Situé au 3ème étage d'Observation Point North, ce condo est une unité d'une chambre avec un studio attenant et verrouillable contenant deux lits supplémentaires et une salle de bain supplémentaire.

L'unité principale a une grande chambre principale avec une cuisine complète, un salon, un coin repas et un balcon. Le maître a un lit king, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec douche et baignoire séparées. Le studio se connecte à l'unité principale par une porte située dans le salon. Il a deux lits queen, une salle de bain privée et une kitchenette avec mini-réfrigérateur. De plus, le balcon du 3e étage offre un excellent point de vue pour les feux d'artifice hebdomadaires qui sont tirés juste au-dessus de la baie de Baytowne Wharf.

Au 3ème étage se trouve également une piscine privée chauffée avec bain à remous, une piscine pour enfants peu profonde, un espace de grillade public et une salle de sport. Tout cela est gratuit pour votre séjour!

THE BEST!!!

I took my 15 year old son and his friends for a weekend birthday trip. The condo exceeded all of our expectations . The boys had the freedom to roam safely, go fishing, do the escape room, kayaking, pool, tram to the beach and tons more. Tons of shopping and restaurants just steps from your room. The balcony overlooks the village. It is so clean and beautiful! I have already booked another stay.

Best location at the property!

Looked and smelled clean when we walked in! Great location to everything! Loved hanging out on the large balcony having coffee in the morning and a cocktail at the end of the night. Beds and pillows were amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Winter Getaway

My husband and I like to treat my parents to a vacation every year around this time. We decided to try to stay closer to home (near NOLA), someplace close to beautiful water, shopping, dining and nightlife. Baytowne Wharf checked all the boxes! This condo was perfect for the four of us. Each couple had their own private space and we would get together in the kitchen and living area for meals, games and making memories. The balcony was absolutely perfect for people watching and would be great during the busy season to watch the fireworks, live music and other events. Oh and the heated pool and hot tub just a couple of steps away were such a treat! We can't wait to return!

Amazing spot for the weekend

We were here for a wedding at Hotel Effie. The location and proximity to everything was the best part. We could walk anywhere we wanted, plenty of food and drink options. Gina was awesome with communication. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome location!

We are locals who rented for a staycation. We have stayed at other properties in Baytown but this location was by far the best. Didn't have to do a long trek through a parking garage and the pool was steps outside the door on the same floor. The view from the balcony was great and the condo was set up with everything you would need. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and host

This was our first time to Destin and my family had a great time on our vacation. The condo was clean, roomy, in a great location that was close to everything we wanted to do, and it fit our needs perfectly. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the fireworks and listening to the music from the bar and stage below. The host, Gina, was responsive and very kind. We would definitely recommend Gina’s place and stay here again.

Wine Festival

I reserved last minute, literally the day before we checked in. Gina was quick to reply to my inquiry and gave all info needed. 3rd floor condo was convenient to pool/gym and main entrance was smack in the middle of baytown village itself. Once we parked, we never moved the car again until checkout. We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at a great price.

Perfect spot

My family loved our stay in this spot. It was perfect for us. The tram was close and super easy to take to the beach. My husband and kids loved the liveliness of Baytown below us. Great fireworks spot too. As expected by location, there was a little bit of noise from Baytown at night that could be heard in the condo, but we did not feel it was an issue for us. Our 4 kids (ages 4-13) said they didn’t notice it at all when they went to bed. I would say the same for the master bedroom as well. Gina was fabulous to communicate and work with. We have already recommended this condo to a few friends who asked.

This property was perfect. Great location for all of the activities the property offers but most importantly, communication with Gina was the best I’ve had with any VRBO owner. Will definitely look into coming back and staying at this property.

Perfect!

My husband, sister & brother in law visited for a quick weekend getaway. This property is awesome! Gina was easy to contact and very responsive to all messages. The location is great! Once we would get back from the beach we didn’t have to leave the property in the evenings. We would grab drinks and dinner which were footsteps from the condo. You could sit on the balcony at night and listen to the music from Rum Runners. This was such a relaxing getaway for adults, but we also noticed how great it would be to bring our kids with us next time. Highly recommend.

The balcony overlooks the heart of Baytowne

The condo is a warm and welcoming place. You can sit out on the balcony to relax and overlook the heart of Baytowne. It’s a great location. You can walk out of the complex and you are surrounded by restaurants and shops along with a variety of activities for the kids.

Great property!

Had a wonderful visit at this location and would definitely like to return. To summarize our visit: I wanted to give 5 stars but there are a few things that left me feeling between 4 and 5. Overall it was cleaned well minus a few details … for example under beds and under night stand. Didn’t catch it until I was leaving and doing a check to make sure we weren’t leaving anything behind and found items belonging to prior guests. Not too big a deal as I felt the bathrooms and kitchen were well cleaned and that’s a top priority for us. Beds were comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. Dryer wasn’t working well but there are washer/dryers on site to use for a fee. We just decided not to mess with laundry after trying it once. Not a reflection of the unit itself but the building as a whole and pool area could stand to use a good coat of paint and maybe more upkeep around the hot tub and pool area. The fireplace area by the pool was so comfortable and inviting. One thing I would like to say is the sound proofing of the unit was amazing! We sat out on the balcony LOVING the ambiance, music, and location and were shocked that we could barely hear the music inside. I do wish that the market was open to get groceries at on site. There was a sign stating that it’s coming soon. Overall, I would give a 4.5 as the unit was amazing for what it offers, great location, and great contact with owner. Will for-warn guests though that parking is tight and if you have a second vehicle you will definitely have to compete for parking with the general public for Baytown Village. Definitely would stay again and look forward to our next visit! So sad to leave and wish we had more time to stay at such a great property!
