Level 1: King Bedroom with Bathroom (sleeps 2) | Twin Bunk Bed Alcove (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Large Rear Patio With Propane Grill, Seating, and Privacy Fence.
Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom and walkout balcony (sleeps 2) | Living Room with Kitchen and Dining Area | ½ Bath.
Level 3: King Bedroom with Bathroom and Walkout Balcony (sleeps 2) | Bedroom with Twin over Twin and Queen over Queen Bunks and Private Bathroom (sleeps 6).

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. This access point has parking, handicap ramps, and public restrooms.

Four beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign a waiver)

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

**The pool is heated from Nov to March.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
