We (myself, my sister, and her daughter) enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised and the property management company was thoughtful and attentive. We were visiting family in Santa Cruz and so the property is convenient to all things Santa Cruz and nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean rental and pleasant neighborhood. The property is a perfect location for exploring the beach, Boardwalk, and all Santa Cruz has to offer.
We loved our stay here! My two teens and I had a great time. The house is spacious and cute. The location is fantastic. Walkable to many cafes and restaurants, and the beach.
Seabright Serenity could not have been better for our family. The property itself was exactly as pictured. Parking was easy too. Great being able to walk to everything.
Lovely and perfect to get beach, Boardwalk, and food. Always available street parking, and all the amenities you would want. Will request again someday.
We stayed in this rental over Memorial Day weekend, it was great. Very accurate to the description and pictures. The property managers were very responsive and helpful during the reservation and check-in process. The location is very nice and walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Would love to stay here again on future visits to Santa Cruz.
Our stay was quick, easy and comfortable. The apartment is on the bottom floor of a two-story house in a residential area. It's a few blocks from the beach, but a short walk to a commercial area, including a coffee shop and what may be the best Italian restaurant in town, La Posta...
The home was clean and kitchen had plenty of helpful appliances etc.
The only drawback was the heating.it was quite cold.
I would recommend more adequate space heaters.
We liked the floor plan and simplicity of decor.
The property is in a great location close to all amenities and with a few restaurants and a convenience store just around the corner. It was spacious and comfortable and clean. It did however feel a little tired, particularly the bathroom and the washroom deserves a tidy up and a lick of paint. The TV also needs replacing as there was an issue with the bass.
Nicely renovated & well-decorated space that is essentially the walkout-basement of a house. Despite being in the lower level, this unit features its own dedicated entrance and courtyard area as well as plenty of daylight windows. Radiant-heated concrete floors keep the unit feeling clean and the bed configuration of 1 queen, 2 twins works great for a family. Spacious living areas feature a table that seats 6-8 and a large, well-appointed kitchen with full-sized gas appliances. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom could use some updating and brighter lighting, but is large and good enough for the essentials. One note for folks with allergies or sensitivities to dust/mold: because of its setup, this lower level space didnât have the best ventilation, which left the space feeling a little stuffy/musty at times. We tended to keep the door wide open when we were staying in the unit during the day since our visit was during really nice weather. Thanks to the little courtyard buffer and picket fence, that felt totally comfortable and safe to do. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the unit & excellent walkable location. Do yourself a favor and grab a meal or drink at nearby Tramonte Italian Restaurant - incredible service and food!
