Casa Patricia

PATRICIA est un appartement spacieux de 2 étages situé dans les murs de Lucca, juste à côté de l'ancienne église romane de San Francesco dans un coin très calme centrale de la ville.

L'appartement est accessible en voiture et viennent avec un jardin privé et d'un parking privé, sécurisé et clôturé intérieur de la propriété inclus dans le prix de location.

Patricia a été rénovée avec tout le confort moderne et jusqu'à un très haut niveau avec des marques modernes facilites de qualité supérieure.

Le jardin est clôturé et dispose d'un portail électronique d'accès avec une voiture. Le patio juste devant le salon est pavée et a une table et chaises pour manger et un canapé avec 2 fauteuils pour profiter de la glycine arbres et extérieure et autour de la vieille est éclairée la nuit.

Le salon spacieux ouvert sur le jardin et dispose d'une fenêtre française donnant sur le patio. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse, mocrowave, four, congélateur, réfrigérateur, cafetière américaine et grille-pain. Le compteur a une table de petit-déjeuner avec 2 tabourets donnant sur le jardin extérieur. Au premier étage, la chambre dispose d'un lit king size et une grande armoire, une grande terrasse avec portes-fenêtres donnant sur la verdure et une salle de bains de luxe avec douche intégrée spacieuse.

L'appartement est livré avec une connexion wifi très fiable fourni par la compagnie de téléphone nationale.

L'appartement est climatisé partout!

Le séjour minimum est de 4 nuits.

Le chauffage en hiver est facturé 7 euros par jour ou selon consommation pour les locations à long terme.

Perfect Location and Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable for 11 days. It was centrally located and the building was quiet and the parking was such an added bonus. We will be back!

It was not the host's fault that the streets were closed. We had a very difficult time getting to the property because of the closures. The host finally found us and lead us to the property having us drive through a pedestrian walkway.But the real problem with the property is an incredibly uncomfortable bed. A new mattress should be purchased. We left a day early because we needed a good sleep.

It is located on the ground floor with a nice courtyard where to come back after a our trips. The apartment is in an excellent, central location. It is very clean and well equipped. Can't wait to come back.

Perfect location

We had a change of apt, the week before travel but we’re not disappointed with the alternative given. The apt was in a perfect location, nice and quiet but just a short stroll to restaurants and shops. Couldn’t fault it one bit.

This place was well appointed and had lovely views. It is located on the ground floor and have a private car spot (very convenient). Very nice accommodations. We had a private cooking class and plenty of space. Enjoyed the balcony and the courtyard at night. Close to everything.

a perfect spot in Lucca

Sonia's apartment was perfect for our stay! Me and my husband were very comfortable there. The garden is magnificent for early morning coffeea glass of wine in the evening. We used the bicycles nearly every day and the location was superb. Sonia was very kind and helpful. We adore Lucca and will definitely return when we do we will certainly try to stay here again.

Perfect place to discover Lucca

The perfect location, the clean rooms and the fact that you could parc the car just beside the appartment. The Baking pans are not good quality, my suggestion is to replace these.

Excellent location in Lucca

We were staying for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the location of this beautiful appartment. Important was for us the dedicated car parking place which is a big plus of the property. Communication with the agency and even the owner was easy and they were all very helpful. To mention is also the little balcony and the table and chairs in the garden directly in front of the entrance to the appartment - it’s secluded and perfect for a breakfastlunch in the sun. We would stay there again if we were to return to Lucca!

Hidden gem in heart of lucca

I cannot recommend this property highly enough (and i am a fusspot!) the location with own parking and outside garden area were ideal. Easy driving in and out of the city. 1 minute walk into a gorgeous square with bars/restaurants and a mini supermarket. An additional mirror either in the bedroom/downstairs if bathroom is occupied!

Wonderful find in Lucca

Beautiful apartment with private parking inside the walls of Lucca. Luxury apartment with great decor and immaculate. Has a small patio with comfortable furniture and a balcony off the upstairs bedroom. Property manager met us there within 10 minutes of our arrival. Chiara was professional and very pleasant. We will be back.

Lovely apartment with free parking near everything

Spacious apartment near a fabulous small plaza with great little coffee cafes. Easy to walk to everywhere. Lucca is a small beautiful city within the center. There’s a side little yard to sit outside with a blooming gardenia bush. And also a tiny balcony upstairs with table and chairs. Lucca apartments and villa is very responsive. Thank you. We were two people for four nights and they gave us 4 or 5 coffee pods and one tiny shampoo. Do know there is one bathroom upstairs and stairs have no railings if you have any mobility issues.

VERY UPSCALE APARTMENT

We had a fantastic stay here in February/March 2015 for 2 weeks, the apartment is very central, easy walking distance to just about all of the major sites, shops and some great restaurants. We loved the location, the equipment provided and the apartment itself. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment beautiful! We also had a great meal at the restaurant down the street – Imbuto by the famous chef Cristiano Tomei - one of our favourite in Italy! Also, dealing with Sonia's company was a pleasure: she provided a prompt, reliable and warm customer service. And we found the apartment not only spacious safe and secure,but definitely one of the best we have ever staied in: this was a real luxury home. Highly recommended.

My husband and I enjoyed 1 1/2 weeks in this delightful and well appointed apartment. There is a private security gate that opens to allow a car to park. Nice private patio and from there you enter the ground floor apartment. Quiet street, washing machine in apartment with laundromat 2 doors down if you feel the need to dry clothes there rather than hang on the supplied clothes rack. Very nice kitchen. Upstairs is the large bedroom with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Small balcony with 2 chairs from the bedroom overlooking the garden. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town with cafes and good grocery store nearby. Mrs. Sonia was very quick to get back to me when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect base for our time in Lucca

We adored our stay in Lucca at this apartment. We loved walking in the square to get to groceries and shopping among local markets, and did that walk basically every day. It was an easy walk to the main train station where we were able to take day trips to Pisa, Lucca, and even Cinque Terre. We had our baby (11mos) with us, and a crib was provided. The place was fantastic. The lovely owners have furnished the rooms with extreme care, everything is new and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need to prepare wonderful meals and the beds were very comfortable. They also have left a music CD of their piano music! They are wonderful! We also had wi-fi internet for free in every room. There was a lovely view of the garden with the antique trees from the windows. A grocery store, bakeries and restaurants right around the corner. Me and my husband we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Lucca.
