World Tour 206 - Ce condo de 3 chambres surplombe les greens du parcours de golf World Tour. La chambre principale est livré avec un roi, avec un balcon donnant sur le club house et les verts. La 2ème chambre est équipée de lits queen size et la 3ème a 2 lits jumeaux. Le patio est idéal pour se détendre en début de journée ou à la fin pour regarder les golfeurs et leurs techniques. Internet sans fil gratuit disponible dans l'unité.
World Tour Golf Plantation propose 27 trous de golf stimulant. Vingt-sept magnifiques trous de golf situés au cœur du Grand Strand. Ce parcours de golf difficile est situé à 10 minutes de l'aéroport régional MB. Peu importe où vous restez le long du Grand Strand, River Oaks se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture. Ce parcours conçu par Tom Jackson / Gene Hamm mettra au défi même le golfeur le plus accompli.

Communication Failure

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 7/17-7/24 and upon entering the unit, I sent emails to both housekeeping and maintenance as instructed in my welcome packet. As I walked through, my baby niece and nephew followed. I attempted to open the door to the hall washer and dryer area, to have it fell completely. I was able to luckily catch it before it fell on the babies. I took photos as instructed. There were two additional doors off the tract, completely disconnected. The first bedroom on the left and the door with the HVAC. These were not fixed completely during our stay although I sent detailed emails with photos and spoke with Max in maintenance and he assured me that these things would be corrected. The refrigerator was not cooling to the coolest setting, making the milk and other vital items to the kids, less than cold. The ice machine in the freezer also did not work. Everything was laid out and the only thing maintenance did was place the laundry door upright but it fell again after it was opened. I also told Max via email and over the phone that the bathroom in the bedroom to the right had a loose toilet set that was almost completely off. My son almost fell off. It wasn’t until Tuesday 7/19 that I spoke with Joy in housekeeping and max after calling the office and sending texts. Whoever is behind the texts had a rude done as I attempted to find solutions to our issues. I texted both numbers I had and they asked if I sent emails with photos. I had already stated I had in my original message. Joy came over with her supervisor and took down the shower curtain in the bathroom that had blood on it and cleaned blood splatter from the wall. She also removed a dried bar of soap from another bathroom that was there before we arrived. She admitted that she was new and hadn’t inspected that unit personally. The counters in the kitchen were filthy. I did everything right as far as communicating asap but I was not given a response until days letter after I continued to call. We still

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed their stay but this rental could use some love. A coat of paint is needed there are patches everywhere. All of the doors to every closet were broken. There was not very many items in the kitchen cabinets so don’t expect to cook a gourmet meal. But overall for my family the condo was a great size, great location backing up to the golf course and overall a good value.

Place was nice but Checking in & getting in was rough .

I thought the place was nice needed a few things fixed & little better on the clean up . My mean trouble was getting the place .Tried checking in at 3pm they said the would text when the place was ready they had till 5pm . Never got a text .So went back at 4:55 pm because i know the close at 5pm and there where a lot of people trying to get there keys . So finely after I got my packet at 5.25 pm I went to my place and they where still trying to clean it and asked me to come back in 30. So i was upset I was tired i just drove 15 hours and was just wanting to rest .So I called the office & left a Message to let them know my place was not done and i could not get in and i never got a call back checking on the matter. so when i was finally able to get in at 6:20pm the clean up was so so . But after i touch up the cleaning and got settled in the rest of my stay was nice .

My girls trip stay

The location was nice the place could have been cleaner the was spiderwebs in the Conner of the ceiling the dishes in the dishwasher was dirty the beds that they are saying is queen are full they say it sleeps 8 but its don't we had to go buy two air mattresses and put them in the living room because two of us had now we're to sleep and the couch is not a pull out and there wasn't enough towels I would you that company again but don't want that place again

Needs updating

The property was set in a beautiful complex on the gorgeous World Tour International Golf Course. Please keep in mind that I am in the property restoration & Remodeling industry. This condo was however in disrepair, it is in desperate need of a paint job, new doors & trim. The flooring needs to be replaced as well, the Kitchen floor was very loud & squeaky, the carpet was very stained & the tile floors were cracked. There was much wear & tear. We did have a toilet break and it was replaced immediately.
