your travel party. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night but it was just a malfunction, and the dryer had some sort of electrical issue which would shut it down several times while trying to dry clothes. Also the kitchen is very small with absolutely no room for food storage. The bedrooms are large and accommodating. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 teens. It was a very nice layout, and we would rent there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great ! Loved the location and it really fit our family of 8 so well everyone had their own bathrooms and rooms. It was a perfect walking distance to the beach and the pool was great as well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking utensils. Also added bonus there was a pack and play in the upstairs closet which we didn’t find out until after we rented one for the week and also had a baby high chair as well which was perfect for us. Harmony Beach Vacations was a great host ! When we arrived we were informed that they are doing construction on the house as the whole back of the house was ripped off and none of the balconies were able to be accessed . We were offered to upgrade us for free down the road but we chose to stay due to the location . So there was construction happening everyday which was fine. The host was very quick to remedy any situation that arose and texted throughout the vacation to make sure we were happy. Joe the maintenance guy was super awesome and super helpful. We will definitely go through Harmony Beach Vacations again .

Great potential- lots of small issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has so much potential, but there are so many little things that really add up. The location, the setup of bedrooms/ bathrooms, and the pool are all perfect! However (just to name a few) there’s a hole in the ceiling, the third floor air conditioner doesn’t work properly, the front door beeps every few seconds if your don’t slam it enough to shake the whole condo every single time you shut it, the TVs don’t work in 2 of the 4 bedrooms (not even if you have an account like Roku), and when we purchased it said it had cable TV, which it does not and they have changed now on this site. The internet is terrible. The management company wouldn’t respond to my emails that started 24 hours after being there about our issues and when I talked with someone on the phone, they just said okay and didn’t want to hear it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at Miramar Beach Villa 114! The property is in a great location close to the beach, shopping and other amenities. I was very satisfied with everything from the property's general condition to the responsiveness of the property management. We had two very minor issues early on which were very quickly resolved by the property management people. The villa is clean, the furniture is attractive and in good condition. The beds are very comfortable. I had rented another villa in the same location two years ago and the beds were awful so I appreciate getting a good's nights sleep. You can't beat having 4 bathrooms and four balcony areas even if the temps were such that you could not stay out for long. The swimming pool is also great. Three years ago, we stayed at a nearby community with a postage stamp pool so my grandkids certainly enjoyed having a great place to swim as did I. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to the Destin area. I like Miramar Beach as it is not as congested as other areas. We were able to pull in and out quite easily. We went on the Dolphin Cruise which we much enjoyed, but otherwise we spent the week lounging around and enjoying a beautiful spot on the Emerald Coast. We hated to leave and hope to return again SOON!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Harmony Beach Rentals does a excellant job managing the property. HB Rentals needs to work with the owner to start making some cosmetic upgrades. 1st floor bedroom flooring needs replacement, gotten worse since 2020 ( our last visit ). Front and back patios need a coat of paint. Ceiling repair in kitchen needs to be done professionally and painted. Bathroom sink on 3rd floor needs to be replaced, cracked badly and it leaks. The towels stored below the sink were very damp almost wet. The back patio was a disaster, algae all over the railings and the 4 chairs. The carpet had hudge grease spots and was filthy. The gas grill was a mess also, grease covered everything, the grates along with the tray that captures grease was on the bottom of the cabinet. There was a living rm end table that was in pieces, Harmony maint showed up the same day and made repairs. A huge plus is the cabinet near the kitchen for storing dry goods. The other thing I had to sort out was the TV's. most all the batteries were dead and the remotes had been switched between rooms. Also I was unable to get a station to watch the " Super Bowl". 3rd floor whirlpool bath when filled with water and turned on was instantly black with my grandson sitting in it... With all this being said we really enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach, walking distance to stores and dining...

Destin September 2022

Our annual Destin trip was coming upon us and we still hadn’t found a place in our price range since so many places raised their rental amounts out of our price range. We finally came across the listing for this house. Everything listed is just as it was. Everything in the house worked like it was supposed to. Location is fantastic to the beach and to restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great time, needs more essentials

This is the third villa we have stayed at and this was the one with the least essential needs available. The bed in the master bedroom upstairs is very flimsy and not sturdy. The kitchen was missing a lot of cookware, even bowls to eat cereal were not available. No beach essentials available (water boards,cargo cart,chairs) unlike another villa we rented last year that had all the above. The tv in the living room had a sound bar that did not work so the sound was only coming from the tv speakers which would get annoying at a certain volume level. My teenage children didn’t really care much for the small selection of board games that were available unlike the great variety that the villa from last year had. We love the location of the villas but this place definitely could be better equipped and could use some upgrading and more essentials available. Overall the place was clean and sodas were very comfortable to sit in and hang out in.

Annual family beach trip

This was our 4th annual beach trip with 5 kids and grandparents so 9 total and we had plenty of room! Maybe our best rental yet!! All four bedrooms were plenty big, had its own bathroom and all had its own porch/balcony. After reading some reviews we were a little skeptical of the kitchen and the third floor AC. But the AC on all three floors worked great. The kitchen was small but had adequate pots, pans and dishes. It did not have any condiments like salt and pepper etc. You’ll need more trash bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels if you’re there for more than 3-4 days. No big deal as we were 5 minutes from Winn Dixie and 10 minutes from Publix. There’s a washer and dryer on the second floor that work very well. The walk to the beach was perfect. For the beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the rental, call in advance so they are ready for you. We didn’t have any issues so no need to communicate with the property manager. We received a text the day of check in with the front door code as well as the beach access code. We highly recommend this place!
