“The house is situated in a small condo on a hill overlooking the sea and city with amazing views. It is located at Vallpineda, a gated, exclusive and quiet residential area, 10 min away from the beaches and city center by car. There is also a convenient bus service every 20 minutes.
The house has a spacious and has a comfortable living and dinning room, integrated with a modern kitchen with drinks area. Internal garden and ample doors to the terrace and outside garden completes the harmonious first floor space. On the second floor the master bedroom (50m2) has a king size bed (180X200), spacious in suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the sea and the city. The other two bedrooms have views and access to the back gardens, the swimming pool and tennis court (shared). A second bathroom completes the setup. One bedroom has a queen bed (160X200) and the other has two single beds (90X200) reversible to a comfortable king size bed (180x200). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and cabinets.
The swimming pool (shared and not heated) is the biggest in Sitges, with amazing views to the green mountains of the Garraf Natural Park and the vineyards. Both the pool and the tennis court are for exclusive use of the few neighbors of the condo, mostly empty even during summer vacations. It is surrounded by ample grassed spaces with some nice shadows under the big threes.
Due to its location on top of a hill, the house is very airy and fresh, even in summer, thanks to a constant breeze from the sea that makes this property very enjoyable. The silence and quietness of this neighbourhood is also remarkable. Located at 1,8km (10 min by car) from the beaches and city center, it is a good choice for those who want to be close but at same time away from the city noise and hustle.
The neighbourhood is served by a very convenient bus line that links with the town's center, supermarkets and train station every 20 min. It's also served by taxis with very reasonable fares.
We are a retired couple and this is our home were we live and share with selected guests for a few weeks during summer".
All details regarding the rental are stated in the Rental Agreement that should be signed prior to reservation.
The house has the proper registration at the local town hall as Touristic Residence. Registration number: HUTB-014130

Amazing weekend in the perfect location.

It was an amazing location for our family to enjoy Sitges and the Costa Dorada. A perfect home from home with an amazing welcome by the house keeper. Our 2 boys loved the perfect pool and tennis court. We had an amazing few days and our only complaint was that we didn’t book longer.

Five star accommodation with a wonderful pool

The house was very spacious, with great facilities and gorgeous views over Sitges and it’s coast. We made good use of the huge pool and its area, and the lovely balcony and garden patio. There is loads to see and do in Sitges, though with the heat at this time of year, a common activity was a long lazy lunch! We would definitely love to come back...

Amazing house in sitges

We stayed here for four days. Incredible views. The house was beautiful and had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and there are many interesting paintings and artefacts. The garden is small but stunning with distant sea views . There is a huge shared pool. The check in process was smooth, efficient and Madeleine is very friendly and welcoming.

Really enjoyed the excellent views and very responsive owners. I would add a caution for mobility impaired. There are a lot of stairs. So please be sure your party can negotiate them. However, the house is clean, well stocked and maintained. It is in a good neighborhood with very caring neighbors. Parking on the street was fairly easy to obtain. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay that allowed us to create many memories.

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood

We spent nearly two weeks in this beautiful home in Sitges and would highly recommend this listing to everyone. Patrica and Lee were wonderful hosts - most welcoming, helpful and reliable. The house fulfilled all our needs and expectations. Some noise from building activities in the Vallpineda area, but otherwise a nice and tranquil neighborhood with fantastic view to Sitges. We mostly walked to the city and the beach, but a bus service to city center is available every 30 mins. We can also recommend a guided visit to Bodegas Torres in nearby Vilafranca del Penedes or the beaches in Vilanova i la Geltru. Many thanks to Patrica & Lee for letting us in to your home. If we return to Sitges in the futures we will once more knock on your door.

Alles Super... Angefangen bei den Vermietern und allen Beteiligten Personen über das Haus und den Ort.Von dem Haus aus, hat man einen tollen Blick über den gesamten Ort und aufs Meer. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen.Der riesige Pool, in dem wir die meiste Zeit alleine waren, ist einmalig.Wir koennen das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen!

2-week holiday in Sitges in August

Very good location, near the brow of a hill (catching any breeze) overlooking the town of Sitges and the sea. Easy access to town / sea front by car or regular bus service (20-25 min walk - easy downhill, less so on the return journey uphill). Flat comfortably sleeps four adults - two double bedrooms (one much larger than other) + two children in smaller bedroom with two single beds. Excellent swimming pool - very large - shared with a few other flat owners / renters (though we saw only one other family over the entire two weeks). The pool is beautifully landscaped and is the key feature to a great holiday. Note: access to the pool is restricted to a door from the second double bedroom - which could be a problem for late sleepers who don't want their privacy interrupted in the morning. Overall, the flat is well-equipped and comfortable. Good local support provided by Madeleine

Lovely home, great pool and amazing views.

The property was very homely and had everything we needed. Pool was great and the views from the terrace amazing. Highly recommend this home and if were to come back to Sitges in the future, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Special comment for Madelene who was very helpful and superb.

It was a great honor for us to be the guests in this house. Our family from Finland spent a one week here. We like this House very much. The house and pool area was luxury - excellent. General overview and photos corresponded perfectly the house. The second floor balcony was amazing views over the Sitges city and the sea. I can agree the pool will be the biggest in the town. Our hole family enjoy the holidays in Sitges. The owner has made exelent choose to rent the house. We get gorgeous opportune to stay in this home one week. We can recommend this house.
