The property is conveniently located just minutes away from white sand of the Siesta Key beach. Numerous popular restaurants and shopping destinations are across the street.
The house is fully equipped with comfortable furniture, artworks, linens and appliances. The property features a spacious living room, a dining room for six with direct access to the pool, and a convenient “coffee zone” in between. Two huge UHD TVs with Netflix will entertain you on rainy days. 1 GBps wireless internet will help you to share your emotions with your loved ones, or complete your distance work for your boss.
Don’t feel like going to the beach? Not a problem, the Tropical like settings with hot spa and a gorgeous heated pool (extra fee for heating) with a play zone for kids will make your vacation unforgettable. All pool features are conveniently operated from a remote control.
Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three big comfy leather couches in the house. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area with a table for four and a large screened lanai with another dining table for six. Plenty of towels and all basic household supplies are provided. There is also a laundry in the garage for your convenience.
The property is completely fenced for your privacy with an automatic sliding gate for secure access.

Nothing short of spectacular!

This place is amazing! What an amazing location. You are close to everything and a short drive to Busch Gardens. The pool and spa hits the spot after a long day, or even if you just want to skip the beach and hang in for an afternoon. The kitchen is ready for any kind of cooking you want to do with all the pots and pans you need. The driveway gate adds a sense of security if you have young kids. Be sure to appreciate the mature landscaping in the backyard, as it will be a highlight as you are relaxing in the pool.

Mine birthday trip

We decided to stay close to the beach for my mom's 60th birthday and this house was PERFECT. The location was great, it was immaculate, the pool was utilized day and night and we cant wait to stay here again!

Amazing stay

House was fully catered with everything that you could possibly need. Quite simply the best house pool area we have ever used. 10 minutes from one of the best beaches in the world. Gutted to be going home.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host, and property!

Sergey was an amazing, and very accommodating host. His place was perfect - very clean, everything was easy to figure out (like how to turn on the hot tub) we could eat inside or outside- in a comfy screened in dining area. There were even beach toys for the kids, a cooler and chairs we could easily borrow for a short ride to the beach. Sergey was quick to respond, and there were no issues. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Choice!

This place was so amazing and perfect for our family vacation! The pool and hottub were our favorites, so relaxing, followed by a game of cards and chilling at night, in the screened patio! The landscape was picture perfect, and the kids loved finding small lizards. The house and garage were very clean, spacious, and had lots of extras, like dishsoap, laundry detergent, and garbage bags, just to name a few! The yard was private and enclosed, so we felt safe, and the neighborhood was very nice as well. We were able to access groceries, restraunts and the beach with a very short drive. Sergey was awesome to work with and we would definitely book again!

Clean, relaxing and convenient

We stayed with two older teenage children. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own space, but easily come together for meals and hanging out at the pool and watching movies. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone. Tons of great beaches were very close, along with restaurants shopping and other entertainment. Great experience!

Great stay!

We’ve stayed in four different places in Sarasota so far and this has by far been our favorite! We asked Sergey to have the pool at 82° and that was no problem. The hot tub was great on the cool nights. When the air conditioning didn’t work one morning, Sergey was there that day to fix it. Would be happy to stay here again.

AWESOME POOL

Great stay. Location is in an older, not fancy neighborhood, but quiet and safe. Convenient to Siesta Key and grocery store. Home is totally enclosed by fence for privacy. Very clean and Sergey, the host, responds immediately. Best thing is the pool and hot tub...awesome!!

Last minute Anniversary trip - Boy did we luck out!

We literally stumbled upon Sergey's house and feel so lucky. The house is perfect. Clean and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen has everything you will need. The lanai is private and comfortable. The entire yard is enclosed by privacy fence - even a gate across the garage entrance! And then there's the pool. It's terrific. Sergey, I don't want to say more - we want to keep your place a secret so we can rent from you again! But you are such a great host, we want you to prosper. So if you are reading this and are in search of the perfect home, in the perfect location, near every service, restaurant and beach, you just found it.

Great Location & Amenities

My stay at Sergey's place was very comfortable and relaxing. The house is a great location to grocery store and just minutes to Siesta Key! The pool was wonderful, loved having breakfast by the pool or in the lanai. The master bed was very comfortable. You have all the amenities that you need. Love the idea of having a garage with openers to park out of the sun! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!
