Rénové il y a deux ans, aucun détail n’a été ménagé dans ce bungalow 3bd / 2ba rempli d’équipements, relié par un grand jardin paysager avec spa. Câble complet, draps haut de gamme, barbecue, cuisine gastronomique, buanderie, bain de trempage, sanctuaire espagnol. Cette retraite est à un pâté de maisons de State St., à trois pâtés de maisons du marché public, du centre-ville et à un kilomètre de la plage, de Santa Barbara Mission et de Rose Garden. Oasis parfaite pour explorer Santa Barbara.

Beautiful place, great location!

Such a lovely home! Excellent condition, gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, good kitchen, good AC. Owner was so sweet; checked on us multiple times to see of we needed anything.

Wedding Weekend

This cozy, comfortable home was the perfect 3-night stay for my son’s wedding at Villa &Vine. Conveniently located and the host provided snacks and drinks, great communication and thoughtful and useful amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks for your kind hospitality.

This location was amazing and so close to so much. Quick walk to bars and beach, and lots of good food. We loved our time here.

Great place in a great city!

Rachael's place was a great home base for our trip to Santa Barbara! As pictured, the real highlight was the casita, which was super nice and a great place for grandma who came along with our family of four. Recommended!

Excellent stay all around! The interior is clean and lovely. The backyard, casita, and hot tub are wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again any time! Zero complaints.

Well-appointed bungalow

My husband, our two kids, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ideally located quaint home. The amenities were thoughtful and very much appreciated. The location is central to all things Santa Barbara. We would stay here again!

Charming cottage with a beautiful outdoor courtyard and adjoining private wing. Lavender & oranges. Comfortable beds. Close to downtown SB. Host was welcoming and communicative. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay!

This was a great home to stay in with young children, exactly as pictured. Only feedback is to make the address number more visible from the street. We had a hard time finding the home when we got here and multiple food delivery dreivers had a hard time finding it too. Overall, wonderful and would love to stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The house is just as described in the listing, super clean and cozy. Location is great, just a short ride (less than 10 mins) to town. The small private backyard and hot tub were huge pluses. Rachael was very responsive throughout the stay. Would definitely come back!

Great family getaway

2 bedrooms, 1 bath in main house and separate bungalow with bed and bath. Open court yard with seating and hot tub. Perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen very nice although some cupboards hard to reach for shorter people. Recommend highly.

Wonderful weekend

Our family had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara. Due to the stormy weekend, we spent a lot more time than expected indoors and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful cottage! The fireplace and hot tub were amazing. Racheal was very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you so much!

Family group n town for a show

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in town to attend a performance at The Lobero Theater (very close). We enjoyed 2 dinners out in downtown (very close). The house was great for relaxing in between outings. The backyard and jacuzzi were great. Kitchen fully stocked & easy to use.

This home was part of a duplex. The casita was actually on the bottom floor of a third building sharing the same backyard. Not what I was expecting. The property is clean and close to town.

Comfortable and a great location

Great amenities, including the hot tub and private yard with outdoor furniture. I loved staying in the casita. We heated up a Whole Foods Thanksgiving dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great touches, like all the fixings for coffee, and even a coffee maker in the Casita, nice bathroom products, good towels. The downside is being able to hear the other tenants. They were quiet at night though. I’d definitely stay again.

Better than advertised

This place was a very pleasant surprise. Super clean, high-end linens and toiletries, well-stocked, everything works well. Easy walking to everything. Felt like a little oasis sitting in the hot tub under an orange tree. Easy communication with the owner. You won’t be disappointed with this one.

Wonderful property and Fantastic Host!

I LOVED this property. We used two of the three spaces. I stayed in the main house. My french doors doors opened to the courtyard. My friend stayed in the casita. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms are so nice. The kitchen is very well equipped! The pictures don't really do the property justice. I walked to the mission and downtown. It's a very handy location. I highly recommend!

Three nights. Was great.

Really enjoyed it. Had trouble figuring the shower out. You pull it forward. (We’re idiots) Clean. Easy access. Convenient location. Breakfast at Garrett’s was great. IHOP you can walk to. 7/11 and gas stations close. Used the hot tub. Did laundry. Watched Prime. Santa Barbara is beautiful.

Attention to detail!

The property exceeded my expectations! Pictures do not do it justice. We were in town for my daughter's wedding. Staying with us was another daughter/son-in-law and my 86 year old mil who enjoyed the quietness of the casita. 5 people total and we never felt cramped. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need, including hostess items like coffee/tea and a much appreciated bottle of wine. The host checked in with us on day 2 via text to see if we needed anything. Modern, clean and bright. I would rebook in a heartbeat.

Best Location

This house is a perfect Santa Barbara location. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to anything. Less than a mile to many restaurants, shops, public market, etc. Easy access to freeway if you want to head out and explore other areas. Parking is on street only, and we always could find a spot very close to the house. The kitchen is all new and very nice. Rest of house OK, but could use a little updating in living space. Several plants in the house were all dead which was distracting and unappealing. Very small master bedroom and very small bathroom to share with the other main house bedroom. The 3rd bedroom and bathroom are in a separate building. House needs a little attention but in spite of that I still recommend it because it is OK, and the neighborhood and location are fantastic for exploring Santa Barbara. Host was very responsive and helpful.

High end spot in town

Beautifully furnished and equipped apartment with two bedrooms and a bath inside and a very nice back yard with seating and a lovely casita with its own bath.
