Regarding the wheelchair, this is a service provided by the building, and while we are always happy to assist with requests, as we are not physically onsite sometimes and you can self check in, coordinating such requests can sometimes take additional time and we would have been more than happy to assist if we were there. We’re glad your husband was able to locate one, and we’ll make sure to communicate more clearly about these types of services in the future to avoid confusion. As for the supplies, we provide a welcome kit that includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and multiple laundry pods, as well as extra rolls in the bathrooms. This kit is intended to get you started, and once these items are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to restock according to their needs. We can confirm that we left more than one laundry pod and additional rolls, and it seems these were used faster than anticipated. We understand your frustration and will work on better explaining these details in our pre-arrival communication.
