Phoenix East II is a beautiful and well kept condo. The pool has a handicap ramp. The resort was perfect. Our room, which goes to our host, felt very sterile. White walls, linen, shower curtain and cabinets. There was no personal touch. The kitchen supplies were all mixed matched. Good note, it was clean and somewhat comfortable .

The Phoenix East II is not marked and was very confusing to find. Owners--in this case Liquid Life--should make clear whether it's Phoenix II or Phoenix East II. It was difficult to contact Liquid Life by phone because they are so busy.The apartment was lovely, and having the beach right off the balcony was wonderful. Some little things are a little shabby (baseboards, sink hose, etc.) But it was pretty clean and I enjoyed my stay.Be SURE that you get all your belongings out the door before you check out at 10 am. The key code changes at 10 and I had to call (and wait) for someone to text me a new code. Wish I'd known that ahead of time.

I’m glad you enjoyed the apartment and the balcony/beach access — we’ve also passed notes to maintenance and housekeeping to address the baseboards, sink hose, and reinforce pre‑arrival checks.
