Whether you want to stay in, or go out, this home offers you everything you could need or want and will satisfy for pure relaxation or adventure!



The Space:

Upon entering your home away from home, you’ll experience the inviting, modern touches of this beautiful 1950s pool home.



There are two living rooms. The main living room provides a beachy vibe and is prepared to offer comfort and entertainment for hours on end. It features two plush couches, a smart TV, and a faux fireplace. Sink into one of the couches for a night of binge watching your favorite shows or stay toasty in front of the fire with a little friendly competition during family game night. The back living room features a plush couch, smart TV and sliding glass door access to the pool. You also have view of the dining table so you can know when dinner hits the table! It is the perfect spot to plug in your gaming system. All couches double as sleeper sofas for extra sleeping if needed.



Cooking dinner in a vacation rental can finally be stress free, since the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a feast. You will have a stove and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher, cookware, and dinnerware. You can also fire up the gas grill that's on the deck out back. Don’t worry about running out of space, because the counter tops will host any dish you can dream of!



The dining area features 6 spots at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar to sit around a good meal and make lifelong memories! The back deck also offers dining for 8 at the outdoor table.



Slip further into the home and relaxation and you’ll find three bedrooms - the master, a queen, and a bunkbed room.



The master features a pillow top king mattress, fit for royalty. You'll feel like you’re floating on cloud nine while lying in this bed. There is also an attached bathroom, so you don’t have to share! Slip out of the sliding glass door to enjoy some time in the hot tub before everyone else wakes up! The master also has a separate AC mini split so you can fully control your temperature. The master bathroom has two showers and a tub in it that are beautifully tiled.



The queen and bunk bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and are perfect for the best night of sleep you’ve ever had.



The guest bathroom is convenient to all of the rooms.



There are smart TVs in all three bedrooms, so after you’ve spent all day with family you can escape to your bedroom to sign in to your favorite app and watch a good show!



For those longer stays, you have access to a washer and dryer on site! No more trips to the laundromat!



Enjoy a quiet morning with coffee in the backyard oasis or take a dip in the heated pool or hot tub to get your day started right! You'll want to plan a day just to hang at the house and laze in one of 6 sun loungers or grab an afternoon siesta on the outdoor couch. Evenings can be enjoyed in a comfortable Adirondack chair around the gas fire pit. Guests absolutely love them, even during the winter!

Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire house with the exception of an owner's closet and the garage. There are 3 parking spots in the driveway.

Sarasota is a bustling town with plenty of things to do for everyone in your group. It is famous for it's world class beaches and once being the winter home for the Ringling Brother’s Circus. St Armand's Circle and Siesta Key Village offer great shopping and boutiques. You'll be staying in a quite and safe residential neighborhood that is convenient to everything. Getting Around:

You'll want a personal vehicle to get around. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. We also have bikes in the shed that can be used.

We make every attempt to keep our home spotless and in perfect condition for our guests. Please let us know immediately if there is anything you or the home needs during your stay.



The pool is not screen enclosed and therefore leaves and debris will fall into the pool and onto the pool deck from day to day. We have weekly pool and lawn service to help keep the pool sparkling and the grounds looking pristine. The pool tech cleans the debris and ensures the chemistry is correct...however, we have no way to prevent debris from falling into the pool in-between cleanings and during your stay. There is a dip net on site if you wish to skim any leaves from the top.



Our home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. If that happens, a shoe or fly swatter can generally rectify it. If it’s more than a stray that got in, please notify us right away and we will have the pest control company that we contract with visit. Be sure to keep doors and windows closed (especially at night when lights are on) to limit the entry of flying insects.
