Market Street INN est situé dans le village de Baytowne Wharf ��. Le village offre une grande variété de restaurants, de boutiques et de lieux de divertissement.

Situé au 4ème étage, ce condo 1BR 2BA offre une vue imprenable sur la piscine tropicale. L'accès à la piscine se fait à partir du 3ème étage, l'emplacement est donc idéal.

Décoré avec goût dans des tons bleus reposants, il comprend une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces et un lecteur DVD.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour faciliter la préparation des repas.

Quand la journée est finie, dormez confortablement avec le nouveau matelas king et le nouveau canapé-lit queen. Tous les draps sont fournis.

Le bain de la chambre à coucher offre une combinaison baignoire / douche. 2ème bain offre une douche.

Pour plus de commodité, il y a une laveuse / sécheuse superposée dans le condo.

Wonderful Unit with Great Location

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the location at Baytowne. The condo was very clean and the property manager was helpful with clear instructions and quick answers to questions. We enjoyed the terrace pool & garden, and good restaurants & entertainment was a close walk away.

Perfect place to stay. We got in late one day and the parking in the garage was full and we had to drive around until someone left but other wise it’s an amazing place to stay and close to everything! Highly recommend

Everything was beyond expectations on this condo located in the heart of Baytowne, close to shops, bars and restaurants with live music, yet very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the nice view from the balcony overlooking the pool and interior garden. The kitchen was spotless and full of utensils, downside the stove was old and apparently not safe to use it. On the other hand, having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus. Overall, a great experience.

Nice place - bad timing

Very cold weather prevented use of outdoor facilities: on-site restaurants too cold or closed, no indoor pool, garage dirty, parking spaces obstructed by large pillars, luggage carts not available when needed, main TV not working.

4th night FREE??

This place is absolutely perfect! Extremely clean and cozy. The ad doesn't do justice. You can see the pool from the balcony, they have all the beach gear you need, two full bathrooms, kitchen utensils, and even family games! The location is amazing, with restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream, and fun, all inside the complex at walking distance. We even had a live band one night! If you can drive, you can park in the garage. The pillars are a minor annoyance only if you drive a big vehicle. The beach is less than 5 minutes away, on the other side, with parking, bathrooms, restaurant/bar. My only issue is the title of the ad, the price I got quoted, was the price I paid. If the discount is already in the price they should make that clear.

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family absolutely LOVED staying in this unit. Baytowne was the perfect choice for my family. This unit wasn't huge, but it was a good size for my family of 4. I was so thankful for the washer/dryer because I had to do laundry every night. We loved being able to walk to dinner every night and my youngest son absolutely loved the arcade. I don't even want to know how much money we spent there over the week. I was also pleasantly surprised by the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. I was planning on renting them so it saved us some money. The location of this unit was perfect. It was really close to the pool which was nice because we went every day. The layout was great and we were thankful for the 2nd bathroom because it made showers after the beach much easier. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable! The bedding was very clean and I slept great each night. I also loved the extra deep bathtub. I enjoy baths and it was really nice after a long day. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We had an amazing vacation and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation rental for their family.

Perfect Spot for a Quick Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent two nights here and loved it! I've stayed at other spots within Baytowne Wharf, but for just me and him and not the whole family, this was perfect. It was clean, comfy, and in a great spot. I only have two complaints, but neither are huge. First, I emailed the company for instructions on how to get beach service, and even after two follow-up emails, I never heard back. While we ended up not getting chairs and an umbrella due to the storm rolling in, the stand to rent them and a huge sign with details (prices, times) was right there, as soon as you hit the sand. It just would've been nice to know beforehand. I was also thrown by where to actually go when we first arrived, because the guard at the gate told us we needed to check in at the Grand which was incorrect. Because the instructions from this company didn't say explicitly that there is access to the Market Street Inn via the same parking deck where you park to visit Baytowne Wharf, we went to the Grand and had an attendant there explain what to do. Not a big deal. So, if you need to know - turn into the Wharf's parking deck via the right side and use the code send through the app. Once you're driving through, follow the signs. Super easy!! Overall, we LOVED it and I hope we get to go back.

Perfect size for a couple with a nice size balcony and 2 full baths. Very comfortable, clean and quiet in this location, as well as a perfect location in the Village. Communication is top-notch as well with quick responses and answers. We will return. Thanks for the hospitality!

Long weekend beach getaway

The condo was perfect for my husband and me. One bedroom, 2 baths, overlooking a very nice pool. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The Baytowne community is lovely with restaurants, shopping, golf and tennis availability. The only negative is the lack of beach access. We were able to drive to a public access area, and there are trams available, but being able to walk to the beach would be nice.

Excellence accommodations in Paradise.

Condo was everything it was advertised. Exceeded our expectations and the description on Vrbo. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in was seamless. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again on our next trip. Great location in the middle of Baytowne Wharf property.

Great location

This is a lovely apartment condo in a great location. The pictures are accurate and up to date. It is very well equipped for short or long stays. The kitchen has everything needed with up dated appliances. Highly recommend this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was exactly what we wanted for a beach vacation with our baby. The location was great & in walking distance to restaurants and activities to where we could just stroll right out the building. Our only complaint is that the air conditioner did not work for majority of our stay. To keep the room cool during the night we would have to turn the air off during the day. The property was clean except for the trash left in the cabinets under the sink. Other than that, the unit was very roomy and had everything we needed.

Perfect family condo - steps from pool!

This condo is in a great location and steps away from the elevator and pool. Baytowne Wharf in general is very family friendly and there are lots of attractions for toddlers to teens. This condo is only about a 4 minute walk to Baytowne Wharf/the tram to the beach and has beach chairs and sand toys. Also a large space for a one bedroom, bedroom fit our pack and play just fine and there was still plenty of room.
