Great location, highly recommend. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, taxi stand and the metro right outside the door. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Paris if it's available.

Spacious apartment! A couple blocks away from Marais district. Host was accessible and responded to my texts when I couldn’t figure out how to work washer/dryer. Enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation

We traveled with 8 of us all together. There was plenty of room for everyone. Was very clean and staff was great to work with. Very close to subway or walking distance to many attractions. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a great family vacation!

We were incredibly happy with the stay. Everything worked perfectly, however there were only 2 toilets and not 4 as stated in the ad. We can highly recommend the place, which is also very centrally located.

Family-sized apartment

Great apartment for our three-generation family of 8. Convenient location with Metro stop outside the door and even a McDonald's restaurant nearby which was perfect one night for the kids. Just a reminder that the 2 toilets are separate from the bathrooms, which is actually pretty typical in France. Communication with the property manager was prompt and flexible. Highly recommend.

Lovely Stay!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Communication prior to arrival was great. Location was perfect with metro close by and good restaurants and a grocery store within a very short walk. Check in with Duy was informative and thorough. Property was clean, well-decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and glasses. We had 3 dinners at the apartment and ate out 5 nights. Check out could not have been easier. We left with happy hearts and marvelous memories!

Excellent but ...

We spent 8 nights at the Marianne apartment. It looks just like the photos and is in a great location with the Metro Line 8 only steps away. There are many places to eat nearby, too. We were unsure about having only 2 toilets for 7 people, but it worked out fine. We did feel that the cleaning staff could do better. There was dust on the furniture and grit and spots on the floors so walking barefoot was uncomfortable. For the price, it should have been cleaner. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This apartment is quite roomy and very comfortable. The VRBO listing shows baths with toilets en suite for all four bedrooms. There are NO toilets connected to any bedrooms. The two toilets are in the hall. This worked for us but the listing needs to be changed. As in all foreign retails the appliances and their operation are mysteries! During our stay, the operation of microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine was always trial and error...most often error. A sheet in English explaining how each appliance works would be great. Overall the apartment was well worth the price.

Great apartment, convenient location

The apartment was well furnished. Location was prime. Near metro, shopping and dining. We liked everything about the apartment and location with a few exceptions: the en-suite bathrooms do NOT include toilets. There were two toilets in hallway locations. Inconvenient but not a show stopper. This wasn’t obvious from the listing. The building elevator does not stop on the floor where the apartment is located. A bit of a struggle for 70+ year olds to muscle suitcases up curved staircases. There is no air conditioning. Weather was cool and wet when we were there donut had no impact on us. Kitchen outfitting was minimal if one wanted to cook for a group. Lots of basics equipment but not even salt and pepper.

Nice place but there are some issues.

Well decorated and located. However, 2 shower heads had to be replaced and it took until the middle of our 4th day there. A reduction in our rent was denied for that agrivation. I informed them that a hall light switch didn't work and that the master wastebasket lid was broken, but there was no reply nor did they get fixed. There are 4 baths, true, but only 2 toilets. We had 7 people so that was a bit of a concern. Our shower floor was marble, so a bit slippery. A nonslip mat would be a great addition. And as a last cautionary note - i purchased 1 cleaning kit and 1 shower soaps kit. The total was 160 euros. My suggestion is to walk 2 blocks to the Monoprix and purchase more of each for far less. I would have expected to have both supplied free, especially when the rent is over $1,000 a night. Nice place and a good location, but communication with the management company usually took a day or two to get a response. And once, no response at all..

Great location and good space for large groups

This was a great property for a week’s stay in Paris. The location was great. The metro was 20 ft. From the apartment door, and lots of food and shops along the square to get food and other necessities. The apartment is clean and the beds were comfortable with good bedding and towels. The apartment does not come with any paper products or cleaning supplies, shampoo, ect. We were given a supply of 5 toilet paper rolls for the week. The rental agency will sell you a “cleaning kit”. Even with that we had to buy extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Not too big of a deal. The apartment was a great size and was a very comfortable and clean space to relax in after a long day in the city. The biggest issue we had was that 3 out of the 4 showers drained very slowly and would “ overflow” onto the floor if you weren’t careful about shutting off the shower between soaping up. We did not talk to rental property about this but rather worked around it because we didn’t want to deal with workers/ or having things out of service while on vacation. The only other thing we dealt with was that the elevator was out so we did lug our luggage up and down a flight of stairs. Again not too big of a deal, but if you are choosing this apt. Because of any handicap access needs, it would not work.

Bon plan pour groupe et famille

Les douches et lavabos dans 3 des 4 chambres constituent un + Cependant dommage qu’il n’y ait que 2 w.c. en tout pour un nombre optimal de 8 personnes (ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce). Un plat à vaisselle avec liquide et lavette aurait été apprécié. De même que des livrets d’instruction pour les électro- ménagers.

Apartment 7 Place de la Republique

The area is very central and located near many cafes, Boulangerie, and supermarche. The train station is literally a minute away and very easy to use. The apartment was spacious and well set up, with all the amenities required for a longer stay or if you are too tired to eat at a restaurant and wanting to cook or eat in. It was a bit dusty and cleaning is an area that could be improved to achieve a better standard. However overall we would highly recommend this apartment for larger groups of families needing a bigger space in the heart of Paris

perfect family vacation

this apartment was the perfect choice for our recent family gathering in Paris. the location was ideal for exploring the city and inside everyone was comfortable and each guest had their own bedroom. Also the large living room has the ideal spot to hang out and tell stories about the day. The check in and out process was a breeze and our hosts were friendly and easy to deal with. All in all, a great apartment and a perfect family vacation.

The Charming, Beautiful Marianne

I stayed at the Marianne to celebrate my birthday with four friends. My primary communication was with Guillaume, one of the property managers. He was friendly, professional, and extremely clear about the overall experience. The flat is gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos posted on VRBO. Even with five people, the space never felt crowded. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, and the master bedroom has a gorgeous claw-foot bathtub. Marianne is located less than a block from the Reoublique Metro station. There are myriad amazing bars, cafes, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. The Marais is only a few minutes away, and the flat overlooks the bustling Place de la Republique. I can’t recommend the flat enough. Thank you, Guillaume, for providing such an elegant space. We all had obscene amounts of fun!
