Récemment rénové, moderne au milieu du siècle, 3 chambres 2 salles de bain maison de la piscine à quelques minutes de Siesta Key Beach et Turtle Beach; (Siesta accès à la plage la plus proche est de 2,4 miles. L’accès principal à la plage de Siesta est à 4,2 km) d’accès facile au centre-ville. Concept à aire ouverte, plan d'étage sur deux étages, accès Internet sans fil (WiFi), piscine et terrasse fermées avec écran, barbecue au propane, grande allée pour le stationnement hors rue, terrain de coin clôturé dans un quartier calme À distance de marche de la délicieuse crème glacée! If you’re thinking about booking this property this is your sign to go for it! The most well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool area, spacious and around 10-15 min to the beautiful beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay in The Raya House! :)

Perfect stay

The house was great, it was really clean. It has everything you need, like towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was stocked. The neighboorhood was quiet, yet there was a supermarket in walking distannce.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful house, pool, and location. We had an issue with the pool not heating and it was corrected within 24 hours. Communication with the hosts is easy and with quick response. This was my serving time staying at the Raya house. Will happily stay again next time I’m in Sarasota.

Best experience I've ever had with a rental.

We were here a few days before hurricane Wilton. Our hosts were amazing communicators. We ended up leaving early because or the hurricane, but I would definitely rent this house again in the future. They had everything we needed. The best touches were a welcome basket with coffee and snacks which I have never had at a rental. Thank you!

Raya House

We enjoyed a perfect stay at the Raya House. We celebrated my mom’s 104 th birthday. Everything worked out very well for us. The little girls loved the bunk beds and my teenage granddaughter loved having her own room. Many happy hours were spent in the pool. Morning coffee/tea was enjoyed poolside. The hammock chair was a big hit! We loved our stay.

Amazing home

This house was wonderful. Beds were so comfortable, great linens, Bathrooms were very clean, nice showers, kitchen was updated and the pool was wonderful. Very nice neighborhood! We will be back!

Great home on Sarasota!

We really enjoyed our time at the Raya House. There was so much room for our family. The pics from the VRBO site were exactly as they were when we arrived. We would highly recommend this home.

Calming Raya

The most beautiful house we ever rented on Florida,perfect size 3 bedroom with comfortable mattress,2 large bathrooms plus extra shower outside. Kitchen has literally everything, beach towel, towels, iron,hairdryer,beautiful pool and sitting area on the back.We love it,definitely we wil come back,amazing owners. I will give this house 10/10

Amazing home

This property won't disapoint! The owners are amazing to work with. Great communication. The house is furnished so modern! Very comfortable beds. The outside area is so nice! Pool, picnic table, grill, hammock swing, kids play house with chalk boards! Must admit we had to go buy chalk and do some art work on the chalk boards. We can not wait to stay here again . Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!!

Everything you could want...

The Raya House is just what we were looking for when vacationing in Siesta Key. It has everything you could need and the communication was top notch. We have been coming here for years now and this house was the best one we've stayed in. The pool is perfect and our daughter loved the little chalk board playhouse behind it. Its right near Siesta Key and not far from any restaurants/businesses. We will be trying to come here year after year!

We had the best time at Raya House! Beautiful family friendly home the kids loved the play house and splashing in the pool, close to the beach and the house was very well stocked with essentials needed for a fun day on the beach!

Beyond our expectations

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It surpassed our expectations and we enjoyed it so much that we spent more time at the house than away from it. With a 2 year old the pool was a huge hit. The extra child amenities also made this stay super easy away from home. I’d highly recommend this place to any and all looking for a home away from home!

Most comfortable VRBO stay yet!

We were so happy with the entire stay. The location was amazing, the pool is beautiful, the kids enjoyed many mornings on the hammock. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was super clean. Reclining chairs in the living room were super relaxing after long hot days of mini golf, on the beach, or out back at the pool. 10/10, will book for future trips!

Great location and size of house.

You are close enough to the beach but don’t have to pay beach prices! Communication with owners was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for young family

We enjoyed our 9 day stay at the Raya house. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and requests we had and the house was very well stocked for our stay! We loved having all the beach toys/chairs and toys/sports equipment. The only area of improvement for us would be more grass in the yard, as our boys wanted to spend lots of time playing there but it was more sandy than grassy. Loved the pool and it was well heated with lots of pool toys!

Lovely House

My kids and I loved our stay! Bunk bed room was fantastic! Pool was delightfully warm. My kids were fish. Great location. Close to beaches. Fabulous communication. I inquired about a waffle iron. They went out and purchased one for the house. I can't wait to book again for next year.

First time in FL!

Great trip and awesome home! Fully stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything besides swimsuits and clothing! Outdoor shower was the best part! Us coming from the beach and washing off, helped keep all the sand out of the house! Very clean and had plenty of essentials! Check out Detwillers while there! Looks like the home was recently remodeled and done beautifully! Pool was perfect! We had toddlers with us and the owners put up a fence and gated the pool! Such peace of mind with toddlers running around was so nice! Communication with owners was top notch. Thank you guys we will come again soon!
