Merci à tous nos précédents clients pour votre fidélité. Vous êtes merveilleux! Si vous n'êtes pas resté avec nous avant, vous serez étonné !! CINQ piscines, 1 piscine chauffée et 1 piscine amusante pour les enfants et 2 bains à remous ÉNORMES! Oui, ce n'est que le début du luxe offert à Laketown Wharf. De nouveaux ajouts comme le café mexicain, le restaurant de fruits de mer, la salle de jeux, le bar et le grill de la piscine, la patrouille amusante à la piscine et l'artisanat sont offerts. L'intérieur de notre condo nous distingue du reste. Décor haut de gamme, wifi, TV 50 pouces et matelas confortables pour une merveilleuse nuit de sommeil !!!! Vous serez heureux d'avoir fait de Perfect Place votre prochaine destination de vacances !!

Great stay for our family!

Great Location and Property

The condo was very well decorated, and clean, the location was really nice being able to walk to dinner at Pineapple Willy’s and Walmart was nice. The resort was very nice the pools and light show at night were a highlight!

Great time!

I have stayed in this condo a number of times and have always enjoyed my stay. There is much to do in the surrounding area, as well as enjoying the many pools and hot tubs.

Laketown Love

Fantastic!

Great location with a great view! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location because of how it easy it was to communicate with the owner. They made sure we had everything we needed and made the entire process seamless. We loved the private walkway from the resort right to the beach. My wife and I will be staying here again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

Great condo

Loved the condo and the beach, the elevator situation needs help. There was only 3 working and we had to wait over 30 minutes every time we left or came back. We had to tote groceries up the stairs 8 floors. Other than the elevators we lived the whole trip. Check in and out was a breeze. I loved the remodeling. I stayed in the same condo last year.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!

My husband and I have traveled all over the world and this condo was as nice as any place we've stayed. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and very roomy! We have 5 children (three teenagers) and didn't feel cramped at all. The giant sized hot tubs and heated pool were a big hit with my smaller girls and the easy beach access and nearby tennis courts kept us all entertained. Marianne was wonderful to work with and easy to reach with any questions I had. We will most definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and look forward to our next stay.

It really is the PERFECT PLACE

Marianne’s condo is wonderful! It’s in the perfect location and went above and beyond our expectations! Marianne is an EXTREMELY helpful host as well! She was very friendly and quick to respond. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Marianne also informed us that they have all new mattresses and bedding... which was amazingly comfortable! We slept like babies! The Walmart is right across the street. The beach and Pineapple Willy’s is also right across the street as well! At first we freaked out about not bezing literally on the beach, but once we got there the walk to the beach was nothing!

Wow!!! The Laketown Wharf is amazing! Our condo was beautiful!

We had a total of six in our party and there was plenty of room in this beautiful condo. All of the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was awesome! It was nice to have an option of showering or soaking in the large tub. The lake view from our balcony was gorgeous. And my husband and I enjoyed walks around the area. Having so many pools to choose from was also nice. All of the pools were beautiful and well maintained. Marianne was wonderful! She was so easy to work with and quick to get back on any emails, texts or calls that I had. I also asked a couple of favors from her and she took care of them immediately for me. Thank you so much Marianne for allowing us to share your lovely condo and for everything! We truly enjoyed our vacation! We hope to return soon!

What a great vacation we had. Condo was plenty of space for our family. and great for our kids.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo had plenty of room for our family of five. The living room was very open and spacious which was great for our kiddos ages 5, 3, and 10 months. We loved the bunk beds for our five and three year old. Our infant slept in the pack and play in one of the other bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed hanging out on the large balcony that overlooked the lake area. We would eat breakfast out there and the kids would play out there at night and during the day. We liked the location of the condo because it is one floor above the rooftop pool. This was very convenient for taking the kids down because it was so close to the room. We also loved the Splash Park area for the kids. We came at the end of August which was amazing because the facility was not crowded and we pretty much had most of the pools all to ourselves. The condo is across the street from a great restaurant that we did carry out from. We absolutely love the variety of pools in the condo complex. Some of them have shade in the mornings which is really nice for the kids. We also did a lot of Night Swimming in the evenings and the kids really enjoyed that. Marianne, the condo owner, is awesome to work with. If you have any questions or concerns she is always so quick to reply and help out with anything. We will definitely stay at her condo again for future family vacations that we take in Panama City.

The PERFECT PLACE? Yes, Yes it is!

The property was great; multiple pools & easy beach access. The Condo was plenty big for the 6 of us. Marianne was a great host.

Love it!!! Beautiful condo and the owners were extremely nice and helpful.

We were there for the UCA Cheer Camp and the entire experience was great. The resort is beautiful. The only negative comment was that the elevators were extremely slow and very hot. Our condo was beautiful with all the amenities of home. The alligators were a little exciting to see in the lake. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great vacation

We had a great stay here for our babymoon in early May. We liked the area and the location was good! The apartment is just as it looks on the pictures a little outdated but it's very spacious and comfortable! The king bed was very soft and comfy. The only thing I would mention is the kitchen equipment isn't top notch...do if you plan to cook a lot you may bring a few utensils. Also for the amount the cleaning fee is I think some dishwasher soap and basic cleaning supplies could be included.the kitchen is a good size so if you plan to stay in for meals it's nice. The TV only had 2 channels...unless we just couldn't figure it out. Otherwise the resort is nice.,. We mostly used the pool on the tenth floor because it was always empty and very close to our apt. Walmart is right across the street...we walked there a few times for snacks and such. Publix isn't far either. The beach is right across the street..short walk. There is a great Taco place at the resort... amazing!! And decently priced ...make sure you check it out! The beaches in Panama City are very nice! Thanks for a great stay! Deanna& Paul

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My parents and I bought in Laketown Wharf because we love the ''family feel" of the resort. It was just a trailer in a parking lot we when fell in LOVE with what could be and what it is now! We could have bought in any condo resort and chose Laketown Wharf because of the incredible vision of a town in its own resort and easy access to the beach. We love the Gulf but also like having the green space that Laketown provides. The idea of having a grassy area for kids to play around was ideal and for safety reasons.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Amenities!! 5 swimming pools (1 heated 86^). 2 HUGE hot tubs!! ! that is unheard of!! fitness room with Gulf Views a MUST!! RESORT boardwalk 25,000 sq ft. with animal art and Private lake with water light show...how unique!! You can sit for hours and watch the lake out the back or the ocean out the front. YUMMY Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Tourist shops, and a salon on site makes this place super special! Come visit once and you will be back time and time again! There will be a separate resort fee upon arrival of ($70). RESORT SPECIAL FOR JAN, FEB 2023 HALF OFF ($35).
